Great place, Fast Service, Wonderful people. And the nicest Customers! But I have to say this, because I work here.

We needed a small sign done to hang on the wall in our office. Originally we used stick on letters and they started to peel. We wanted a sign that was professionally done and would last awhile. We created the sign and need a place to get it printed.We contacted Minuteman Press on-line and had a very quick response. They asked if we had an example to get an accurate quote. We sent them the file with a picture of what we were trying to do. They came back with two different options at a great value. Even brought samples to us to see which we would prefer.Overall quick, professional, and easy to work with. Our sign was completed within two days and looks great.

I called to get an understanding of their services and the guy that answered was extremely condescending, cut me off several times and was the worst verbal exchange Id ever had with a printing vendor. How they stay in business is beyond me.

I was Mother of the Bride twice within 3 months of one another. Youve got your Save-the-Dates and Invitations and Envelopes and Response Cards and Maps and Weekend Festivities and Programs and Menus and Place Cards and Table Numbers and Thank You Notes and Envelopes for BOTH girls and things start to overlap and you need everything yesterday and - it was all done. In a very timely manner. Professionally. And with a smile. Highly recommend Minuteman Press Elmhurst - Bill, Dan, and Rachel. All so nice, talented, and accommodating.

I do recommend coming to this place for ALL types of printing. Prices are amazing! Your paying for what your getting. Employees are amazing!

Very competitive prices! They were very helpful and my printing was completed very quickly. I went in because printing the wedding invitation envelopes myself was a disaster. Since then they printed my wedding program and some other papers I needed.

After providing information and samples for reference Bill showed no interest to help and said its too difficult. I turned with the same project to AlphaGraphics who were accommodating and helpful. I sure dont want to give Minuteman Press/Bill super lower rating because he might be having a rough day. Bill, I hope youre having a better time today. Remember, it is nice to be important, but it is more important to be nice. :))

We created a program for my husbands mothers memorial service. We were heading to PA early the next morning and decided at the last minute to print it here. We called Minuteman Press and they could not have been any nicer. They were printing another job and called us when they were ready. They took the file we had and noticed it was not perfectly centered. They corrected it and made the 75 copies very quickly. The price was really reasonable and we were so grateful that they were open late to take care of us. We would highly recommend Minuteman Press, really wonderful.Great job!

I talk to the man that gives out estimates for the flyers and he was so unprofessional and rude. I went the day before to get an estimate and I was told to leave my information bc the guy that gives out estimate wasn’t in the office. I was told that they were going to call me later that day, and I waited and they never calleded me. They never called me the next day either. I called the following day and I spoke to the person who gives out the estimates and first he tells me to speaks louder bc he didn’t understand, so I did... then he tells me to wait bc he didn’t even know what I was talking about very rudely, after I explained to him what happened... I had enough of this guys Attitude as I AM a client trying to get an estimate. So I told him that I didn’t appreciate his attitude and he tells ME do you want to continue!? So I hung up. I did not appreciate his attitude!! Really bad customer service! Definitely do not recommend this place!

My experience was very similar to the other reviewer. I emailed back and forth with Bill and he seemed interested in what I was trying to have printed. I came in to see the samples he was talking about in the email. When I arrived I met Bill and he asked wedding?, and when I said yes his suggestion was to elope and that he had no interest in what I wanted printed. He said they dont do things like I wanted and it would be too hard and costly. It was a complete waste of a trip.
