There were things on the vehicle that needed to be fixed. They fixed all the issues in a timely manner and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The car shopping process was exemplary. Jason reached out to me when a search on Truecar.com showed the vehicle I was looking for. I came in test drove several options and discussed options. I opted to come into the dealership at National Motors with my own financing via my credit union. The day of the final transaction, Jason came to pick me up and within 20 minutes I was out the door in my new(ish) certified vehicle.

During this pandemic car prices of have been extremely crazy. My experiences with other dealerships almost made quit driving. But right before I gave up I saw a listing from national motors for a Toyota corrolla and I got help from Jason. He has made this entire car buying experience extremely easy and respectful. There were some complications with my loan from my credit union, but some how they got a hold of the VP of the credit union to make sure the loan went through. In my opinion the entire staff went above and beyond. If you come here please ask for Jason, he will make sure you are taken care of.

I wish I would have asked for the paperwork and took it back with me before signing! I was told I would be paying $36,974 for a vehicle that included everything, my mistake was when I said “that covers everything” I thought it was assumed that included tags, title, fees etc. but l went late and because my car broke down I needed a new vehicle. I went and everyone was nice Lamont the sales guy and Robert the finance guy, I was wrong. I called two days later to speak to Robert because regarding the numbers, mind you he never said someone was “sitting in front” of him! He takes the call and when I start asking questions he gets defensive, red flag! He keeps stating I don’t have the figures in front of me and he is not sure. I give him the numbers I’m questioning him about and he proceeds to state “you’re making me feel like I wronged/lied to you” mind you I’m just asking questions to get clarification because when I said does that included everything I thought that meant everything. I ask him to explain why if a gave 5k down and the amount we verbally agreed upon was $36,974 why the total financed amount wouldn’t be $31,974??? He refused to explain and is getting more and more aggressive and agitated as the conversation keeps going. He continually cuts me off over and begins to speak over me. He says he is not going to go back and forth, back and forth about what??? I am just asking for clarification not arguing over something that I should never have signed for! That’s when he has all of a sudden “someone sitting in front of him” really!?! His tone is just flippant, very rude and aggressive! Of course because I’m a female he feels he can speak this way to me! Sorry! you don’t intimidate! He proceeds to just states that he is getting off the phone it’s a done deal nothing can be done! I don’t recall ever in the conversation stating for anything, except CLARIFICATION! Worst experience ever!!! Robert you suck! What a ripoff, all the way why I hate dealing with dealerships and their unprofessional employees!

Came last Wednesday on 9/8/21 for a 2012 black Hyundai Veloster listed on their website I was very much interested in. Wasnt available at the dealer after driving half an hour there. Time was wasted and wasnt notified of its unavailability prior to arriving. Was told to call next week for an update.On 9/13/21, I asked to be notified of its availability once it comes on the lot.And today on 9/15/21, I called again to see its availability and was told the car was sold to another buyer the previous day.I understand its a business, but at least have some professionalism and courtesy. All you guys had to do was reach out to me and I wouldve given you people my business for the car. Really disappointing experience and was hoping you guys would finally be the ones to sell me the car Ive been looking for after weeks with no luck. Also, update your numbers to not show up as spam calls.

I just wanted to say that Alex from start to finish was the most gracious and professional car salesman I have ever dealt with. I was at the dealership to complete the deal by 4:45pm and out no later than 6pm. I was treated with kindness, courtesy and respect upon walking in and it stayed that way until I left with my car. National Motors helped restore my faith in car salesman LOL. I normally do not have patience to deal with them and really hate the process of car buying as a whole. I myself work in sales and immediately when I walked in the atmosphere was just unwelcoming. It took about 5 minutes of walking around for someone to ask my if I was looking for a salesmen. After I got directed to a darker gentleman I think his name was Fred definitely an older gent. He immediately did not take me seriously which I understand I am a younger customer but regardless I should get treated with mutual respect. He barely made eye contact with me and I know when to walk away from a sale so Thats exactly what I did. I wouldnt recommend anyone working with him directly I cant say the dealership is bad but he seemed to want me out ASAP. P.S when I asked to test drive the car ( I worked at a body shop so I wanted to see the interior and get a more in depth look at the car) and he completely disregarded it and basically acted as if I wanted to joy ride it. Again I understand this because I am young and a lot of younger people do this stuff. But I have been to MANY dealerships that treat me with much more respect and I honestly am just shocked at how little he wanted to make a sale...

Chose this place because it was a Capital One partner. Big mistake. Sales person was not enthusiastic Or personable. The vehicle I purchased, had mechanical issues less than 30 days after I purchased it. Took it back to them and they were unable to diagnose the issue.I had to take it to a Cadillac dealership in order to be Properly assessed and repaired. They didn’t actually send in my trade pay off until the day before the next car note was due, nearly a month. The majority of reviews for this place are fake, the reviewer’s repeatedly review the same places in New Jersey.Giving Them two stars ONLY because the mechanic did actually follow up for me to bring it in for a tuneup, but the car was not functioning at the time. Avoid!

BY far the best car buying experience I have had in a very long time. Jason, my salesman, was professional, applied no pressure and was super helpful, even after the sale when I returned to pick up my plates. Having bought a brand new car a month previously at a HUGE dealership in the greater TOWSON area which was a MISERABLE experience it was an absolute pleasure to find National Motors and complete this sale so quickly (Less than 2 hours) and with so little effort... even with a trade in with negative equity. Great people, Great company, AMAZING PRICES om vehicles. I just purchased a Mercedes-Benz SUV in Immaculate condition with low miles and for a few thousand dollars cheaper than Kelley Blue Book value. My credit is Bumpy and not the best however they were able to still accommodate me and find a lender at a great monthly price point that was well within my budget. I plan to quickly pay off this vehicle as soon as possible and then return for another vehicle from these folks for my wife. Holly was the saleswoman that accommodated me through the entire process and was very nice and understanding to my needs and quite frankly the demands I laid out for a vehicle I wanted. Holly made a great recommendation and I decided to run with it based off the deal Holly got for me on the purchase of the vehicle. Wendy helped with financing and was very punctual and accurate in relation to what she told me and what the finacing entailed. April was kind enough to buy me a grape soda in my quest for hydration after rushing over to the dealership. All in all wonderful people and I would recommend and trust them with my grandmother alone to buy a car, as well as let them watch my children. (If i had kids and if they ran a daycare. I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt it was necessary to prevent others from making a mistake or wasting their time. I saw a Nissan Sentra on truecar.com that I was interested in so I decided to inquire about the availability of the car. I received a quick response from David Isaac. A voicemail, text and email, the email stating I could call to ask questions and schedule a test drive. I called back and agreed to come in the same day (which was today), 8/19/2021. During the phone conversation I asked about the price difference between truecar.com and their own website. David told me to just come in to see if I like the car and he’ll take care of me. Upon arrival I asked for David and was told he was busy, he then greeted me briefly and directed me to Henry. Henry was very polite and professional. Unfortunately, he was put in a bad situation. The car that David said I could schedule a test drive for couldn’t even start and won’t be ready for at least a month. The radio was removed which caused the entire electrical system to shut down. Henry apologized for the inconvenience and as we walked back in David had the nerve to ask, “How’d you like it?” I looked at him with confusion saying, “well I couldn’t really check it out because it doesn’t start.” Which I’m sure he was already aware of, and if he wasn’t that’s an even bigger problem. I was turned off by doing any business with them after that. I agreed to look at some other cars only because of Henry. So, I agreed to test drive a 2017 Corolla. Henry needed to make a copy of my driver’s license for me to test drive it. As I hopped in the driver’s seat I realized the tank was below E. After this I was fed up so I took the keys to Henry, informed him the car was on E, thanked him, got my license and walked out. As I walk out David runs out after me and ask, “You didn’t like it?” I just said no and continued to my car. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the way Henry handled himself with the BS passed on to him by David. I also added a picture of the email I received from David. He had multiple chances to tell me the condition of the car but decided not to. He just wanted to reel me in thinking I would purchase something else.

Cars of all assortments, doesnt matter whatever youre looking for you will find here but at the cost of a piece of your soul and wallet leaving you in the process. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle and the salesmen took full advantage of me by selling me a car, that supposedly passed inspections, but the hood wouldnt even close fully, I have tried to sell the vehicle at multiple dealerships and they all tell me, how did they allow this vehicle to be sold they ripped You off. My car had scratches all along it, and three different paint coats and temperature. If they try to get you a contract with a financing company called Santander run away!Screw this place they are crooks and I wouldnt be surprised if they cut corners to pass there vehicles for inspections.

A waste of time and travel, went with my daughter to purchase a car. Customer service was fine up until our Credit Union denied payment because the Chevy Cruze was 4,000 dollars over Kelly blue book value. Jason became short tempered after he tried to talk my daughter into letting them find a finance company that would offer her more. No thank you!!! The credit union protects their members from sleazy salesperson who is all about getting over on yet another consumer. To make a very long story short, I purchased a vehicle on January 23 with a single documented issue to be repaired. One item grew to four items only after I had the vehicle assessed elsewhere. My vehicle was returned twice to be repaired at National Motors. I just picked up the vehicle today after being assured that the necessary repairs were made and that the vehicle was in good order. As of this very moment, the vehicle is now disabled waiting for roadside assistance to tow it back to National Motors.

Terrible experience. I found this dealer through the car buying app through my credit union. The member price listed is supposed to be guaranteed. Upon arrival the owner tried to charge me $1,500 over the listing price. We came to an agreement which resulted in me paying $500 over the guaranteed price. I paid them $400 to paint a scratch on the door, but my door is now a completely different color than the rest of the car. They keep telling me there is no guarantee on a paint match. They removed the rugs from the car and put down oil change sheets in the vehicle and never mentioned that there were no rugs for the car. I had to purchase new inifiniti rugs that cost me $120. I was very clear with my sales person that I had made enough concessions and have already paid significantly more than advertised for the car and that my dealbreaker was a spare key. I told her if that wasnt an option to please let me know asap and I would return the vehicle. I called repeatedly about my hard tags and spare key and was never allowed to speak with my sales rep. I asked for a supervisor and was advised that it would not matter, because he would still need my sales rep around to confirm whatever I said him. After arriving to pick up my plates I inquired about my key and was advised that my rep no longer worked there and they would not be honoring my request. The owner is so rude. Hung up on me and would not stop talking over me when I called back. He offered me a key fob that I could pay to get programmed and when I asked how much it would cost he threatened to rescind the offer. Most rude and unprofessional people Ive ever dealt with. STAY AWAY!!!

In February, I purchased a Maserati from National Motors. I enjoyed the car for 7 months before encountering issues. If youve read my review from before, youll know that I was very frustrated with the service I was getting. But, I am very pleased to say that, the service issue was very short-lived and National Motors took control of the situation and they are making it right.In essence, they have to replace the engine... A big ask. But, they came through. They worked with me, agreed to replace it and, as I write this, they are being true to their word.A Maserati engine is not an easy thing to acquire and I thought it would take some time. But, they just called me to give a status, as they promised they would do, and let me know that they had acquired the engine and that it arrived on Friday and work will start on Monday.I cant thank them enough for relieving the stress that this caused, working with me, and keeping in touch with me the entire time. I want to extend a special Thank you to Zil, Hamid, and Jamil. You are all three honorable gentlemen and true to your word. Im very satisfied with this outcome and I look forward to enjoying my car again very soon. Thank you!
