I love my dress I found so much! It was so well priced, and so beautiful. I also bought my veil from the store and I got tons of compliments on it. I had them do the alterations for my gown as well and it turned out perfectly, fit me like a glove. Wonderful experience! Thank you.

Let me start off by saying i absolutely LOVE Angela. I picked my dress i wanna say probably a year and a half before my wedding and she was SUPER great with getting/staying in touch with me and answering all of the many the questions i had. I should mention I live in California but had my wedding in Chicago, so planning was a bit tough, but Angela made it so easy for me. It was one less thing i had to think about.I LOVED MY DRESS!! I had seen this dress online but couldnt seem to find it in a store, so when i came to Eleganza and found it, I was exuberant! If they did not have my dress, there were plenty more that were just breathtaking. They have a GREAT selection. I also got my headpiece from Eleganza which i immediately fell in love with. The sparkle really complimented the simplicity and lace of the dress/The seamstress is also such a doll! Super sweet and funny. I really enjoyed my whole experience there and definitely advise coming here for your wedding needs/black tie affairs!

The only reason why I even gave a star was because 0 is not an option. Lets begin with the fact the staff is rude and unprofessional! I’m going to make something very clear before they appear on here with excuses on how it’s my fault that I either didn’t have an appointment or saying I was too early or l too late... I DID HAVE AN APPOINTMENT! I WAS ON TIME! actually the woman running the shop was late so it was closed. I was standing outside waiting on them like a fool until another lady randomly approached me and said she would call them for me explaining how “it happens all the time” as if it were a valid excuse for the business to run this way. Once we were inside we practically had to beg them to show me a dress as if I was waisting their valuable time. I have never seen a business feel so entitled as if they are doing you the honors of selling you a dress. A wedding dress is THE MOST intimate and personal detail of the entire wedding for most woman! IT IS IN ALL OF THE PICTURES AND MEMORIES from a special day that marks an entire future! Shopping for a wedding dress should be precious moment. As a business woman myself I am appalled and embarrassed by the way this business runs. I was not asking for someone to grovel at my feet simply because I’m spending money here, but I was expecting to have a bit of respect during MY UNFORGETTABLE ONCE IN A LIFETIME EXPERIENCE!This was definitely a once in a lifetime experience seeing as I have never been treated this way! I finished my business elsewhere.UPDATING to the response.. As I stated I HAD AN APPOINTMENT to which YOUR shop still had me wait for .. So there was someone on here who was too early for their appointment and you had a problem with someone trying to waste Your time by showing up early but no problem with you wasting mine since you show up late? As I have stated I was not expecting more than the simple respect and acknowledgement any customer paying customer deserves especially when I have reserved my time to shop. I am WELL aware there is a pandemic but are you? Not a lot of businesses have made it through such challenging times and those who have are grateful for the customers who want to spend their money to help them stand during these difficult times... maybe you should as well

1. They didn’t know I had an appointment when I arrived.2. The owner and staff weren’t wearing a mask, have some respect for your customers.3. I was insisted to try on other things opposite to what I was looking for even though I repeatedly declined.Do not recommend going here. So disorganized and left disappointed.

I had an amazing experience with Eleganza Bridal Gallery! I live out of state from this bridal salon, and found a dress I loved online. I worked with the staff through numerous phone calls and emails, and they were VERY helpful and patient while working with someone who lived out of state! They helped me with shipping the dress to my house so I could try it on - it arrived in great condition and was very low cost to ship. They explained the return process thoroughly as well, but thankfully the dress fit well and I kept it! I would highly recommend Eleganza because of the friendly and helpful staff, as well as a beautiful selection of dresses.I want to say THANK YOU to Angela and everyone at Eleganza who worked with me to help me get my dress!!!

My dress needs to be ready by a certain date since its a destination wedding and they were able to make it work and I couldnt be happier! I went to this shop not expecting to buy a dress that day at all. I came with 3 people, and my 4 year old daughter. Right away I felt so comfortable. They only had me there to try on ALL the dresses I wanted. It was very personal, she gave me enough of my own space to look at dresses, and try dresses on and it was over all wonderful! I ended up buying my dress, that day! To celebrate they opened a bottle of champagne for everyone. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I ordered my Pronovias dress with Eleganza and they made sure my experience from start to finish was excellent. Their bridal studio is so sweet and their family-owned-service attitude was charming. They also altered my dress and made sure every detail was taken into account. I highly recommend Eleganza!

I bought my bridesmaid dresses here. There was a specific dress that I found online. It is a brand that Bridal Eleganza carries. I called ahead. Marcie greeted me when I walked in and had the dress waiting for me. They did not try and talk me into something that I do not want. The whole family owned business is very accommodating. It is a very cute small shop. The quality of the dresses is absolutely beautiful. I loved all the bridal gowns, bridesmaid dress, and mother of the bride/groom dresses. It is nice because it is not overwhelming with so many dresses. I wish I found this place before I bought my wedding dress!

WONDERFUL customer service, beautiful gowns, attention to detail. I came here because they had an Allure dress I found on pinterest. They even had a perfect matching veil. They were so friendly that I ended up doing my dress alterations here as well. They take all the stress out of fittings and made my dress fit perfectly!

Great customer service, fantastic collection of gowns and accessories. Worth the drive to find just the right dress for your big day! They do tailoring and rent tuxedos too... Same family also has travel agency on site and dry cleaning services (to clean and safely store your gown after the wedding!)

I had an amazing bridal experience at this store and this is where I ultimately got my wedding dress. I had found this store by using the knot because they had the dress I liked. I went with my mother for my appointment, and we had the entire lower level to ourselves. Angela, our consultant, was amazing. She gave great advice and ultimately helped me find my perfect dress. The dresses they had were absolutely beautiful. Angela emailed me some ideas for veils and ultimately ordered a veil for me to try on before I decided if I wanted to buy it. I just went in to try on my dress when it came it. They were great with helping setup times for doing alternations and gave me a very reasonable rate! Im very very happy with my dress and my decision to get my bridal accessories with this store.

Unlike any typical bridal shop! The intimate boutique-style setup lets you savor the experience of shopping for your big day. You never feel rushed or pressured at all. They gently guide you if you need suggestions, but also give you space and time to think so that you dont feel overwhelmed. I love how the dress shop is completely separate from the tuxedo part of the store, so its private, and you can enjoy your time there with the friends or family you bring along for your appointment. Not to mention the gorgeous dress selection! Definitely recommend!!

I went there 2 weeks ago. Let me say the person who greeted us wasnt too thrill to see us, i told her i was just looking around. She took me to see more dresses and she was so disrespectful to me and my sister. Making comments to me because my wedding day was 9 months away. Never in my life did i feel this disrespected before, i ended up leaving and look somewhere else for my dresss. I dont recommend going there at all. Cannot believe they let that lady run the store treating paying customers like this.

The staff is very friendly, patient & helpful! The gowns are BEAUTIFUL and so many different options to choose from! Would definitely recommend to other brides!

Terrible customer service. Very unfriendly and moody people. Not flexible at all. My brother is in the military and was home during vacation so we went to go get him fitted for our sisters wedding, but they didn’t want to get him fitted because they said it was too far from the wedding date. We had to convince them to get him fitted because he was arriving the day before our sisters wedding and was not going to be home any time soon. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please save your money for a place that will respect you and provide excellent customer service.

I have never written a google review, but I feel compelled to save other brides from having the same horrible experience I had here.My wedding day was perfect except for the one thing a bride should never have to worry about- her wedding dress.The customer service I experienced was just the very beginning of the only nightmare in all of my wedding planning.I bought my dress a year ago from here and was in between 2 dress sizes. I was advised by Angela when in doubt, to order up a size and that it would be no problem to take it in if need be. I ended up loosing about 8-10ibs for the wedding and when I came for my very first dress fitting a month before the wedding, I was scolded for loosing weight and ordering a bigger dress size. I was completely taken aback, as I can’t be the first bride to loose weight before their wedding and I would hope they know how to take in dresses.I had not 1, not 2, no, but 5 dress fitting appointments here, each time feeling like Elena wasn’t listening or understanding what I wanted, and altering the dress how she preferred. (Also heads up- the person taking the alterations isn’t even the seamstress sewing the dress which I personally found odd).When I had originally tried on the dress before purchasing a year ago, Angela had also told me they could bustle the back of my dress a certain way, no problem. But when it came time to actually do the bustling, I learned this way wasn’t possible with the material of my dress. The only solution was to sew buttons on the outmost layer of my dress, making the 3 buttons very visible for all to see. I was super unhappy about this, and had wished I had been properly informed before I bought the dress, as again, this can’t be the first dress of this material they were bustling and should have know beforehand what can an cannot be done...Well flash forward to the day of my wedding. When I slipped into my dress, the dress was STILL too big on me. I can still distinctly remember my friend being able to pull in inches of fabric from the back. I wasn’t going to let a loose dress ruin my day. But again, this was also just the start. An hour... yes, AN HOUR after wearing the dress, I felt the bra padding they had sewn in coming loose. When I finally had a minute at the reception hall to take a closer look, the bra padding on the left had come unsown! My friend had to use SAFETY PINS to pin the bra back in place. Of all the things to worry about on my wedding, I never imagined it to be having to use safety pins to keep my wedding dress from falling apart.Since we had just arrived to the reception and would be soon dancing, I asked my friend to do the bustle (which I payed $100 extra to be bustled might I add) and can you guess what happened next? The bustle was also broke! The string that tied to the buttons had also broke. My friend said she could gladly sew it back on, but I had already spent so much time away from my guests dealing with this dress malfunction I didn’t want to waste another minute more. I ended up having to wear the dress strap on my arm the entire night.When I wrote to Eleganza, their response was that my dress left the store “in tact”.Had I know the quality of their tailoring can’t last an hour after usage, I never ever ever would have let them touch my dress.A bride shouldn’t have to worry whether her bra padding will stay sewn in place for more than an hour on her wedding day, or whether her bustle string will break and will have to carry her dress the whole night.A bride should confidently leave the store knowing not only was her dressed tailored to exactly how she wanted it, but these alterations will last throughout her wedding day. And unfortunately this did not happen.Had I know your Store’s priority lies simply in altering dresses that are “in tack” when on the hanger, but not functional being worn, I would have gladly taken my dress to be altered elsewhere.My wedding day was perfect and I wouldn’t change a thing except getting my dress tailored here, and I hope they take the constructive criticism to heart.

After going to 4 bridal stores and not having any luck I was starting to give up. Just didnt have the best luck with the staff or dress selection at the first 4 stores. I ran into Eleganza at a bridal expo and told her my wants and needs, they ensured they can find me the dress and get it in time for my wedding. I went the next day to see what they had and for once I loved 2 amazing dresses. They had a variety of sizes which was a struggle as im curvy but not plus size. They were so nice and stayed late due to my crazy work schedule. They were very professional and honest about what alterations would work with each dress as im still dieting, I felt 100% comfortable with them and I said yes to the dress, finally! I couldnt be happier with my choice and I cant wait for it to come in and see it again! They are so reasonable on their prices and they do tux rentals too at a very reasonable price! This is the one stop shop, well it was for me! Thank you and I cant wait to see my dress again!!!

Rude people, I drive 1 hour and they dint let me see the wedding dresss😭😭😭

The customer service that we received here was horrible. Arrived early for the appointment and the consultant wasnt there yet which was fine. Just wanted to look around until our schedules time. The ladies there started arguing amongst themselves in a different language. They finally directed to the dresses with a consultant and she was of no help at all.
