The technician and front desk staff I talked to were incredibly nice! They gave me a pretty fair price for replacing the exterior door handles of my vehicle and completed the job within 30 minutes.Overall a great experience, I definitely would go back again.

James was without a doubt nothing but a helping hand. As Great as he is with cars and reassembling them. He was exceptionally genuine and authentic. He guided me through the process from start to finish; and left me with more wisdom then I once had.

I went here after another body shop was too busy to work on my car. The other shop did however refer me to them. The manager spent over one hour helping me figure out what was wrong with my hood. He even helped me troubleshoot the issue with my alarm. He was most helpful and kind. My car is old but is very special to me and I’m not ready to get rid of it despite some of its problems. He explained the problems with the hood and I am waiting for his estimate so that I can begin the repair. . He did not charge me anything for his time and expertise .

From the very beginning of the process to the end I was impressed with James Johnson and his Team for their high level of customer service and the quality of their work! James set the proper expectations and answered all of my questions. I could not be happier with the body work done on my vehicle. It looks good as new! I know it is a body shop, but... I dont know how they managed, my 2010 Ridgeline drives better. Holds true, etc.they buffed out scratches totally unrelated to the accident. I cant see any evidence of body work. It looks new. Friendly and helpful staff. As they were repairing the front right, I had them put on a ladder rack. Labor rate was reasonable, I paid for that out of pocket. I would use them again... hopefully that wont be necessary.

I went to Mullinix for body work and from start to finish it was an outstanding experience. They were on time, professional, and did a great job. Before I took my car in, we had some severe rain and some mud ended up in my car and although that had nothing to do with the repair, they even cleaned that for me. Outstanding job and I highly recommend.

For one, the receptionist (although really kind) mistook me for someone else when I called and gave me the wrong appointment details. Then I was told that repairs would take about 2 days, instead of calling me when they realized it would be longer, I ended up calling them 7 days after taking the car in to get an update. Evidently, the car was scheduled to be ready at the end of the day but they were closing at 4. I didnt get off until 5, but they did graciously offer to wait for me to arrive.The next day when I went to start my car, it wouldnt start. When I called Mullinix to ask what happened they claimed that I had a bad battery, yet the battery didnt have any issues prior to taking it in. My problem was the communication; if Mullinix had told me that there were issues with the battery when I picked it up, I couldve immediately taken it in for service, instead of having to go through the process of finding it not starting the next day and getting it into a mechanic.

No one every gets 5 stars from me, but Mullinix earned it!! Excellent service. Fantastic workmanship. The car looks like it just came off the showroom floor. Fast turn-around, delivered sooner than promised. Highly recommended to friends and neighbors.

Great place to have car repairs done. The owner personally oversees all vehicles brought in. As well as anytime any insurance company has low quality parts on your repair he goes out of his was to get higher quality parts even though it cuts into his own profits. I worked here for about 6 months before I had to resign due to my own personal medical issues. Most honest body shop Ive ever worked at. Anyone who says the owner is shady doesnt know the owner. Extremely honest place to have worked for and would work here again and bring my cars here!

I had my car hit and the insurance company recommended that my repair be done here. Im so glad that this was recommended because my experience was great from start to finish. I didnt have to worry about payment through insurance for a minute, I was able to schedule the estimate and repair dates whenever I was available, and the customer service was extremely friendly. I had to leave town a bit earlier than my anticipated completion date and I was able to talk directly with someone about this right away. They were able to move the repair completion time up and I got my car even earlier than expected. Half of my back bumper was smashed in and I was a little worried about what the repair might entail without a total replacement. When I picked my car up, it looked absolutely brand new without even a trace of damage. I couldnt recommend this highly enough and I will absolutely be back if I ever need another repair.

Just called them to ask about a restoration on my vehicle. The guy that answered just said we dont have anyone to do that kind of work. The guy is out. I just wanted to get my 1987 Monte Carlo ss repainted. Body work is in great shape. He did not seem to want my business. They must be doing well. Will never call again.

My insurance company recommended taking my vehicle here to have some work done from a recent fender bender. The office personnel was so accommodating and friendly. The owner definitely knew what he was doing and spent the extra time to make sure I understood what was being fixed. Would definitely recommend!!!!

I recently brought my Toyota sienna in to have it repaired after a minor fender bender. They did tremendous work on the car! It looks like new! And the car was vacuumed out and clean. I would definitely come here again!

I discovered Mullinix through my auto insurance. They are great to work with. Their repairs make the car look like new. Estimates are usually the final cost. And the estimate date of completion has always been as promised.

Do not take your vehicle here. Before my accident I had perfect alignment on my 2015 Colorado. They called me to come pick it up and the alignment was messed up still. They said bring it back, which I did. Then a day later they said it was ready. My wife picked it up and the alignment was still off. They said it had to do with a bad tire and it must have been like that before the accident. My insurance is not standing up for me so Im having to correct damage that occurred during the accident. Take it to Gerbers down the street. Much better quality work and they are not shady. Just visit Mullinix to see how there waiting room and parking lot look.

After posting a review and receiving a response from the new manager. They offered to repair the wheel well (which had come undone) under their lifetime warranty policy. Im happy they came though and the car looks perfect. The original issue was due to a poorly designed aftermarket part. After ordering the OEM toyota fender well, it fits and looks perfect.

RACIST BUSINESS I was here waiting for an estimate about 5 minutes and overheard staff making horrible comments about black people calling them the N word. And making other comments about people who are Muslim. I was completely in shock. For the record I am a white woman who is married to a man who is black. I am greatly offended by this my husband was not with me on this day. And Im glad he wasnt. Im sure these white people here felt comfortable because of my skin color or maybe they just didnt pay any attention IDK maybe they didnt even notice me sitting there. Either way, shame on these people and I cannot imagine the employees not being aware of this... I was waiting for an estimate on my car and decided against it. And advice to the owner it would help if you hired somebody of color all your employees are white, you have absolutely no employees of color. Doesnt look too good on you... Or go through a temp service that way you dont have to hang on to the people of color for any length of time, and when things cool off you can get rid of them.. this is my opinion and Im entitled to it. I totally appreciate the people who run this business. They made me feel welcomed from the first phone call we had . I dropped my car off on a monday and it was finished by Thursday. When i saw my vehicle i fell in love with her all over again ! Mullinixs Auto Body Frame did a outstanding job . When you love what you do it just comes easy ....the staff is great and i would recommend this establishment to anyone who admires quality work .

Feel bad for the friendly mechanic that fixed my uncle’s car up good and nice, Jen and owner are really rude and give off a hostile vibe. Parking lot’s kind of a mess too, whats with all the perfectly good classic cars rusting away? Its a shame they have such a bad attitude because they do a decent job on cars even if they take a little long, otherwise I would’ve left a better review

I never got past the extremely rude receptionist, who I believe her name was Jenn. I had taken my truck in the morning prior and the owner looked at it and gave me an estimate and he was very nice and knowledgeable. I called back later in the day to speak with him about my insurance claim, estimate etc. and Ryan answered the phone. He was also very nice and gave me instructions to send him everything and it would all be taken care of. The next morning the insurance company called as they had not received any of my information from Mullinix. I called, and the receptionist answered the phone, who I believe was Jenn. I explained the situation to her. She was extremely nasty and rude. She said, why cant you send the information to the insurance company yourself? I said excuse me She replied, if you can send them to us then you should be able to send them to your insurance company yourself I explained that I thought that was the body shops job since they had written the estimate etc. and that Ryan had told me they would take care of everything. She stated He is just a parts Guy like he was lesser then a person and not capable of doing his job. she then told me If you dont like it, you can go somewhere else and she hung up on me. I waited about 10 min and called back asking to speak with the owner and she would not put me through. An hour later I had a colleague call and she was extremely rude and would not put him through either. A few hours later my insurance company called, because they had contacted Mullinix to get the estimate etc. and the receptionist (Jenn) told them I was not getting my vehicle fixed there and I was going to go somewhere else. The insurance agency also expressed how rude and nasty the receptionist was to her also. I tried extensively to get in touch with the owner but was not able too.Not sure if they do good work or not, but good luck getting past the nasty, rude receptionist that answers the phone.

A few years ago they did a good job on our SUV, so we went back this time for a minor body repair after an old lady dented the SUV in the parking lot. Bad idea!!! Quoted us 3-4 days, but ended up took 11 days. Sure, the delay was caused mostly by the insurance company, but they didnt bother to tell me until I called on day 4. The lady on the phone rudely told me thats not their problem or job to tell me when insurance under-estimated the job. After 11 days, upon inspection, found uneven paint job at the edge of body panel and an unpolished portion hidden when the door is closed. Obviously a rush job with no attention to details. Pointed out those problems and received a rude response from the senior lady - we didnt touch that part. Really? Asked to see the shop manager and the gentleman immediately admitted to the oversight. Waited 15 mins for them to fix the problems. Reinspected and the tech polished/buffed the part but the paint edge is still uneven. Again, the lady has the nerve to repeat the line - we didnt touch that part!!! Beside if we smooth out the overspray, it will look bad. Really?!! Lady, you dont know what youre talking about with repairs and dont have any customer service skills, so why are you there?! Is your only job to be rude to customers?!!! Asked to see the shop manager again, but was told he wasnt in the facility anymore. They wasted enough of my time and there is no reason to argue with her and waste more of my time. They were fine before, but not anymore. Stay away from this business!!!UPDATE: July 13, 2018We only received 1 voicemail, but just spoke to the owner, Glenn, after we came back from vacation. He apologized and offered to fix the problem. But unfortunately we dont want to spend more time on the repair anymore. Hopefully he can quickly address the quality problems with his current techs and customer service, and back to being a good shop. Good help isnt always easy to find for small business owners, so add 1 star back for his effort. Good luck.

I do not recommend this place.Last time, my friend want there to repair body damage. they took 3 weeks and they add more labor free for 3 weeks but the other body shop they just took 4 or 5 days. Also this body shop labor free is really hight.

I came here because of the great reviews. Honestly they did a great job, I had the left side of my car repaired and it looked flawless. I feel like my car even drives better than before. I will definitely come here again for any needed cosmentic work done to my car.The only negative I can think of is the man in the front, who I think may be the manager. Just yelling and snaping at employees every time I came in. Dude needs a vacacation.

My car broke down, and for servicing the car too late properly and repairs were not valid.And manager is a car without a full explanation for a long time fixed. Im too uncomfortable repairs, his car properly. Eventually let them take my car again the other center and I payed for it.

They are deceiving to people and they swindle their customers.When I went to get my car repaired, instead of repairing the car, they create another issue on top of the pre existing ones. Especially, a guy named Stewart was very irresponsible and impolite. I dont recommand this bodyshop for your cars. They will just create more problems.

I had three collision repairs done there. The work was always done right, on time and at the estimated cost. One time I had an issue and it was fixed right away. I made the mistake of using another repair shop recently and was horrified by that experience. I will use this shop exclusively from now on for all my body work needs. Thanks
