Good for a college bookstore. Very helpful people working there, but prices are a little steep. They should have more stuff when the college switches to a university.

This bookstore has no customer service skills. It is impossible to navigate their system. I did not receive a single email from the store and they sent me books on January 2nd, 2017 for an order that was claimed to be made on August 13th, 2016. My information was on file from previous orders. This order form says that the action for each book was Do Not Add to Order yet somehow I have semester-old books at my door without a single email or call. They have time to package and ship my books but they dont have time to calm the number on the order form. This college has enough issues handling student finances as it is. They should adopt a more profession and student-conscious bookstore. I have had great experiences at college bookstores elsewhere. Their details for refunds and returns are ridiculous and they prompt you to buy a books and sell it back when you will receive close to nothing when you sell it back.

Honestly, super overpriced like any college bookstore. But man, theres an under order of books so much its ridiculous. Even the professors complain and tell us not to get em from there. Amazon, chegg, pdfs on google, or eBooks can be found way cheaper or even free on the internet. Dont wast your money here people. 2 stars because the workers there though are super helpful and nice so know that its NOT THEIR FAULT.

Quality and strong staff. Greatly represents the beautiful college.

Very little clothing to choose from. The clothing styles are quite lame, and very dated looking. The styles are also more corporate looking and less like something you would want to wear if you werent at work.

If you go to school at Elmhurst, check Amazon for books first. The bookstore is pricy even for renting
