I drove to Acadia park last night and suddenly noticed my headlights were off but the high beam was still fine. It’s dangerous to drive without headlights. So I found the nearest autozone which is this store. Adam who works here was very nice and lent me tools to check the fuse and headlights bulbs. We found out the bulbs were burnt. He found the replacement bulbs for my specific car and helped me replace them. Five stars to his efforts and help, and other employee whom I did not get his name. But both of them are great! Kudos to this store and its people working here.!

I was driving my car from NYC all the way to Maine and had a check engine light about 2 hours from Acadia. We finally managed to get here on 12/23 night and the guy on duty helped us checked the code and diagnosed the potential problems for free! You know it was quite hard to find a mechanics at this time of year. They helped us to contact local mechanics and ordered parts to be delivered there so we can continual our trip. I forgot to ask his name but the man deserves a compliment.

I was traveling to Maine from New Jersey with my (mechanic) boyfriend. The starter on my car was dying, so after we spent some time calling a few different auto parts stores, this AutoZone was able to help us honestly and immediately. Deborah and Jacob (hope I got their names correct) went above and beyond to help us order a new starter, have it delivered the next morning, and do everything they could to make it easier for my boyfriend to be able to install the new starter. Highly recommend this store due to their amazing employees!

These guys were awesome. On a road trip and my van starter went kaput. They helped with the right part choice, lent a few tool to help get that starter off. And were super professional and friendly the whole time. Would recommend to anyone.

Uneducated Employees. Drove 40 minutes for them try to sell me the wrong parts at the counter. And then they informed me the parts I drove there to buy they couldn’t even get/order.

This is the best place to get parts! Always helpful, understanding and patient with people like me who is a gas and go girl. I’m from out of town, and I took my Volkswagen New Beetle in to get a new battery. Everything’s crammed under the hood in this car and it’s always tough to find a shop that knows how to service it. Jacob looked under the hood and replaced the battery in no time. He was extremely helpful. Thank you!!

Just a super place to go when youre looking for parts and not sure of the specificity of the part you;re looking for. Joshua, a super employee there bailed me out when I couldnt figure out the exact size of the screws to attach radiator fan cowling. In 18 degree weather Joshua removed one of the remaining screws so a perfect match could be obtained for the replacement of those that were missing, he did this in an effortless fashion and literally saved the day. Above and beyond the call of duty, just a super job

Went there to find out what light bulb goes on my trailer. The bulbs were physically blown with glass everywhere in the compartment. I couldn’t get the bulb out, so I asked the manager for a pair of pliers. However, he didn’t just loan the pliers...he did ALL the work! He got the broken bulbs out, he found the right bulbs, he put the right ones in and he cleaned up everything! I love Auto Zone. They helped with this, as well as carried out the hitch for my wife previously. They have great customer service. I love this place!

Ok so today I saw something amazing it was not in there store but it takes customer satisfaction to a new level this young lady saw a gentleman on the side of the road with a hungry sign, she went across the road to where he stood, with a bag of what looked like food and gave it to the gentleman then gave him money out of her pocket when I saw this it brought tears to my eyes they really do mean when they say customer comes first both in there store and outside there store.....

This is the worst parts store I have EVER been too. The staff is ill experienced and ill informed. Something as simple as brake parts becomes a 20 minute arguement and battle. I ended up going to the store 3 times in one day because of it. And the next experience they gave me the wrong parts and I just went to advanced auto. I would be more understanding if the staff didnt cop a know it all attitude. So everyone be warned, unless you are desperate STAY AWAY!

We were visiting Maine and had about an 8 hour drive to return home. One of the bulbs in our front light was not working, in addition it was raining and one of our wiper blades was broken. Being a Sunday, I was not sure if I could find an open service shop to replace the two aforementioned items. Not exactly the handy type, I probably could have replaced the wiper blade myself but was hesitant to fiddle with the bulb replacement. I mentioned this to the CSR at the shop, Danielle Alley. Danielle was extremely helpful in helping me figure out the replacement parts I needed. She then involved the Store Manager, Chris Sanborn, who without hesitation offered to change both the items for me. Well, I make the purchase and Chris walks out with me in the rain and within minutes replaces both the items. I am extremely thankful to both Danielle and Chris for their incredible customer service. Highly recommend this store.
