Good location, a great variety of products and cards to choose from (supplies, boxes, packs or singles), fair prices for an LCS, and you can tell the employees actually care about the hobby and not just sales. Definitely recommend!
Came in to drop off a ball for a JSA authentication event in August, Doug was very friendly and helpful in completing the form and showing me where they had the penny sleeves I needed. I was able to peruse plenty of loose cards they have. To the review that said they dont allow this, its only for their archival cards, which is understandable. Theres even a box of graded cards for sale, something for everyone! Very nice selection of memorobilia as well, all authenticated and with COAs.
It had a lot of options to choose and a lot variety things
I took a Rod Stewart soccer ball here to get JSA authenticated and the guys that ran this store could not have been more professional or taken better care of the ball. The place is like a museum of autographs and collectibles and well worth checking out
Wonderful owner. Called to let me know he was upgrading my order from Beckett Marketplace, as their card was higher quality than the one I purchased. So excited to visit the physical store one day with the family. A+++++
Had a mix up on a third party submission and Rick owned the issue and made sure everything was straightened out. What more can you ask for? Would do business again in a heartbeat!!!!!
Rick was very helpful. I enjoyed my visit and my purchases. I will be back!👍👍 A must see establishment.
Rick and his staff are always very helpful and courteous. Even when they are very busy, they make sure to answer my questions and attend to my requests. The customer service here is EXCELLENT in my opinion no matter if you are spending $2 or $2000. I do not see a need to go to any other sports collectible store as the Dugout Zone meets all of my needs. Thank you Rick for all you and your staff do for your customers.
Took my grandson here today He loved it. Great place to go for sports cards, etc. And very friendly staff!
Great staff, very knowledgeable and helpful
The Dugout has been my go-to store for TCG cards for 26 years. I’m shocked they have any negative reviews at all! I’ve always been satisfied with their prices and professional customer service.
Worst card store I’ve ever been to. Two weeks ago I stopped by the store as I was in the area, I talked to a guy there about the vintage sets I was working on. He told me to come back and bring my checklist as he felt he had a bunch of cards I need. I drove an hour and a half to the store only to be treated very rudely. They guy acted like he could only help me if no other costumers came in and seemed like I was bothering him. He brought out a box of cards but refused to let me see the cards. It was very strange. I told him if I can’t look at the cards how can I decide if they are in the shape I want for my set. He told me to go online and look at them. The way I see it, it is there loss as I am a big buyer and they most likely lost out on a $1000. I would just let everyone know don’t waste your time there are so many better options and card stores that actually want your business. Don’t make the mistake I made driving an hour and a half to be treated like trash. If I wanted to look at an online inventory I would just shop on eBay, and stay home. The idea of going to a card shop is the fun of sorting through cards. From what I could see his 1956 Topps weee trashed anyway.
Very nice owners!! 10/10!

They delete bad reviews and have super overpriced product.
Bad pricing for the selection offered
