This Firestone is my Go To for professional service! From the moment you arrive you are treated with respect and dignity. I own two older vehicles and the manager there has never made me feel less than the most important customer he has. He works with me to make sure I have a safe vehicle to drive. I am disabled with a limited income and they make it affordable. The work is great too. The technicians do great work real fast. I have never been without my vehicles for more than a few hours. This place is the best! Highly recommend them for your business.

Awesome experience. Staff is super helpful. I worked with Lane and one other mechanic who explained everything in detail and helped me understand what exactly was going on with my car. They fit me in their schedule and we’re able to get me on the road before a cross country trip.

They are always working hard for their customers. We always do the right thing by our customers. The staff takes the time to help with everything they can control. Ex. Filling out rebates and making sure you get the refund. They are truly the best in Firestone Family. You will always be welcome no matter the situation.

I showed up there with a nail in my tire after stopping at 5 other places that couldnt get to it today. They were able to get it right in and fix the tire for me so that I could continue on my journey. Great Place, Great Staff, Very helpful.

Very good independent Firestone. Locally owned and operated so some of the bologna that goes along with BIG box mechanics is not here because it is owned by an individual not a large mega corporation that has no feelings for the present person in front of them.

The people who work here are fantastic and very respectful (Service Reps, Service Manager and the Mechanics)! We’ve taken our cars here for the past 5 years. A new model year Mazda and two Nissans. They give great advice and have always done a great job.

Ive been getting my cars fixed here for years, and they always treat me right. Sometimes theyre brutally honest, but when it comes to cars you have to be sometimes. They never steer me wrong and Ive never had their work be less than 100% professional.

I made an appointment to get oil changes on 2 vehicles. I got there with a Firestone coupon for buy 1 full service oil change at regular price and get the 2nd for free. Owner informed me he is privately owned and does not honor that coupon. But wait, isnt this still a Firestone location? He told me the Ballwin location accepted the coupon and I was happy to walk out the door and give my business to the Ballwin location who gladly accepted the coupon and was happy to have my business. I guess this owner just hides behind the Firestone name, but does not care to act as a participating Firestone location. The coupon said nothing about location as it was a generic Firestone coupon. If you dont want to accept Firestone coupons thats fine, but get the Firestone name off of your location if you wish not to act as a Firestone branch.

Went there to replace the thermostat... they replaced it but with what turned out to be another damaged one.... needless to say my car broke down again soon afterwards. I am very disappointed with their recklessness with my car!

A friend recently had there truck there and had her catalytic converter stolen on there lot and they are not paying for it . This place is a rip off like Dobbs .Really poor service, go somewhere else . Revised .. 1st off there was not ticket you gave me a estimate to fix flat said it wasnt fixable ... Ballwin Sinclair fixed it for 5 dollars .

Kind of some angry people work there, but otherwise decent service.
