A co-worker told me about this store and bought some lotion from there. It was great so I stopped by. The young lady was at the door very nice and friendly she helped me out with a lot of different walloil!It was a very great experience!

Came here today to get some reward items and everyone was so friendly! The lady that greeted me this morning was so friendly and was ready to show me some new scents that I ended up loving! She was also very willing to help me find the things I needed and what my items worked with my coupons. I forgot her name but she was EXCELLENT. Will definitely come to this location again!

Very clean and beautiful store. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only thing they don’t mention is that the app and the mail coupons are the same so u can’t use both. It’s either or.

Wish theyd stop discontinuing the scents I like. Coconut lime verbena...gone. new scent is coconut with vanilla. Sorry I dont personally want to smell like a baked good.

They are open an hour later than other Bath & Body Works. I love this location because it’s a stand alone. So I can access the store very easy. The employees are always so nice. It’s tiny but they always have products in stock. This one is my favorite because the employees are always willing to help. I recommend this location.

Your store was nice. People were nice until they have to honor an email I gave them that my candles would be 9.95. Melissa was not very friendly and kept saying they would not honor the email sent by your store. In the end they had to honor it.

They have a candle their called pineapple, mango!!! Its the cure 4 all wars... love this place!! They also have a margarita scented that smells so legit youll wanna buy tequilla!

They claim online to be open until 9 on Sundays and the door says they close at 6pm. This needs to be fixed.

My visit to BBW was great! The employees were friendly and helped me when I couldnt find something. They also told me about the app and how to earn points for free items. My visit was great and I left with some great smelling things.

It’s so neat and organized inside! My favourite scents are Strawberry Pound Cake and Pumpkin Marshmallow Latte.

Everyone is very helpful in this store and you can always sample the products before you buy.

Great scents and body care. As someone who suffers from eczema I have to be careful with ingredients in perfumes, body sprays, and lotions. Bath and Body Works always has something I can wear with a scent I like.

I absolutely love BBW!! This was my first time at this location and I found the store very easy to navigate. The smells are amazing and I was totally stoked that they finally carry black cherry merlot body products!! Of course Ill return, again and again.

I love BBW products especially the lotion and body spray. When I visited this store the products were not stored neatly. They were just thrown in bins and not a big selection like other stores.

They always hound you into buying smell goods. For example If you tell them you have a fragrance already the will convince you into buying a candle scent thats similiar to the fragrance that you have or ask if you have a spouse and convince you to buy something for him

I used to love B&BW. I had several fragrances that I used that were not too sweet or strong and those never bothered by migraines.In the past 18 months or so my favorite Aromotherapy fragrance, Lavender and Chamomile was discontinued and my other favorite, regular Moonlight Path has been reduced. I used to be able to get 15 or more products of this, including shampoo, conditioner and body butter among others. Now, all I can find is about 4 products with Moonlight Path.Also, B&BW seems to regularly discontinue fragrances and is introducing very sweet, overly strong fragrances, many of which give me migraines and nausea. It has gotten so I dont want to go into the store anymore. Other people have told me they dont like the changes, either.Bath and Body Works needs to bring back classic Aromotherapy fragrances like Lavender and Chamomile and more products of classics like Moonlight Path.Two of my daughters have stopped shopping at Bath and Body Works because of the changes.

Staff bent over backwards to help us. Even on our way out, after the sale, they were more than willing to make small talk and make us feel welcome. And, of course, the place smells awesome.

I love bath and body works! The ladys here were so patient with us even though we took so long to decide what we wanted. I recommend signing up with your email for coupons and discounts. They will send it straight there and there are also coupons on retailmenot just watch out for the online versus in store ones.

Excellent and kind staff, however there was one cashier the week of Christmas. There is a regular cashier that is usually the only person on the register and although she is kind, she is slow and long winded.

There was only one employee working there and they were not fully stock on some candles like other stores. Not the best customer service could improve more.

Customer service was the best. The young lady that assisted me was very helpful and knowledgeable.
