Kyle the supervisor was working on the site when I stopped to get air, he assisted me without my asking and was very nice. I am a regular car wash member and everyone is usually smiling. Kyle had a great attitude and he mentioned he has been with Delta Sonic for 18 years…..impressive.

My favorite car wash at the moment. Its nice having a touch free wash right around all of the stores that I shop at.

Friendly staff, great deals, discounts on gas for rewards members and great car wash, been coming here forever! The weekends and warm days in the winter can get a little hectic with traffic backing up onto North Ave, hopefully the expansion planned will provide some relief.

Its OK. Could do a better job doing the hand drying.

The cheapest car wash was $8 and that didnt even include wax. Wax was an extra $3. After paying for the cheap car wash with the wax and having the car towel dried, additional water droplets came out from trim around the car and mirrors and dried as white spots all over my black car.

The best car wash! I’ve had a membership here for years. The staff is always great and so helpful. A staff member named Ramon and Luis helped dry off my car and put air in my tires when I asked them! So helpful. Thanks for the best service!

Best carwash! Ive had the membership forever. Its great with this awful weather, because I can literally get my car washed everyday. It doesnt scratch the black paint since its touchless, and it always comes out pristine. If its not, they send you back through again.

I have the monthly pass. It almost gets everything. Usually the tailgate and doors still have soap or dirt on it

I try them all.... I like my jeep lease or not.... I like easy in easy out..... This one does not have it.. A pain to enter and leave...... But it is by far and away the best drive through car wash... Good deals and hard workers..No swirling brushes... Very easy on your car...all around great wash....

The dudes spraying down cars got a attitude problem today. Go find a different job that doesnt deal with the public.

WILL NEVER GO AGAIN! SECOND TIME THEY MESSED UP MY CAR. The guy whose job it is to line you correctly onto the rail did ABSOLUTELY nothing, told me to keep coming, which i did (thinking i was lined up) that was not the case at all. now half of my rim is now scraped badly. the only two times my car has had damage done to it were both at this delta sonic! if you care about your car, STAY AWAY!

Great car wash. I love that they wash the car off before and that they have the towel service at the end. Gas prices are reasonable and even better if you get the car wash.

I had a great experience at Delta Sonic Car Wash today. Unfortunately a cement truck dumped cement all over my car, and the kind people at Delta Sonic allowed me to go through the car wash a second time without an additional charge AND the manager carefully sprayed the top of my car to remove the cement. Christian was a huge help pointing out the cement to the other staff. Ill definitely be back!

Easy and clean...

This location always gives me a great car wash experience ESPECIALLY when Mireya is there. She is so attentive to customer’s needs and greets with a smile. She goes out of her way to ensure things run smoothly.

I am on the monthly plan. I wish they had vacuums... Couple times I went including Tuesday 2/18 evening, the car did not get clean. Dirty marks and the windshield was not clean. This happened a little while ago and they let me go back through. I may try the North Ave wash.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for 16 years now and the latest fast lane configuration that they installed is the poorest idea I have seen. For the Fast Lane there are cars backed up onto North Avenue sometimes to 83 and maybe three cars in the fast lane. Then I watch many drivers who do not have a fast Lane pass go into the fast lane because it is wide open and empty and they simply pay when they get up to the booth. I just spoke to one of the Delta sonic workers while I’m sitting in line and they say yes if you take the fast lane and don’t have the sticker on the window they simply have you pay when you get up to the booth Because they are not going to have you back out when their cars behind you.

Very friendly staff who spray and dry the cars. Good car wash, but they set up the lanes in a poor manner. If you have the unlimited wash membership, you have to sit in line behind all of the regular customers. They frequently block off the extra entrance that would allow the unlimited members to access the car wash. Cars in the regular lane are flying by me as I sit and wait for the unlimited lane to move. Frustrating and poor customer service for those customers who are loyal regulars.

For the last couple months I have been coming to this location and I love the friendly service. A young man named Alex is always aware and makes sure to help me every time.

Omar was great. He really took his time and cared about drying off the car. We really appreciated that.

Tyrese working at the wash very knowledgeable and friendly.I wouldn’t get the upgrade on the car wash now that they automated the tire gloss, rain x, and body wax to the inside of the wash. It’s not the same, and you can’t even see the tire gloss..

Sam is the best he is the only one I let to dry my car off.

What can I say about delta sonic’s car washes. Wow!! I’ve been bringing my new car here for the last few months and they never disappoint. They leave my car looking like it just came off the showroom floor. I would definitely recommend anyone to bring their vehicle here and get it cleaned . Best car wash in the Elmhurst area! Even the basic wash gets you a ten cent discount on gas. The front end of my SUV was covered in bugs from an 8 hour road trip, the guy at the entrance noticed and spent extra time power washing every last one off. Worth the extra $$$ versus the $3 car washes nearby.

Good peopleHad a wiper blade damaged during the spin cycle and they were able to reimburse for new blades. Also check out the $30 monthly wash package. You can go every day if your heart desires.

I have been a customer at this location for the past three years since moving to Elmhurst. Last week I had a little mishap in the car wash and lost one of my wiper blades. I filed a complaint and one of the managers named Frank was very prompt and polite and made sure that he kept me up to speed on my claim. Another man named Sean called me shortly after hanging up with Frank and reassured me that I will get replacement wipers. I must say that employees such as Frank are the ones who make Who keep their customers coming back . Thanks to all of the Delta Sonic staff for being so courteous.

Delta Sonic brushless Super Kiss wash is the best. Go for the unlimited wash program during the winter months to keep your car clean.Its nice that they hand dry the cars too. Dont bother with the extra cost of the hand wax, its not worth it.

High price...but not many other options in the area. They wont do interior cleaning here and its the worst Delta Sonic location / experience. I would rate the other locations much higher.

Dented my brand new car. Denied my claim. Said it was pre existing damage. Will never fill up or get a car wash again here. Don’t do business with these liars.

Someone needs some etiquette lessons here. We arrived at 7:03pm, there was a sign in the car wash that said they were open and to pull to gate. It was blocking the drive though, so we went inside to ask the staff if they were still open or not. The woman said yes, to just move the cone and pull in. We did this and a guy came out, who was very rude, basically yelling at us like we were children. We explained that the woman inside told us to move the cone and go in, but he continued to be very rude. I’ll be taking my weekly car wash business elsewhere.

Outstanding car was service with hand drying. Unlimited package is wonderful, especially in the winter.

These guys do a crappy job of drying your car or applying tire gloss then howl when you dont tip them. News flash, tipping is for doing a great job or going above & beyond. If you cant do your job, leave & go somewhere else. I see them drying cars Infront of me while Im waiting & they go thru the motions but theyre not doing anything & youre literally going to howl when I show you my review of your horrible job by not tipping. #RIDICULOUS

Totally Disappointed! I pay monthly for the Super Kiss wash and this one they dont vacuum your vehicle, they dont wash the inside windows, and barely have any room to dry it and if it is crowded, there isnt enough room to do a good job drying it and rush you out. The roof of my SUV was totally FILTHY. If you go there, check your roof to see if it is even washed. I cant believe it. I wont be going to this location anymore. Not recommended!!!😝

Updated: it seems that they have fixed the super lane malfunctioning half the time. Its quite fast now. Unfortunately some less than intelligent people constantly go in that lane when the dont have the pass. Its funny to watch them do it but then the joke is on me because Im stuck behind them. Those who cannot make the turn either have a large suv (that still kinda sucks) or suck at driving (the people who cant make the turn in a sedan). Overall happy with the improvements it would go smoother if people paid more attention. Also for those complaining about two lanes, Id love to hear your idea for making that better since it would require moving four gas pumps and the intial spray station

Purchased my car 3 weeks ago, and it was spotles.. Ive been to this car wash 3 times since, this morning I noticed 3 scratches on my hood all on the left side. Not a coincidence.. I paid for touchless 3 times for a reason, but not sure where that money has went because it was a brushed wash each and every time, I figured thats just touchless. Id like to know how to make a damage claim.

Went through paid $20.00 and didn’t tell me until the end that they don’t do interior... Rain better repel off the car for that price.

After remodeling they still have the same problem with waiting lane (no room) + they took away one lane for blue stickers (I have one but this not useful here, because they have ONLY TWO lanes in total) they took away a turning space at the booth, watch for your bumpers. What was the point of remodeling if you ad more problems and didnt solve a ne of existing.

I went through the wash and was having trouble with my delta card and Mireya was kind enough to help me out with what i needed.

They have #2 diesel not bio like all other places.

I did not like that Facility on North Ave at all. Where are the vacuum cleaners? It very confusing on how you pull into the place to get in line.

When I renewed my plan they over charge me and their customer service bad. I will cancel my plan and never use it again. Delta sonic car wash sucks!
