I absolutely LOVE this location! Although, it doesnt have a music section, the childrens area is incredible!! Staff are friendly and helpful...oh and bathrooms were nice and clean.😀

The bad -These are some of the worst bathrooms Ive ever seen outside of truck stop bathrooms. Ive been coming to work here frequently over the last few months. Im probably in 1-2 times a week for a few hours. The womens bathroom is covered with toilet paper, the toilets are filthy, and the stalls dont always close. They always have the wet floor sign up.The cafe is overpriced like a Starbucks but doesnt take Starbucks gift cards. Ive accepted this, but would have been nice to know from the get-go. Theyre frequently out of things.The good -If you are just coming to browse for books, its a great shop, but thats always been the case at Barnes and Noble.I wish there was a better, local coffee shop that had good Wifi where I could work instead.

Like a throwback to another era. Great staff and a quiet, pleasant environment. Because I travel all the time, I love my kindle and e-reader, but its nice to just immerse myself in a world of books.

Wonderful store...great selection of books especially for kids...my 2 y/o granddaughter was in 7th Heaven and ran amok from toys to books to stuffed animals. Needless to say, she wanted everything she saw! All that plus a cafe...book lovers rejoice!

Really nice stuff. I GOT a bible with a huge letter like I wa looking for. Im so excited 😊.The staff and cashier was really friendly and she know all the resources to help me. Even she was offert extra help to got books of my interest. Highly recommend. They have a lot diversity of book and guias.

Always a pleasant experience with friendly booksellers and a very good cafe that serves Starbucks coffee. NOTE: they do not accept Starbucks gift cards, but do accept BN gift cards.

Whats to complain about? Its Barnes and Noble! In addition to books, they have games, toys, puzzles and coffee.

Ive been here quite a few times and always had a pleasant experience. Throughout the store there are cool little signs like this highlighting books which is a great touch. The Starbucks inside is good too. I hope this place stays open got a long time.

Great bookstore with a little bit of everything. They have a very nice Starbucks with great service and plenty of tables to sit and enjoy with a book. They have comfy chairs to sit and relax in as you browse your books before deciding to purchase them. Friendly service. Give them your service and save our businesses!

I have been coming to this location for a long time. Though their science textbook and math selections are non-existent now, the games section and Starbucks are thriving.

I ordered 5 books for my daughter on May 1st and they still havent arrived. They are so far from being delivered they arent even offering a guess as to when they will be here. They are coming from New Jersey, I live in Maryland, why would this take 2 weeks. Not the first time this has happened. Im cancelling my membership and ordering from Amazon from now on.

This Barnes & Noble is very spacious and has a nice little coffee and pastries shop. I used to go there frequently to relax and read books/magazines. They do not have a problem with people hanging around. Very friendly and courteous staff.

The staff was super helpful because I have no idea where to find the books my kids wanted. Totally awesome!

Seems like their selection is diminishing. Sign of the times I guess, but I still like a physical book and this is still my go to place.

I Appreciate this store, in the age of on line books, magazines and other printed material. They also have a good selection of cards for all seasons . So much to read and so little time for a visitor like me!

The store is a smaller barnes and noble but it is still well laid out and easy to navigate. It has a coffee shop inside and a nice nook display if you use their tablet brand. The question and the setting are pleasant and welcoming. However the stores is a little hard to enter if you have to bring a stroller. This dewalt should be fixed other then that I would say everything else is great.

Great place to look for books. Although their prices are higher than other stores I try to support them.

I love this Barnes & Nobel. Its so big you can get immersed in all the books & options, they have a nig kids books area thats kinda cool, the staff are always helpful & the beverage selection is really well thought out. I often think of coming here when I wanna escape somewhere to relax for a little while

They had what I wanted, but some return books were snuck in there without the original wrappings. The books fortunately had their extras inside still

Always makes me happy to visit a bookstore. Barnes and Noble have a great environment, but I wish they didn’t remove their chairs throughout the store. The coffee shop still has plenty of seating.

A fabulous location that always takes great care of its customers - every time Ive gone in theyve had excellent selection and always ask if you need help! Highly recommend and will continue to do my book shopping here for as long as I can!!

They have a very good selection of toys that you can choose from during the Christmas season. This is important if you want to get toys now that Toys R Us is out of business. They also have a great selection of books as well as stuffed animals and other nice gifts.

Even in the midst of the pandemic they are a go to! So helpful. Cafe is still here.

I really enjoy this Barnes and Noble. They are definitely trending toward offering more merchandise but I always find interesting books on a variety of topics as Im browsing. They have a great section with educational gifts for kids. Many great choices for gifts with a science or STEM theme, but fun as well! The store environment is really nice and the staff is always very helpful.

As always, helpful and friendly staff with a reasonable range of titles.The entire store is on the ground floor, with level access (although the doors may be a bit heavy for some). Its not the largest B&N but theyre always happy to order in books if theyre in print but out of stock - its a bit of a shame that once ordered that books are only held for 5 days after arrival.I prefer this store to the one at Columbia mall as I think its a bit bigger, and has a slightly larger non-fiction selection on hand.

People are starting to go out again and the cafe is the plCe to be.

Everyone loves Barnes and Noble. This B&N is a great environment to get studying and work done, in fact its my go to place for both. Great coffee and snacks as well. The staff is incredibly respectful. Youre not going to be asked to leave just because youre using the space to work.

In addition to the books, it is my go-to place for a great selection of unique greeting cards, notebooks, nicnacs, and gifts, as well as crafting kits, toys, puzzles, games. Nice cafe which I think is better than Starbucks; better selection of food in addition to lattes etc.

The team is so helpful. I couldnt find a book I wanted and was quickly approached by an employee who found the book for me. The cashier was also helpful and courteous. You can get this service from a website.

I love book stores. This chain is okay, but I prefer a good local store than a chain.They have good prices if you join the club, but since a lot of local stores got put out of business, these stores can get picked over.

Happened across it in our travels learning Ellicott City. Manager invited Kel to book signing in November. How cool is that. Also found the Columbia mall last night on an ice cream run to Cold Stone. Saw a huge Barnes & Noble there also.

Generally a typical B&N store. The cafe is clean and well-run. The store is generally pretty busy, which is nice in an age when bookstores are being killed off by online competition. The best thing about this store is their community involvement and special events, particularly for kids. They are plugged in with what’s going on in the schools, and work with the library system and the schools to provide programs to encourage kids to love reading.

Love this place. A good bookstore can make a town and this spot, even though it is a chain, is quite personable. Great little Starbucks excellent book selection, and a massive board game section with NEW stuff and old.

An extensive collection ranging from young adult romance, toys and picture books for children, to magazines and even comics and manga. My personal recommendation for a book shop. The built in cafe is excellent as well.

I love it here. Clean, friendly, good selection of books. The displays always get you in the holiday spirit no matter the holiday! The Starbucks drinks and food pretty delicious too.

Very helpful and attentive wish they would have had a gray and lesbian section and also that we would have got their sale and tote bag but I guess we didnt deserve it, even though we did buy three books that were one classic one best seller and one true crime, 2 of the 3 should have been 50% off but oh well . Maybe next time we will get what the sign says we should. Other then not getting the sale that we should have and them not having that section it is a really great one, its pretty big and they have a cafe as per usual, most of the staff are very nice and helpful and wont hesitate to order something for you if they dont have it in store, so go check them out :)

Very helpful staff. They have a Starbucks inside and it is delicious. I would recommend to sign up for the kids card it has some nice perks (the kiddos get a free treat on there birthday) oh and did I mention it is free so just sign up 😊 they also have a story time on certain days for the little ones so check out there website for dates and times.

Absolutely great. Happy, smiling people throughout. Really felt the beauty of humanity as I watched the stores visitors and employees. Mothers and fathers with their children developing a love for books, cheerful and helpful baristas, staff members interacting in a jolly fashion, students conducting productive and less-than-productive group study. All this wrapped up in a place I look forward to spending warm evenings out of the chilly autumn and winter.
