My mom and I drove 3+ hours to visit this store and we were not disappointed! We have been on the hunt for new pieces for our year-round Dept 56 Village and Forget-Me-Not Factory has 3 floors of displays to explore. We both left with multiple pieces. The gentleman who helped us was not only super helpful, but he was a pleasure to talk to. I cant wait to return and see what other treasures I can find!

Like oh-em-gee I absolutely love this place! It is a little crowded with a bunch of stuff but well worth going through! I loved all the little shop figures I all different themes ! I will definitely be back for them. Overall, I definitely recommend making a stop here!

What an absolutely magical place! Three floors of fairies, toys, dolls, stuffed animals, and more village sets than I ever knew existed.The owners are extremely nice and helpful and I bought some gorgeous Colleen Toland jewelry there. They let me look at every piece that caught my eye and were so patient with me!Any child visiting would be in utter delight to find the secrets and magical wonders hidden here, but its very fun for adults to explore, too!

Can I be in love with a store? Is it even possible? YES! I love this place. Im always on the lookout for great gift stores, most especially for kids and I found an incredible one. This is a gift store for all ages.I came here twice in one week to buy presents for kids of various ages. First time I came I bought all unicorn-themed gifts for my soon to be four-year old nephew. Hes crazy about unicorns. I got him stickers that are puffy to place throughout a book, a unicorn stuffed animal and a guided-journal that is unicorn themed with a horn that lights up when you press on it. So unique. The gift bag, ribbons and bow selection were simply, absolutely, jaw-dropping amazing. I know hes going to love the gifts.I stopped by two days later for gifts for two young girls soon to be six and ten-years old. It was a spur of the moment purchase but I hadnt seen them in months due to Covid-19. I was on my way to their house.I bought stuffed animal cross-shoulder purses (one a hedgehog, and the other a sloth!) and dream-catcher pouches. I bought gift bags too. Tissue paper was provided gratis both times when I was checking out. Stickers too that were thrown in the gifts bags for the girls. They were ecstatic when they opened their gifts.I wish I had hours to spend looking at everything in the store- its impressive just the sheer amount of stuff that is in the store. Literally thousands upon thousands of items. Multiple floors too.Hooray! The store is unlike any other Ive been in.

This place is overall excellent! Excellent customer service, excellent communication, friendly, considerate, & accommodating. Store went above and beyond any expectations of my online order! Will absolutely be shopping here again!

The cutest and most magical things. I love the fairy section and The Alice in Wonderland section the most. Whimsy fun for locals and tourist alike!

This place is just magical. I could spend hours walking around noticing all the tiny things so carefully placed. An Ellicott City must-see.

Fantastic place to explore! Three floors of wonder! The location inside an historic building adds to the intrigue! Worth the visit just to check out the building! Highly recommended! And Barrys artisan bubbles round everything out perfectly! If you never knew bubble making could be a complex art, come watch Barry at his best! This awesome place had way more inside than we expected. Could’ve spent hundreds of dollars easily! The folks working there truly seem to enjoy what they do and take care in caring for customers. Will definitely return.

Really nice and cozy place had some random stuff and was fun to look around it has a few witchy things like crystals for a nice price i would definitely recommend stopping by

This place is incredible. The amount of character in this historic building is beyond words. The lovely owners, Barry and Nancy, are amazing people who put their heart and soul into every detail of this place. Its more than just a cool shop, its an experience. Make sure to give the bubbles a shot; they bring a smile to even the oldest of us.

I fell in love with this place. Had a jewelry box in my hand, I now fully regret not getting. If you are in the are visiting I definitely recommend stopping in for a gift for a child at home. When Im back in Ellicot, Im going back for sure.

This store blew my mind. Its such a magical and truly unique shop. You really have to see it to believe it.

A much beloved presence in Old Ellicott City. The staff is helpful and the shop is fun to browse. There is a great Department 56 display on the first floor, and occasionally youll find some neat retired pieces. Worth a visit, but bring your walking shoes, there are several floors of merchandise, and the parking is up the street.

This place is so girly and great!! Its every little girls fancy to see this three level fairy/holiday inspired building!! On weekends in the summer they have a bubble guy dressed up and they have most of the Christmas houses of all makers!! Its a must see walking down main st Ellicott city, my son LOVED the Halloween house section!!

Forget Me Not Factory is a delight for adults and children alike! We call it the Faerie Factory and adore it like no other store in the area. It is a magical place and we are so happy that it survived the flood!

Ive been visiting & buying from this store for over 30 years & i live in South Carolina! Its an enchanting, mystical & wonderful shopping experience.

So much to look at - the family enjoys wandering around and looking at all the stuff, and climbing the stairs to the top.
