I had two, extremely large (4’x 6’) original oil paintings that I inherited from my grandparents that needed to be shipped from their house to another state. I was really nervous about shipping them and decided to go with UPS over a white glove service, which was cost prohibitive. The paintings arrived today and they were absolutely meticulously wrapped. It took me a good 20 minutes just to reveal the contents. I am so happy to report that they arrived in perfect condition. Whoever took the time to carefully pack my paintings— THANK YOU!!! They are priceless and your careful attention to detail preserved two family heirlooms. I am thrilled.

I called this UPS store saying I believed they lost my package. Kevin said he would look into it and call me back. He called me back explaining they couldn’t find it, come to find out I called the wrong store and wasted Kevin’s time. He was so nice and didn’t make me feel like an idiot at all for my mistake. I really appreciated his time and understanding.

I was 10 min away and called to see when they closed and they told me they would wait for me. I got there 5 min after they closed and they greeted me with a smile, was professional, friendly, and gave excellent service. I even recieved a promotional discount, and information on additional services I can use. I highly recommend them for shipping/mailing, and printing services!!

I had a birth certificate shipped to me. Payed $18 since I could not wait 3 weeks for it to arrive. It requires a signature so my wife stayed home to sign. The doorbell never rang, but we got a note saying they would try to deliver the next business day. 5 days later and nothing. I even left the missed delivery​ note signed on the door, but they never came.Had to drive over to UPS with the newborn to pick it up in person.Would not pay $18 for expedited document delivery again.The store employees were very helpful though. And I got the document to my health insurance in time.

This store specifically was a huge help!!!Due to a computer glitch 5 Dyson vacuums were delivered to my home. The staff at this store help so much with all the returns to Dyson. Customer service was amazing

The staff was great. They helped us with a difficult return due to Dyson sending us 5 vacuums instead of one. Will defiantly use this location for all our shipping needs.

I have always had good service. I use them frequently. They explain all the options available for shipping a package. Its nice to have all the shipping choices in one place like UPS vs USPS.

If I could give 0 I would. The staff very condescendingly told me incorrect information about an amazon return through ups that I wanted to drop off. They were absolutely no help.

I previously gave a bad review of this store. During Covid times I had little choice but to use their services again with reluctence. Things have changed and they are very friendly, courteous and do a nice job.

I shipped a package from this location. They asked what was in the package and we told them beer, soda, and christmas gifts. A day later I was informed by UPS that the package was destroyed intentionally by UPS because they are not allowed to ship beer.. even though I declared what was in the box at the store. I called the store and inquired and the manager informed me they never ask what is in a package .. we know thats a lie. The issue was never resolved I was given no refund for the other items in the package or the shipping. UPS was quick to respond on social media and to direct me to the store.. the store was a black whole.. never resolving the issue I will never use a UPS store and will avoid UPS whenever possible.

The owners and staff at this store are extremely helpful, they have gone above and beyond to provide excellent service to me for over a year now, time and time again.

Do not use this store. Their customer service sucks and there is no satisfaction guaranteed philosophy. They charge .65 for a .55 postage stamp! They will not give you a refund or exchange on anything.
