Decent selection but some of the staff could use some professionalism training. Particularly the big rude woman in bakery/deli section. She damn near ran me over while pushing a cart past me and never said excuse me. Shes lucky im more mature now because the younger, angrier me wouldnt have let that go without words or a can of beans upside her head.

Pizza was finished in time. Found most things on list. Checked out fairly quick but only because we used the self checkout line. Very few people to help out.

Sushi! Their sushi has gotten us through all the times we couldnt go to our favorite sushi restaurant. I pick up my brown rice tuna roll for lunch at least once a week, and the folks behind the counter are SO nice!

The pharmacist I spoke with today at Harris teeter wouldnt sell me any pseudoephedrine HCl, she said when she scanned my drivers license it said not for sale? (Which i knew had to be wrong because I hadnt purchased any in months)Clearly their system was just having issues because I went to Weiss pharmacy up the street and I was able to purchase Sudafed there.Really disappointed that the pharmacist at Harris teeter didnt bother to look into their system issue to help me.But thats okay, Ill definitely be using Weisss pharmacy from here on out, and its closer to my house anyway. :)

Last night was my 1st time visiting this place. Ive heard so many great things about this grocery store but Ive never visited any locations for groceries. I have visited a down South location for Starbucks but not for groceries.Well, tonights the night.We literally needed nothing, maybe 0-2 items but I just wanted to look through here while I had time and check out the fresh departments as well as shelf stock. I was very very impressed. Overall the prices are good. There were a few items that I noticed was $1-$2 more here than other places and then items $2 to $4 less here than other places so you really need to know your stuff.The quality of fresh veggies and meats, variety of brands, spaciousness of store and cleanliness of environmental was appropriate.Once I got to the checkout I knew I was coming back. I 1st went to customer service to see if they have a club card and they do. Jacob was kind enough to assist me and put me in the system so now I am a VIC member of this place as well.I am looking forward to returning back and purchasing more items and continuing to support a place to has everything your grocery heart desires!

I signed up to be an eVic member and it paid off very well. And I got gas today and earned a discount already. They had a great amount of items on sale that I needed. Prepared foods. Shelves stocked. Very good customer care.

Nice grocery store. Open 24 hours as well. They have a pharmacy and gives out one free cookie per kid. The store is clean, pretty well organized, has a salad bar, meat section, etc. They have more housing development underway in the back side of the Harris teeter and should really boost everything around.

The best mix of a modern grocery store without all of the biggliness of a Wegmans. Everything you need at a good price with extras and fun stuff. A delight to shop here. The store is clean and staff is freindly.

A great shopping experience. This location is very well organized and features a very friendly staff and who definitely keeps the store extra clean. I think this is open 24 hours but not sure about that. I usually go later at night when it is a lot less hectic and less crowded. This store has ample parking and also has a well lit parking lot where you will feel safe if you go there at night.

Great grocery at turf valley. They open almost whole day everyone from very early till very late. Staff are nice. And they have good taste pizza and in-store sub (like subway).

Harris Teeter is a nice grocery store. Always well stocked and the produce is fresh. The staff are friendly and helpful. My only gripe, and this applies to all Harris Teeters, is their frustrating self-checkout registers. Anyone thats used them knows what I mean.

I love this store...it is always clean, well lit and the employees very nice and helpful. The produce USED to be high quality but for the past year...yes, before Covid...the quality of the produce has drastically declined. The vegetables look to be wilted and rot quickly when in the fridge. I do hope they will be getting in better produce.

Too Much Favoritism. Not Enough selections, Dry.Their Are Clicks In The Home Shopping Department this is very scary because any words you say to them they can make a complaint on you and possibly you could lose your job.

I obtain my groceries curbside since the pandemic. The staff is so accommodating and contact you to let you know ahead of the pick up time if something is out of stock. No other grocery store in the area does that.

July 9 2020 Wont return unless there at opening time. Arrived 10:30/ish a.m. Crowded. No one way aisles. Some shoppers not social distancing. Worst offenders store employees. Walk right up next to you to stock or fill online orders. One ees mask under nose. Store is small footprint. Should restrict #s in store.

Recently moved down from NJ. Overall I love MD but I must say most of my experiences so far have been great. However I was blown away by the service I recently received at Harris Teeter.I picked up my online order. Upon arriving home and unpacking I realized I received someone elses bag and they still had one of mine. So I called figuring I would run back over once my husband got home. But they offered to run the bag over to me.Now Im already shocked because Im from NJ and this is not the type of service Im accustomed to receiving. They arrive with my bag AND a refund for the products they came to deliver. I have never received such great service. I didnt yell or complain so there was no indication that I was expecting a refund.This is exactly how a great business operates and keeps its customers. Thank you for truly going above and beyond.

Free store discount card must be used for sales items. Very quick process. Store staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. Prices are a bit high for me. I like shopping at Harris Tweeters. It is the sales that get me in the store. Read carefully so you are getting the best deals. Restrooms are accessible and conveniently located at the front of the store. GPS will get you there.

Over the holidays I purchased 4 standing rib roasts.  The butcher took the time to take off the bones and then tie them back together with the roast. The service was excellent and the meat was absolutely delicious.  I wanted to let you know this, as my experience was excellent.  This was at the Marriottsville location.

Why are there only a few checkouts (plus self) open when the lines are 20 people deep?Customers should not have to police themselves as to where lines start and end.Extra star for: friendly and helpful deli & seafood staff.

The market is nice and all but there’s a like of store associates especially at the registers. I typically visit this Harris Teeter during the hours of 11 AM to 1 PM and they usually have three lines open. So I can’t recommend them.

We used to shop at Harris Teeter all the time but today would be our last shopping there. They made a lot of mistakes on our online pickup order and representative on the phone gave us one price and charged different on the receipt. Called to the store and spoke to the manger and she said nothing she can do. If you pay one price online you should get that price on your receipt unless its approved, and if you representative tell us one price they cant change different price!

Staff here is always friendly and the food is always good. They have great discounts on groceries and other items like wine and hygiene. The deli is my personal favorite as the sandwiches and chicken never taste bad. I would recommend the store to anyone who is looking for fresh food and good prices.

Employees are fantastic, store is EXTREMELY clean and well stocked. Prices on some things are higher compared to other places but on other items drastically lower. Also they have the largest pet aisle Ive ever seen in a grocery store with lots of different goodies. Parking lot is very big. Only complaint is register area can be very cramped, otherwise I love this store.

This store has a great fresh produce selection. It also offers a Deli, Seafood and neat counter. They carry good quality brands, The bakery is outstanding but they do run out of items for days sometimes. The staff could be a bid more costumer oriented. The prices are high even for the area but if you like to go shopping at a clean decent managed store you will pay that price.

This place is one of the few 24 hour grocery stores left. Wide variety, good produce, cashiers are always friendly. So are the people stocking the shelves; very helpful.

There is much I like about Harris Teeter. probably most importantly is once a month they take a very high-quality steak and put it on sale at a very good price. This months well-marbled Ribeyes are available for $6.99 a pound! for my money its the best steak there is for cooking at home on the grill. Thank you Harris Teeter for my dinner tonight!

Best place to shop for food!

Just got permission to bear weight on my leg after surgery. Went to HT today, used electric cart to shop. At checkout they took great care of me taking everything from my car and ringing it up so I didnt have to get up. When I took my groceries to my care someone from the store followed me to the car and retrieved the power cart for me. Thank you Harris Teeter!

Went there on Wednesday. Shelves were bare. Lots of items with no prices Produce department was awful. Most of the vegetables were old and wilted. Mushrooms were slimy. Surprised at the limited selection in the grocery aisles. Bread aisle was empty. Better selection at low end stores like Food Lion.

Pizza bar is why I go. Fresh, by the slice or buy a whole pizza. Very affordable. Customer service is impeccable ! Always friendly and quick service. I have been 2 dozen times and never a problem. Highly recommended!

The food selection is superb. The store is laid out very well. They take extra steps to be environmentally conscious like putting all of the chilled foods behind glass doors and some of the isles have motion sensor lights.

I am new to this place, they actually have some I good deals here. I was afraid that they would be priced like a Whole Foods because its not the biggest grocery store. They even have a free cookie for everyone by the front of the store. Nice people at this location

Just dropped in to pick up a few items for baking. I was very impressed with the abudance of items on display. A very welcoming store with such a positive array of aisles full and well stocked item you cant find in other stores. A pizza station with a large variety of options. Plus the tastes was phenomenal. Store was clean, and aisles were not cluttered with unnecesssry displays. I definately will be back to shop here again and recommend to others to visit there as well. Ample parking outside, and well lit at night. Safety snd security is an important factor in coming to shop at night for young female shoppers. Thanks Harris Teeter

Clean grocery store with a large variety of items I cannot find at other stores, such as decaf teas. Thursday is senior day. You get an additional 5% off. People are helpful and they have a self-checkout aisle for those who prefer it. Lots of food sample bites throughout the store, particularly in the deli and produce areas. They make fresh sushi onsite too. Their blueberry and apple pies make it worth not baking when they go on sale.

Went to Harris Teeter for a couple last minute items for Christmas tomorrow. Got to the store about 10 minutes before the close time of 7 and was turned away at the door because they couldnt be bothered to let me get my three items even though there were other shoppers in the store. I have had good customer service here in the past but this store has really gone down since its opening.
