They did not have my favorite drink 😕 but this guava passionfruit was made great.🙂 Staff was patient and nice. Store actually closes at 10 like they are supposed to! They do not close at 9:50 like some other stores! Beautiful location!

Never been to this location based on the fact that I dont live in that area, but I was around that day and decided to stop and Im glad I did! Welcoming and friendly environment. Clean bathrooms and great staff.

I love this Starbucks. The staff are very nice and the coffee & food is good as usual. This place is great for if you want to grab a quick bite and if you want coffee for work.

Been here a handful of times and its been fine. Today, I entered, was greeted, and then proceeded to stand at the register for what felt like 5+ minutes with no acknowledgement at all. The woman behind me had to flag someone down to even look in our direction. The iced tea I received wasnt made sweet enough but this is a common issue at any Starbucks bc what a pump is to one barista and another is subjective. Once I received my drinks, I just mentioned to the gentleman that I also had a cake pop order as it seemed no one was doing food. His response was yeah, ok and he kept on keeping on. I know everyone has a job and its important to keep the gears turning, but a bit more focus on customer service at this location would go a long way.

Nice, full Starbucks amidst restaurants and near Centennial Park. It was not as busy as some Starbucks, but service was great.

Lots of people people waiting inside for their mobile/in person ordering. Barista called out name on the order so people could pick it up. Ordered mocha cookie crumble which came well blended with the right consistency. Very efficient.

I’ve always had a great experience at this Starbucks until today. I drive 10 minutes out of my way to go to this specific Starbucks because I’m always pleased with my service. Today was a completely different story. I ordered two drinks, got five minutes down the road and realized that the drinks were wrong. When I went back to the Starbucks to have my order corrected the woman at the drive thru window proceeded to tell me I did not order my drinks the way I claimed to have and it was my own fault. Mind you I order these same drinks almost everyday and nobody has ever gotten my order wrong until today. So not only was my order wrong, I had to turn back around and have it corrected, but I’m also being insulted and told that it’s my fault that my order was wrong. I won’t be returning to this Starbucks ever again.

Every Thursday i come for vent ice coffee with cream and 8 pumps classic. I should realized they will never get it right you asked for for full pumps. I returned to get it fixed they wanted to charge me.

Ive recently had to make some dietary changes, and the staff was incredibly helpful and patient while recommending a new drink to me and alerting me of allergens in my usual drinks. I appreciated the time, effort and exceptional customer service I received from the whole team! My drink was delicious. Thank you!!!

Ive not always had the best experience at this Starbucks, but today changed my mind. Since they just renovated, their mobile orders were relocating to another Starbucks and I just didnt catch that on my app. The gal with the name tag KC was 100% killing it. She took care of my order and the woman who walked in before me. She had a calm reaction, explained things well, apologized, and quickly remedied the situation. If shes not already a manager, I can see KC on her way there in no time. I work in customer service and she is always providing the best! The renovations look nice as well!

Friendly staff! Rather quick for how busy it got around mid morning.

Drive thru could be situated better. Dont know why, but every 1/5 times our order is either not exactly what we ordered or wrong. For example, if i order something with almond milk Id either get regular milk or coffee. Sometimes the drinks are bland and we have to stop and get sugar to add to the drinks. On the better part, the staff are always friendly and smiling.

I recently came out of town to visit and happened to stop by real quick. I must say Shyanne was AMAZING! She treated me with great hospitality was very fast and efficient! Didn’t feel like she was rushing me out of the line like I usually feel at Starbucks. She’s amazing!!

Very busy location, can be a bit of a wait in the morning, especially for the drive through. However havent had a bad drink yet! the staff is energetic and always very nice. Really miss the relaxing interior space the had, looking forward to post-covid space.

Love this new location as its close to my favorite sandwich location. Select stores are offering Vietnam Da Lat coffee and it is the ABSOLUTE best coffee ever! Incredibly smooth and not a hint of bitterness. A must try!

Went to get a pre ordered drink. But it was not prepared as per specifications provided. The drink did not taste good as it taste when I get it from other Starbucks in Ellicott city or Columbia. Hopefully they pay ore attention to the details provided.

I go to this starbucks because it’s closer to where my husband works and it’s about a 30 minute drive from where I live. I’ve tried to go to other stores but nothing beats this location. I usually go at night and I always feel like I’m walking into my family home for Christmas. Reason I’m writing is because last night a woman in the drive through started yelling and screaming at the workers and I wanted to say that each and everyone of them handled that situation with the craziness about of respect. I couldn’t have done it. I had to tip! I think she’s the manger she’s always there she’s super happy and energetic, (Shay, Shy something along that line) the woman was yelling, swearing, just being a pain, and Shay kept her composure. Shay didn’t yell back or get out of character. I hope someone gives that woman a hug! That alone will always keep me coming 30 minutes to grab my coffee.

Know protective mask is required however it makes ordering hard and easy to make mistakes. Drink was not correct even though order was given correctly. Bad experience for the cost of the drink.

I used to really like this Starbucks. The last 4 coffees I have bought here have progressively gotten worse. The coffee is watered down and doesnt fill the cup. Complete waste of money. I have already reported the problem with no changes. I know several people who have completely stopped going to this Starbucks. Ive gone to other Starbucks and you can definitely taste the difference.

I mean its your average SBX so consistency is on point but the five stars is really for the staff! I was picking up 17 beverages to go in every shape, size and temp and they had them made, packed and out the door with a smile in minutes . not a drop was spilled during delivery either because they were organized and courteous. thanks, guys.

Go here every day for my lunch break, usually have a good experience. Today there was about maybe half the amount of people that are usually there, and my order was made incorrect and extremely sloppily the first time, despite the fact it took almost 15 minutes to make, and the second time it didn’t taste right either, but I didn’t have time to wait for a correction. The young man who made the drinks was obviously new and being trained, but there was no one who appeared to be in an authority position behind the counter despite there being 5 employees, and he was clearly being overwhelmed as a young lady was telling him the ingredients for a drink — for a separate order as he was preparing mine. When I said the first drink was wrong, I felt super bad because honestly these kids looked like they were just waiting for someone to flip out on them. Usually wouldn’t complain, but I worked in the restaurant industry for years, the issues today seemed to be more so from lack of strong management then the fault of the very young looking employees working there.

Worse customer service ever! Order hot foodat 910. They close at 10 I get here to be told they cant heat my food. They have turned off their ovens. Why are you taking orders and turning off your ovens 50 minutes before you close.? No one apologized for such poor service. Order at your own risk at this store.

The team that works here is incredible! I came in Friday a.m. to see a very busy store apparently with systems down. The Baristas were walking the line taking orders and doing what it took to run their own process, and I think it even went faster than normal. Best of all, the team all had a great attitude making the customers feel welcome and getting the orders done quickly. This is our normal Starbucks that we go to, weve always felt welcome, todays display of great teamwork and execution inspired me to write this review. Great shop, great team - thank you.

The staff here is very nice. I went there yesterday and it took them a little longer to make the coffee, but the girl at the counter acknowledged it and apologized. I love their frappuccino

This is a great Starbucks! I went in several times to get drinks for my mothers friends when they ordered through the app, and let me just say my experience was great. This location has great quality drinks and is the most consistent in that quality.Mobile order or go inside at this store because the drive-thru is always slammed. I wouldn’t waste your gas sitting in the line. The barista’s are friendly. My drinks are handcrafted perfectly to all my customizations whenever I order here.Highly recommend this location.

I like coffee, Star bucks serves coffee and is generally very pleasant, so I like Star bucks. Also kids cant get enough of those damn cake pops.

This is my go-to Starbucks. The staff is friendly and efficient, and its reasonably quick to get in an out even though its at the far corner of the shopping center. During a weekday its a pretty popular place for laptop jockeys, so it can be tough to get a seat with a table, especially if you need an outlet.

Another regular checking in here! The vast majority of the time they are prompt, get the order right, and the place is well maintained. I prefer this location over the other 3 stand-alone Starbucks in Columbia.

With Starbucks, the issues you see are specific to location more so than to the brand. This location has reserve drinks, which is a huge plus. The service here is great, with baristas that talk with you and have good opinions on drink selection. Drinks are made correctly and with good balance. This is one of my preferred Starbucks locations.

The staff at the Shipleys Grant Starbucks are very friendly, always get my order correct and are fast. At Christmas they even had an open mic night.

When I walked in, there barely anyone waiting for the orders and one person in front of me ordering but then I stood there for 20 minutes waiting for my order because they were focus on the mobile orders and drive thru orders. I understand it depends on what line it comes in but to wait 20 minutes for a walk in order is ridiculous. They need to switch it up or have one on Mobile orders and one on walk ins orders.

Please give them more payroll. This is hands down the slowest most unorganized Starbucks I’ve ever visited. My order took so long today I had to get a refund. Not good.

I was going to get starbucks with my family and it says that they close at 10:00 pm but when we got there around 9:40 they were already closed. This is not fair to the customers at all.

This current team of kids is not working out, Not so great coffees since my last few visits and they are rude enough to not even bother to answer the phone (in fact hung up on me). They have been taking forever to take orders. Its my local café but I rather drive out a bit.

Pretty nice overall. New location across the parking lot from where it was. Has a drive through. The seating space was relatively filled when I went there, and the floor plan means you have to scoot by people to wait in line, but the line moved pretty quickly and my caffinated beverage was great.

They wouldn’t bother to look for another French roast bean coffee bag when we wanted to purchase several. There was only one in plain view that the barista bothered to retrieve for us. I was asked to check the shelf on the floor which had only a few items, and only a few bags of coffee- no luck! There were several shelves behind the counter with coffee stock that were not even examined for more French roast. Staff was nice, but not helpful. Just not a normal Starbucks experience

There was no brewed decaf at 730 pm, nor was there any pour-over decaff. Instead they used some machine and charged me a good bit more for the decaff. Also the area where the customers sit was cold and drafty.

The people that work here are phenomenal. Its so busy and they take it in stride. Best service ever. They NEVER mess up.

Now I remember why I stopped going to this location. I order a blueberry muffin, a grande pike, and a venti pike. I got my muffin right away. After waiting 10 mins for my coffee I got the attention of an employee and told them I was waiting for my coffee.It almost never fails they forget something on my order and I have to ask for it.

Service and coffee typical of any Starbucks. The seating area is a bit small so you cant count on a place to sit and relax on busy weekend mornings. I did like that they had free bags of used coffee grounds for home composting set out for customers to take.

The service has become progressively worse. Ive had to ask for food that Ive ordered, and been given the eye roll upon asking. I find that to be extremely rude behavior. Ive only asked when Ive waited 7minutes or longer, and its clear that the staff forgot to make my order. Its almost as if half the staff cannot be bothered. Ive stopped going as its no longer a pleasant experience.

The staff are friendly enough but they are SLOW. Takes far too long for the simplest order to be filled and often times they forget things. On top of that the inside is very unclean, all the tables are covered in spills which dont seem to get cleaned up. This results in flies all around the store, on the machines, and crawling all over the food...

The shelfs and counters are never full.You are always asking for an item,which they never have anyway. Also, the tables are always taken.

This place feels more cozy than other starbucks places in the area, but the staff are not very well trained, it seems.I am a Green level member, and according to the web site, I can have free refill on my iced coffee or tea while I stay there. When I inquired about that, their answer was only Gold member can have free refill.I asked some more questions, and they dont seem to have any idea what I am talking about, and only kept saying only Gold members can blah blah...Well, I think I wont go there to spend my time and probably thats what they want; just buy and leave.
