Im a Realtor in central Massachusetts and I first discovered Kloter Farms through a seller-client. My jaw dropped when they showed me THEIR custom kitchen island. It was a show-stopper (and it probably sold the house)! It didnt take us long to make the trip down to the campus, which is bigger than we imagined. Our experience was fantastic from start to finish. Emily patiently helped us come up with the right size and design.. and provided valuable input on all of the finishing touches such as color and hardware. The staff was up-front about the timeline in the midst of the pandemic. This beautifully crafted, custom piece was well worth the wait and will be showcased in our home for many years to come. We recently purchased a very large gorgeous desk from Kloter Farms during their floor sample sale. The desk is so well made and of the highest workmanship. There was a half inch clearance to get it thru the door into our study. Kloter delivery people were awesome and took the top off the desk and the door to the room off the hinges to get it in. Neither the desk nor the woodwork were damaged at all. They were so accommodating. Highly recommend Kloter Farms.

We had a wonderful experience with Kloter Farms! I “needed” a 48” cupola with only a couple days notice. I called Kloter Farms early in the morning on Saturday, July 17 which happened to be their annual sale weekend! I was shocked they had one in stock and it was on sale. We went and picked up the cupola that day. They were very busy but that did not impact their customer service. Every single person that helped us was extremely nice! Next time I need something that they sell I’ll be back!

I just received my new chairs and ottem they are the finest quality I love them .I was so happy when I got the call that my chairs were in early I was told they may not be ready until November. The two young men that delivered my chairs were very professional they did a great job. Thank you.

Wait was long due to Covid, but definitely worth the wait. We wanted a higher guilty smaller dining room set and found exactly what we wanted at Kloter. Shopping was easy and delivery was smooth. The set looks beautiful and is such high quality.

I love my new leather sofa recliner. I have waited a few years to get it and now it’s going to be much easier to take care of since I’ve had my little dog. It fits in great where I had my previous sofa. The help I had in choosing it was great, as were the men who delivered it. Great service and great quality!

I received my custom sideboard today and what a beautiful piece of furniture! The quality of the workmanship is amazing! Followup to a May 2021 review.After speaking to and emailing with several people at Kloter Farms, ( we were not happy with their responses) we received an Email and a call from Peter Welti. He came to our home to inspect the damage to the door. After much discussion he agreed to replace the the door at no cost to us for parts or labor. Barry came to install the new door several weeks later, he was very professional and a delight to work with.Thank you to Peter for standing behind your product and replacing the door and to Barry who did a wonderful job of installing the new door.Doug

My sister recommended Kloter Farms for my new table furniture. I ordered 5 items. She assured me the quality and design of Kloters furniture is exquisite. I patiently waited the 12-14 weeks for production, and received my free delivery on Feb 25th. The delivery crew was professional and courteous. They set up the pieces in the desired locations and applied a Bees Wax polish wipe down. I couldnt be more satisfied with the entire experience. Its absolutely gorgeous and worth every cent.

Back in October, we ordered a pair of recliner rockers. Great assistance in selecting fabric and chair options once we narrowed it down to a specific chair. They warned manufacturers were taking a while to assemble and import from Canada.Chairs arrived today. Delivery was fast. Scheduled two days after initial call that chairs were in. Delivery was about 45 minutes before window. So not too early, but nicely early. They got to the house as expected when they called ahead. Took about 10 minutes to get furniture in, set up and answer my questions. That was fast.Pleased with chairs so far.

We purchased an Amish built bedroom set and what a wonderful experience it was from the selection process to delivery. I had to postpone my first shed delivery and everything worked out just fine. Shed delivered Wednesday 8/18/21. The driver had about 12 ft across my driveway and 40 ft through my yard. Kloter Farms installed our new 2-car garage in early July of this year. This was the latest and largest home improvement project we have done for our home where we have lived for thirty years (and many projects and upgrades).From start to finish, everything about this project went smoothly. Always on time, great professional expertise, great recommendations for other contractors to help (electrical, foundation etc.) Jay and Ryan did the actual construction in just a few days, working in the hottest days of early July well into the evenings and came back to finish it on a Sunday morning - it was amazing.Jason Kloter made the extra effort to find the exact siding we put on our house 14 years ago and now the two buildings look like they were built together. We got our new bedroom furniture delivered from Kloter Farms today and I couldn’t say better things about the whole experience! Every single piece is beautiful, and it completely changes the whole room in such a positive way! The furniture is amazing quality, I would recommend every item. Every single person we worked with is so nice and knowledgeable, and the delivery guys were so great. Our house is set up a bit awkwardly, so we were originally unsure about how they would be able to move the furniture up the stairs around this awkward little curve at the top of the stairs. They were so dedicated and kind, and moved the furniture effortlessly! Every aspect of our experience at Kloter Farms was seamless and perfect! We will most definitely be returning very soon for more furniture for the rest of our house! Kloter Farms just finished building our 24x30 garage last month. The final product has exceeded our expectations. Additionally Jason and the team hit every date they gave us in the build process. We purchased a 24 x 36 barn/garage from Kloter Farms.The guys that built our barn did a fantastic job, I could not be happier! Any time I noticed any little detail that needed some attention, before I could even say anything, they were on top of it. Their attention to detail is exceptional! When finished, they cleaned up the site and left it as clean or cleaner than they found it. It is obvious that they take real pride in their workmanship. The building quality, both materials and construction, exceeded my expectations. The sliding barn door works so smoothly that I can move it with one finger even though it is a large door!Everyone from Kloter Farms, including the sub-contractors, have been exceptionally nice people and we have had contact with quite a few of them. That is not often true these days, and only happens when there is a commitment from the top of the company.

Kloter farms is a customer friendly sales organization. their delivery people are personable and efficient. The recliner/rocker purchased was a fair price and quality item. Only other comment was their communication of delivery delays. I think it would be good it they kept customers up to date on that.

We couldnt be happier with our purchase of our new Cliff Climb playscape. Lisa was amazing and so patient as I picked out the color and stain I wanted. Our visit to Kloter Farms was excellent. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to choose the style and fabric that suited us easily because there was so much to choose from. The entire process was a breeze. The men who delivered our couch were knowledgeable and courteous but were not wearing masks. They did not offer to put one on. We were very surprised by this. This is not what we expected from KIoter Farms. This is the only reason that we are not giving a 5 star rating.

The Sullivan Senior Center in Torrington CT is loving our new storage shed! The staff and crew at Kloter Farms was great to work with, they scheduled delivery and construction days and kept to the project timeline. They did not leave until the job was complete and came back to make sure everything was perfect! This is 36X14 dutch style shed and the best value and quality we could have hoped for! Very disappointed we ordered a shed and waited almost two months. The shed arrived Monday and the delivery guy was fantastic, we were excited to finally get it. We had special ordered not only a certain style but special opening’s the day after it arrived we noticed something was wrong. We had ordered a salt box roof and got a cape, we ordered the side door offset and it wasn’t. To their credit they did refund us 10% but every time I look at this building I hate it more! So inspect your building before it comes off the trailer doesn’t seem to be any quality control.

This was our first time purchasing from Kloter Farms. We ordered new living room tables in December and they were delivered today. They are beautiful - even better than I pictured. From working with the sales person to pick out each specific detail through the delivery, everyone was professional and friendly. I couldnt have asked for better service. Now I just have to wait for our dining room set to be made and delivered in July!8/13/2021 - Our new dining room table and chairs were delivered this week. Theyre wonderful and match our previously purchased tables so well. The delivery was on time and the table was set up quickly and professionally. Received my Entertainment cabinet, Night stand and Highboy Dresser June 15th. Although it took 10 weeks to get the furniture, it was truly worth the wait. Ive been searching for American made Cherry dining room chairs for years, to match my dining room table. Unfortunately, the company that made my table had gone out of business. When I saw that Kloter Farms didnt just make sheds, I made the 1 1/2 hr drive and it was well worth the trip. The process was so easy and seamless amid the pandemic. I was so impressed with their showroom and there was no pressure from the sales people at all. My chairs arrived 4 weeks earlier than expected and the stain matches perfectly. We love them. We purchased a mattress set from Kloter Farms in February, 2021, after selecting the set. It was promised at the end of April but we received them beginning of April, which was great. The people at Kloters didnt oversell us and answered all of our questions. What they recommended to us was the perfect set for us as we have different problems with our backs. Our backs are now much better, and our entire physical being has improved quite a bit. Thanks to Kloter Farms people we feel better than we have in years.

Our 10X12 Kloter Farms shed is unbelievable...so attractive, solid, and well-built, and delivered to our yard from Connecticut. You could live in this thing! High walls, storage loft, cupola...all we need now are flower boxes and a weathervane.Kloter Farms staff are great folks, and they have very reasonable prices. The best price I could find in New England for this quality. We couldnt be happier with our shed...and the neighbors love it. Id be willing to bet it was made by the Amish!

Sales women was new but knowledgeable. It was close to their closing time but she did not rush us. Due to the issues with covid we were told our purchase would arrive in August. We were placing our order on 3/08/2021.Our product ended up arriving June 29th. Their products are excellent quality! This is our second purchase from them. As far as there delivery service, it was outstanding! They arrived when they said they would, didnt damage anything, no garbage or trash left on my property! My 8 x 10 shed was amazingly delivered by a very polite and knowledgeable Kloter Farms employee driving a pickup truck and towing a trailer today. Placement was mostly by remote control!!! This is the fourth item we have purchased at Kloter Farms. Most recent was a bed. The quality of the furniture and shed is excellent. Its so nice to find a store that sells solid hardwood furniture that is made in America vs plywood particle board covered in laminate made in China.The only reason for the 4 starts vs 5 is the cost for delivery. A little steep for delivery to the town next door.

I’m not sure what happened but I was ready to buy a play set and a sectional and got no help from the staff in both areas. This was even after asking for help twice. I guess my $$ isn’t good enough here so I went to best in backyard for the play set and Bassett for the sectional and spend $10K in total for both items. It was unfortunate also because we drove almost 2 hrs round trip. Ice cream was good though 👍.

I purchased a maple bedroom set and am very pleased with the quality and workmanship. The sales person was very polite and professional, answered all my questions and allowed me to view the showroom without any sales pressure. The delivery was made on time as expected and setup was very quick. Very professional delivery team too.

I have been coming to Kloter Farms forever. I sometimes just come to browse the store, see new styles get ideas. Their furniture is impeccable, made to stand the test of time and built to last. The staff is very friendly and when I was there today very busy attending to customers. Check out was fast and there was no line. I went early this morning but the kloter ice cream shack was open and serving icecream. Definitely make that your stop as you come out of the store!

We can’t say enough about customer service at Kloter Farms. From the moment we entered the showroom until we received delivery of our furniture the experience was flawless. This is our fourth purchase from Kloters. We purchased a shed, a one car garage, a dining table with 8 chairs, and just recently a new bedroom set. The workmanship and quality in the detailing is very evident on each piece. Our bedroom set was delivered yesterday by two very knowledgeable men. They took care in putting all pieces together and answering any questions we had. We would never hesitate in purchasing from Kloter Farms in the future. You get what you pay for and they stand behind their products.

We purchased a new home in September of 2018 and were excited about having a gazebo from kloter farm put on the property and we even went and picked it out and ordered it the day or so after we closed so we didnt have to be very long without a porch . The next week we ordered a large shed. Both totaling over 18 thousand with prep tax etc. The gazebo came first without problem. The Shed was delivered on a very rainy November day the driver told us it would make some ruts on our front lawn which is 200 feet plus long and happen to be our best grass area. Kloter farms covers themselves in their catalog by saying you might want to change your date on rainy days...however....the ruts were deep and pretty much destroyed the front yard. My husband called the next day was upset and took pictures...all that was offered was that they would come out and fix the ruts with equipment and it would cost us 600.00 We have since purchased loam and my husband spent days with a rototiller and rake getting the foot deep ruts out and then reseeding the front lawn. Hindsight we should have said put it in the driveway and come back another day .....the delivery people should have been more detailed about the level of damage there would be. They are great sales people and have a good product BUT if you have any problems its all on you. My husband is incredibly handy does everything...the doors on the shed...both of them were not able to open without rubbing all the paint off and he had to readjust them, and now we have to touch up the paint we didnt even bother them with this. I am a positive review writer and really dont like writing bad reviews...but had to share this one.Follow up: Since my review I have spoken with Peter Welti who is one of the owners of Kloter Farm. I had a very positive and enlightened conversation with him, I think we both came away with seeing each others point of views, what a customer and owner have to contend with in this process. I appreciate Peter taking the time to address my concerns, and we are enjoying our Gazebo and Shed to the fullest.

We ordered our barn/garage back in late Spring for a new home that we moved to in August. Our experience at Kolter Farms was wonderful. Multiple people helped us with the design of our shed over a long period of time. Never once did they get annoyed or short with us, everyone was incredibly patient. The delivery came the day they promised and the crew was so mindful of our yard. We purchased a 12x22 T111 Garage from Kloter Farms several years ago. We stopped at several other places before Kloter Farms. We decided to purchase from Kloter Farms because the salesman told us that only the best materials were used and that they used Amish Builders because of the quality of their workmanship. It was build using Dura Temp T111 Siding, Perma Trim Corners and Trim etc. Because they used the best materials any repairs needed they were a phone call away. We have called them for some repairs and they sent someone out right away. This year we had a problem with one of the side Barn Doors. The bottom of the Dura Temp T111 Siding disintegrated under the trim, the trim fell off. I called and spoke to Don, who requested pictures. I sent them as requested. He send an email stating that they could replace the door for $230 plus $150 labor but said we should replace both at a cost of $460 plus $150 labor. I was shocked, he never suggested sending someone out to take a look at the damage, to see if it was a defect in the material. The other door along with the rest of the Dura Temp T111 siding has no damage. It would seem to me that there is a defect in this siding used for the door. It is only about 6 at the bottom that is damaged so why would I spend $460 to replace both doors. I dont feel like the company is standing behind their product or what the salesman told us, or reaching out to maintain Customer Satisfaction. I have sent along two photos to show the damage on the one door.

From start to finish our experience with buying a sectional couch from Kloter Farms was excellent. They had a good selection of sectionals which could be custom made, and a wide range of fabrics to choose from. We were able to take fabrics home to see which would match in our room since every fabric looks different depending on the light in the room. The salesman was helpful, and had great patience. He knew the product and was able to give excellent suggestions.We ordered our sectional after looking and comparing at other stores.No one else had the sectional as comfortable and the price at Kloter Farms was very reasonable. When the sectional was ready, they held it for us until we were able to get delivery. Because of the Pandemic restrictions, we had to wait even longer. But it was worth the wait.The delivery men were very professional and took the time to set up the furniture exactly as we wanted.The sectional with the power recliners is perfect. It is very comfortable and so easy to use. They recline with just a push of a button. The back has just the right amount of lumbar support. Great for watching TV.We would highly recommend Kloter Farms - it is worth the trip!!

We bought a Sofa and a chair for our home. Kloter farm staff is always courteous and polite. They answer any question you may have and there is no pressure sales talk. The 8 round natural cherry table is absolutely gorgeous!! It is the MOST BEAUTIFUL table I have ever seen!! Thank you for making the arrangements and carefully reviewing the specifications, and finding a carpenter with such meticulous finish work. The base is a work of art, and you cannot even see the center split--the top looks smooth and seamless. The wood the carpenter chose is stunning!!I cannot thank you enough, especially since you timed it perfectly to arrive for Thanksgiving!! I worked with Rick on my shed project. I had never purchased a shed before and had no idea where to begin. Rick was incredibly helpful and took me through all of the steps. There was an issue on my end with the delivery and Kloter Farms could not have been more helpful. Instead of exacerbating an already stressful situation, their calm approach to problem solving put me at ease. I now have a gorgeous shed sitting in the perfect spot on my property. I had the best experience buying my new couch and chair as I was redecorating my living room. Carl was so patient with me picking out the best options..I sat on sooo many couches before I settled on the one I purchased. He was great helping me pick out the fabric for both pieces. When they told me the fabric was on backorder the staff worked with Smith Bros. to get my pieces out asap before my xmas party..it worked out perfectly. Delivery was fantastic also, Kevin and Dominic were friendly..efficient and placed my furniture where I wanted them. They even placed the hardwood floor protectors on the furniture legs..Will definitely be back for new tables for next year..

We have made many purchases from KF over the years. We just purchased new bed room furniture and the whole process from making the purchase to receiving our furniture was effortless. Estimated delivery was 14 weeks and the furniture arrived exactly 14 weeks later. The two delivery men were professional and courteous.

As always, the experience this time was wonderful, even during a pandemic. The folks at Kloter, ALL of them, are always so kind and helpful. The furniture is high quality and, especially during their large sales, priced well. Delivery was cheerful, with helpful tips for caring for the leather and wood.

I ordered a shed by phone back in April, I already new what I wanted when I called. I spoke with Kim M. in customer service who made the entire process simple and easy. After I got my quote, I decided to make changes that were quickly followed up on.On the day of delivery Jeremy showed up and was able to put my shed exactly where I wanted it. He was able to get it through a rather narrow area with no sign of being stressed about it at all.During all this the keys for the shed some how got misplaced. We just received our new family room furniture, a leather couch, two large throw pillows, two leather power recliners, and an ottoman. We could not be happier! Carl assisted us in selecting our furniture and fabrics, and what a wealth of knowledge he is. He was able to readily show us items that worked together, fabrics, wood tone for the legs, etc... everything! His knowledge allowed him to really help us make the decisions we needed to make. The furniture is beautiful and we are really thrilled with it.The furniture was delivered by Dominick and Kevin and both are wonderful representatives for Kloter Farms, very personable and professional. They were very careful bringing the leather furniture through the doorway, and this furniture is VERY heavy. They placed everything carefully, put the felt pads I provided on the base of all the furniture to protect the wood floors, and explained how to care for the leather.Our experience has been outstanding and we would not hesitate to return to Kloter Farms if/when we need any other furniture.

My husband and I went for the first time to Kloters Farms over the July 4th weekend. We had a wonderful shopping and buying experience at Kloter Farms. Wed been wanting new dining room furniture for years, after the kids had grown up and left home. There was a wide selection of possibilities and ways to customize all the pieces to our exact specifications.Our salesperson was very helpful in guiding us to choose the pieces that worked best for us. The only hard part was waiting the 11 weeks until all the custom-made pieces finally arrived! Our order was delivered last week and we have been enjoying our new dining room set immensely since then. I needed a 4x8 garden shed. I found an in-stock unit on the website that looked right; but I didn’t have time to check it out on person, bought it sight-unseen. It was delivered before the site work was complete, so the unit was dropped off in our driveway. I was surprised and pleased at the quality of the build, attention to detail and solid construction.. what I didn’t count on was the weight. When the site was prepped, I was a little short on hands to jockey it into place. Called TJ at Kloter Farms, and he volunteered to come and help. After some creative rigging we got the unit in position. Very happy with the unit, the quality of construction, and the extraordinary support of the Kloter Farms staff.

This morning we took delivery of a corner hutch, one of many pieces we have purchased from Kloter Farms. The young men that delivered it were mindful of our home and extremely careful installing the piece. We have been happy with our purchases going back to our first which happened to be a lazy suzan that we still use.

First trip to Kloter farms, our interest was mostly furniture and we were not disappointed. The furniture is all very nice and the quality and price are proportionate and fair. I wish we visited Kloter before we furnished our home. While there of course we checked out all the buildings. Everything is very nice, made well and priced fair. It’s so easy to walk around and imagine your dream patio, shed, garage, out building, man cave or she shed. We will definitely be back.
