Mr. David Wadel installed my garage door and did a wonderful job.

Vince came out on Monday to access the problem with my garage door. He stated he had a guy in the area that would repair the door on Tuesday and the man would call me when he was on his way. I stayed home and waited all day Tuesday and did not receive a call telling me why the repair man was or wasnt coming. Today is Thursday and I still have not received a call to let me know what is happening or to reschedule. Very unprofessional service. I would definitely look elsewhere when looking for a company to handle your garage door needs!UPDATE: I received a call from Vince late Thursday afternoon asking if his repairman had fixed my door yet and I told him nobody showed up. He said he would call back after he found out what was going on. He called back and stated he could not find his repairman. I did not hear from him after Thursday at 3:45pm. On Monday at 1:30pm a man came to my door unannounced and stated he was here to fix my garage. I was never called or given any type of warning that this repairman was coming and he caught me as I was leaving for an errand. This business is very unorganized and unprofessional!UPDATE: The man who came to work on the garage door fixed the tension on my garage door but needed to replace the button on my door opener inside the garage. He stated he would bring the part on Wednesday and finish the repair job on my garage. He never called or never showed again! I will never deal with this company again and I recommend that you do the same!
