100% friendly and worry-free new iPhone purchase, including memory transfer from old phone.I had been hesitant to upgrade from my old iPhone to a newer version because the process can be a hassle, and I didnt want to worry about how to get my carefully organized apps and info into a new device. But, while vacationing near Ellsworth, I took advantage of a rainy day to go into the Verizon Wireless Zone and check things out.I met Caleb who was friendly, professional, and clearly extremely knowledgeable. I had done some research before my visit, so we quickly settled on a new phone. Caleb assured me that we could easily transfer the entire contents of my old phone into my new phone, and he was completely right! (It took about a half hour, so I stopped at some nearby stores and ran a couple of errands I had to do.)I also asked Caleb to pick out a good quality screen protector and protective case, and asked him if he could (much more expertly than I could ever do it) get them both all set up, and he did so quickly and cheerfully.He really took all the concerns I had about buying a new phone and resolved all of them courteously and efficiently. It was a pleasure to get a new phone from Caleb at the Verizon Wireless Zone store in Ellsworth, Maine, and I would definitely return there if I needed anything.The whole experience was a 10 out of 10, or an A+!

Thinking I had a cracked screen and all set to UPS it in for repair (up to a week without my lifeline!), I took my iPhone in to Verizon Wireless in Ellsworth to make sure I’d done all the necessary prep work so as not to lose anything. Caleb S. took one look and surmised it was just my screen protector and not my screen that was cracked! He replaced the screen protector for a fraction of the cost; and best of all, no down time away from my computer/news and weather source/music live stream/weather report/alarm/research and thesaurus/recipe source/phone and text connection! Give that guy a promotion and a raise!! Thank you!!

This shop now appears to be nearly empty. Very few phones are on display and only a single employee is on staff mid-morning. On the other hand, he is a very helpful guy and went the extra mile to try and find a solution for me

I walked in and all representatives were helping other customers. When one finished up, she called someone else over who was not standing in line like I was. I had tried to call first and no one answered, so I stopped in. I just needed to find out if they can replace the cracked screen on my phone or not and if so how much would it cost. As I turned to walk out since I had frozen food in my car that I needed to get home, the rep thanked other people for their patience as a back handed way of insinuating I was impatient for not waiting. How do I even know how many are in front of me if no one is in line? How hard is it to say to me. Thank you for choosing Verizon. Well be with you shortly. There are a few people in front of you, but please feel free to browse or make yourself comfortable in these seats over here while you wait. Or in any other way acknowledge my existence as a human being and potential customer. Rudeness is not appreciated.

The wait time is ridiculous. Came in at 4:30, there is only 1 person on staff, went shopping at Hannaford, got some food, came back an hour later, the guy was still helping the see person. I guess its good service if you actually have the time to stick around for someone to help you.

Every time I go in they only have one person working. Knowing it can take a fair amount of time when activating a plan or problem solving this makes it very hard to adequately help customers in a timely manner.

This store lied to me about being an corporate store. (Dont buy ) Galaxy S8 phone it has an defect from the manufacturer saying the phone has moisture in the USB port, witch wont let you charge the phone, manager Matt wont take the phone back and give me an full refound, and my purchase is under 14 days there very dishonest and wont honor the law we consumer are protected buy..going to sue the retail store....FRANK RODRIGUEZ

There was one worker when i went in to buy accessorie, it was outrageously expensive. I purchased a case 39.99 and 39.99 for the screen all said and done 80 friggen dollars!!!
