They had my camping trailer tires in stock which I really needed being 3000 miles from home.Sales representative was helpful but not very friendly. Poor bedside manner.He wrote up the order for two $40 tires at $160. Error, error. It was actually $118.He didnt explain the charges to me. There was an extra $25 for road hazard coverage. When I questioned it, he pointed out that it was discounted by $16, but it should be optional.The tires were done when promised.Finally, he never offered to carry and load the tires in my rig. I did it myself. Simple lack of customer service.More poor customer service. Im traveling and now in Oklahoma. Had a question about ambiguity of tire pressure the tires Ive been running say 90 psi max load. Thats all. The new tires say 60 psi max load but over 32 psi is dangerous when mounting if beads are not seated. That is confusing. They would not explain this over the phone and cut me off.

Buying a new one or two wouldn’t have worked and they found an old tire perfect fitting my needs. They were professional and very courteous. In less than 30 mins, I was back on road. RVing from Florida and towing my CRV, the wheel balance went out of whack. Serious vibration between 60 and 70. Staying in Bar Harbor for a week so I had a chance to get it looked at. Tried Walmart Auto Center and could not get anyone to wait on me. Tried Midas and they said come back in 3 days. Stopped at Tire Warehouse and they said pull into Bay 3 and well get right on it. In and out in 15 minutes and the balance was perfect. Very nice folks at a very good price.

Super nice and helpful! My boyfriend and I were road-tripping and had a slow leak in our front tire. Our schedule was tight and no places we called were able to work us in. The guys here had us in and out within an hour or so even though they were busy. The man at the counter was funny and kind. The mechanic was kind and he explained what happened and how he fixed it and gave us some good advice. Highly recommended!

Made annual trip from NYC to Bar Harbor, got a tire pressure warning 1 hour from Bar Harbor, found a nail stuck to the rear tire. Brought my car to Tire Warehouse, the guy found 2 other nails stuck to my tire, 1 of which didnt puncture the tire.The guys patched my tire in less than 30 minutes, they were very easy going and friendly. The price was more than reasonable for me with 2 patches on one tire.

So Ive always had great luck here.. The issue is that when I pull into the bay, hop out of my vehicle and a large worker jumps out of his truck and a massive cloud of marijuana smoke comes billowing out behind him leaving a trail of the strong odor. Not only that, but he comes over and lazes around as though hes just got out of the methadone clinic and watches the other worker get on with the job. Like I said previously, Ive always had great luck here but after this interaction I dont think Ill be coming back here and ill be making sure to tell everyone I know because thats just ridiculous and to be entirely honest very unsafe. If it wasnt such an emergency I would of gone some place else to get my tires. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND!!

Came in recently for a flat repair. It ended up not being fixable due to it being so close to the sidewall. I was kind of worried due to watching one of the workers. He was very slow, I could tell his demeanor just wasnt that of someone who wanted to be there and wanted to get work done which kind of set me in a bad way. Fortunately the other workers were extremely tentative, kind, and compassionate which put me in a much better mood. At the time I didnt have the money to be buying new tires but the managers at this shop were nice enough to be able to give me a little bit of a deal so my pocket book wasnt screaming so badly and man oh man I dont know what I would of done without them. Seriously happy with the management at this tirewarehouse shop, will forever be coming back to get my work done and will reccomend to any friends of mine that ask!

I had called Looking for tires and had the pleasure of working with Courtney she answered the phone promptly and like she was excited to be there she made some very great suggestions and helped steer me in the right direction her professionalism exceeded my expectations, she had a very confident demeanor which made me confident that I was making the right choice for my car (considering I do a lot of driving and I wasn’t happy with the previous tires). I called to check and see if i could push the time out a bit. Come to find out, a employee who arranged my appt, no longer worked there, and had NOT ORDERED MY TIRES! I had made this appointment, a week ago, because I was driving on dangerously bald front tires and had a 400 mile trip to take tomorrow . I had ordered the least expensive standard tires, due to finances, and was ASSURED they would be ordered and available there today.Matt went out of his way to find a MUCH BETTER SET OF TIRES, because he felt thats what he should do, BUT at a DIFFERENT location.Because I needed to travel to Brewer, instead of Ellsworth, he honored the quote, and actually dropped the final price a few bucks, which means I saved probably 100 dollars, and still had this done on the same day I NEEDED it done! The customer service and understanding is TOP NOTCH! Matt said Were not only selling tires, were here for the best customer service we can give. I went in for a simple reason. To get new tires. Once I got in, they found that my tie rods and control arm were anout to fall off my car! Oops, I should be better about checking that stuff out. Matt went above and beyond to find the parts for me and get it all done same day, so I was able to leave in a safer vehicle. Since they opened I have been here a few times, and they are always very pleasant and helpful, and want to make sure you are in a safe vehicle.

These guys were awesome! I had a trailer tire that needed replacing and I already had the new tire. They were not busy so I was first in line. They took my goods and swapped the tire for an amazing price and loaded the tire back into my truck in less than 15 minutes. Great service and good work! Glad I came here.

Matt reviewed a variety of tire options that essentially provided 4 tires with mileage coverage of 75K miles for the price of 60K like tires at other dealers. Tires ordered and arrived next day, and mounted, balanced, and updated following day in time for our trip departure. Swung thru Brewer TW for 25 mile torquing check which they completed promptly to send us on our way!

Made an appointment online on a Friday for the following Tuesday. They didnt have the economy tires in stock we had wanted, so instead they gave us an amazing deal on even better tires for just a few bucks more! They even explained the alignment report to us, which was extremely helpful! We are so very happy with the service and will be using them for all our future tire needs!

Saved my vacation!I had a slow leak in the rear passenger tire of the rental car I had from Hertz. The emergency road service person at Hertz told my wife they would exchange the vehicle if we would drive 35 miles / 45 minutes to the Bangor airport. We drove there on Friday evening at 6pm only to be told we would have to pay $50 - $175.We drove back to Ellsworth and went to Tire Warehouse the next morning. The manager there was GREAT. He fixed the tire for $20 and had us BACK on the road in less than 45 minutes. I watched him treat ALL his customers with the same care and concern he had for me, while I was waiting for my tire to be repaired.My wife and I had come to Maine to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. The manager at Tire Warehouse didn’t try to rip us off or give us the run around, even though we weren’t locals.Instead he made our day! It was a Saturday and we would have been stuck until Monday morning were it not for his help.

I would never do business with this company again. We took them the part number for RV windshield wipers. The ones they gave us wouldnt fit. We took them back. We were told that they do not give receipts for your refund. They will mail it to your address within 6 weeks. I have NEVER heard of a reputable business that can charge your credit card in 5 minutes but cannot give you a receipt to prove they have credited you for a return. We had to call their corporate headquarters where we were told that all Tire Warehouse outlets operate this way. Sadly for us the second pair they assured us were right, were also wrong and we had to go through this all over again. We then went to Napa down the street and in 5 minutes had the right blades. No hassle. Id be ware of buying tires there. Shoddy business if you ask me.

I wouldn’t have my enemy come here. Terrible alignment(s), terrible attitude, just an overall terrible place. The rating this place has is false. Anyone in their right mind would not bother. The short balding guy has a terrible attitude, terrible service and terrible skills as any type of technician. How he has a job for this company is beyond me. I would rather pay for a tow up to Miles Motorsports than to ever bring it back here.

Oh boy where do I begin???? So after driving for months on tires from here, I finally get some answers as to why my car is chewing through my fairly new tires?!?! Turns out, Matt and his incompetent staff failed to notice a cracked rim, after replacing ALL FOUR TIRES and two of them TWICE!!! NOT to mention 2 alignments (first one done when their alignment machine was down... Try to explain that...) Still nobody noticed the cracked rim. Driving hundreds of miles with my children in the car, calling Matt who assured me my car was safe even though the tire almost fell off due to a busted caliper they also refused to look for. These guys are pretending!!! This is absolutely ridiculous and Im calling corporate! Their mechanic swore at me because he cant manage his time between Xbox and work, they were literally discussing how they were playing all day in the back because they were so slow that day but couldnt be bothered to look at my car!!!!!What a joke of a business! They should be ashamed!

Very knowledgeable techs and great prices as well as a company that puts you your first. I just bought set of tires there and will be going back to have rear brakes done( at a savings of $200+ compared to the dealership). Ask for Matt Berry, the manager, hes got all you auto needs covered and a great person to deal with & most importantly he can do anything and everything that you need done himself if necessary, hes ASE certified!!! Location is very clean & orderly as they go about taking care of business. Certainly a quick turnaround while I waited for a new tire to be put on. I went in for a patch for a hole in center tread but was told my 4 month old tire was no good on the sides. Should have asked to see proof. Was pressured to buy a whole new set even though other tires were only 4 months old. Service was not friendly. Couldnt help but feel duped, not a good feeling. In future will go to stick to establishments am familiar with, will not return here.
