I have been coming to Old Havana for several years. Their selection of scents sticks/oils are my favorite along with the prices...of course. The staff makes my shopping so quick & easy. They are patient, great listeners and have loads of knowledge, but rest assure, if they dont know the answer, they make sure to reach out to Erin, their Supervisor and I get my answer!!! Love this store, been going for years. Try the candle shop when you stop by. If you are a candle lover like I am a you wont candles anywhere else. Root Candles are worth checking the price.

Love the Bridgewater brand candles, especially the Sweet Grace scent. Cheaper than Amazon and the store claims, and I found was true after checking on Amazon. Employees are very helpful with helping you choose the similar scents you are usually interested in.

Awesome service. This place was impressively busy on a Saturday afternoon so due to the pandemic I didn’t want to go inside. I called and asked if they could pick out some cigars and bring them out to me, not sure that they’d be open to it, and they did it and were super kind about it, even being so busy. Highly recommend.

Old Havana is back open!! Was there on 04/27. They are taking orders from the door curb side pick up. I was able to purchase my Usual candles and my boyfriend purchased some cigars and Vape pens. I was in search for a great cigar for my father for Fathers Day and was told to check this store from a friend of mine. When I stopped in the staff was very warm and welcoming. They asked me if I was in need of help right away and were able to find me a cigar that my father greatly enjoyed for his special day. I will for sure be returning here to shop as I seen several items I like.

Stopped there first time on 4th of July to get some cigars before going to my in-laws. My father-in-law absolutely loved the cigar which was recommended by the guy at the cigar shop. He gave me tour of the humidors and recommended few cigars. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I will definitely go back there to buy more cigars.

What a great little shop, I stopped in because I was looking for some cigars for my Dad and was surprised at the Variety of brands and prices very reasonable I had a great customer service also, I am sorry I did not get her name she has Blonde hair but she was was so helpful and she also helped me choose some Vape juice for myself! Super rude every time I have been in. This week was the last time moving my business to no limit smoke shop I do believe its racially motivated They asked me for an ID for candles and a humidity packs you do not have to be 21 but didnt ask none of the other customers

I must say that I go here at least 3 times a week and the supervisor and owner are always available to answer any questions or concerns about any new or old cigars. I Will Definitely be a life time customer.

I stopped in here from out of town hoping to find my brand of cigars. They had them (drew estate) and then some! Great selection, staff was very helpful and gave me a few good recommendations too. Definitely will come back the next time I’m in town.

This place has been run by the worst supervisor ever. I read the other reviews and these people are correct they never use the lottery machine. And what does COVID-19 have to do with the lottery machine.

I went in looking for one thing and got a great walk through some CBD products. The customer service was warm, friendly and quite knowledgeable and showed a great level of expertise. This was my first tine I called in advance the the lady on the phone was really nice and I am so glad I went to this location and they will be the main store for CBD products which are a wide variety.

Walking into the humidor is not a good experience. It smells stale. I dont think theres any air flow in or out. They have a pretty decent selection but look very closely if youre going to buy any cigars wrapped in just plastic, I saw mold on more than a few of them. I grabbed a few that were sealed in glass tubes and they were just fine and pretty good when smoked. I just dont think its worth the risk. There are other cigar shops in the area that dont have the same problems.

I have come here to buy cigars on several occasions over the past year. The last time I was there (Thur 5/9) about 12:40PM, a woman working behind the counter was the worst customer service experience I had ever experienced in my life. As she was ringing me up I thought, this is the last time I will ever shop here. I had not read any of the reviews on this place until now. But I guess it seems to be a common theme at this place, same woman, same rudeness! Either she is the owner and needs to let someone else deal with customers or if she is an employee then needs to be fired. They do have a nice selection of cigars tho and always have my favs in stock. Just too bad, one bad apple can truly spoil the batch.

I come here everyday for years and I’m had enough... There a heavy set blonde women who is extremely rude . She gets upset when you asked about the lottery she rolls her eyes and mostly says it’s shut down but she just don’t want to bother. I am calling the Illinois lottery to report her for closing early and basically not serving the customers. She gets mad when you walk in and interrupt her watching a movie. Not sure who the owner is but they need to now how the people working there effecting there business.

Humidor was way overhumidified. So much that a couple of boxes had mold. You can barely smell the aroma of tobacco over the smell of mold that punches you in the nose as you walk in the humidor. It is a shame, they hade a great selection on cigars.

Walked in the workers were very nuce to begin with after buying what I wanted the lady who rung me up tried to suggest that I buy a lower nicotine juice for my vape but zi wanted the highest level for myself i know what i can and cannot handel btw I’ve been fine with the one ai brought... but im not sure maybe it was because I didn’t buy what I was suggested to buy but I got called a WIT while leaving this store by one of the ladies behind the counter not sure why a worker would be mad about a customer getting what they want... but every since then I refuse to come shop back at this store especially because of phony behavior.

I use to go here all the time when I lived in Hillside came home from TN because my grandfather passed away decided I would go get cheap cigarettes look them up they closed at 7pm I made it to them at 6:58 and the doors were locked 3 employees inside and they said no we closed I guess they should change there closing time

This place is a freaking joke regarding vape juice this place is totally unacceptable and very rude except one younger cashier. I went inside the store asking for vape juice n they showed me there selections I asked if I could smell the product before actually buying it and the response was no we dont let people smell our vape because its sealed which is pretty understandable.. I asked her wat is a good vape flavor she replied FRZN Apple made by BLVK Unicorn when I tell u this is completely trash and taste horrible like vaping apple menthol cigarettes...I called immediately and said I just left five mins ago I would like to swap it out for diff flavor same price or refund and they replied no we have a no refund policy so I say well wenwi come in to get something different will I get a discount they said no so I replied well your telling me I just lost out on my money and its nothinn you could do and she replied thats correct...this place is a joke n should be shut down smh this place is a negative out of any stars funny thing is I come here all the time wow just wow cant even be loyal to your customers..💩💩💩💩...
