I drive my mother 40 minutes to get to this Aerus location. My mother is in the cleaning business and only brings her vacuums here for repair. They are very kind and knowledgable and always find the best and most affordable solution. Every time we come whether it’s for a repair, new purchase or just for filters and bags, everything is always in stock and and it’s usually a quick repair. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name, but he speaks a little Spanish which is extremely helpful to us since my mother barely speaks English. His recommendations on how to upkeep the vaccums is why they have lasted so long. Unfortunately we had to let go of a really old vacuum my mother used for over 15 years which was one of her favorites. We were offered a new one that was very similar and now my mother is happy with the upgrade :)

Aerus/Electrolux vacuums are well worth the investment. I had my first for 25 years! My husband thought I was nuts when I bought it in the mid’90s - hit the roof, actually. But, I was tired of having to buy new vacuum cleaners every year. Money down the drain! Plus, my mom had only own two over the course of my entire life at that point. So in 2019 it was time for us to get a new one. Not a peep from my husband this time. He is now a convert.As for service, Wayne was professional and informative about the options available to me. He also had a very pleasant way...not at all pushy and nice sense of humor. I don’t post reviews often...I’m rarely that impressed by both quality product and excellent customer service.I know the product can be costly, but I hope this review is helpful.

After 15 years of using my Electrolux vacuum cleaner, I opted to purchase a comparable replacement model on March 2, 2019. My daughter had already done business with Wayne Bailey of Ellicott City, Maryland.Based on her endorsement, Wayne drove to Greenbelt, Maryland to deliver to my daughter a repaired air cleaner. During that meeting, Wayne patiently demonstrated the Electrolux model with which I am already familiar. I weighed the pros and cons of purchasing a new machine. Over two hours, Wayne very efficiently answered all my questions. Therefore, I wrote a check to pay for a new Electrolux vacuum cleaner. Subsequently, Wayne has remained in touch with me.

Great experience with a great product. This will be my third purchase of an Electrolux central vacuum system. Wayne and Theresa were great at explaining what was happening with my current system and why it needed replacing. We have 2 long hair dogs and the hair is often quite a bit to clean up on especially on carpeted surfaces. We are looking forward to using the new system to clean! Great price too!

I have been going here for about 3 years now, and the owner, Wayne, he is just a great guy. Hes always thinking about you, the customer, and never for his own satisfaction. You will never have a bad experience with him. He is willing to go out of his way to drop you supplies off to save you an entire trip! My heater had an issue, and he helped to troubleshoot it on short notice over the phone and then exchanged it for one that was fully functional. I love the heater they sell here, it uses low power, and I just love that it is safe to be around, you cannot be burned. It also fills an entire bed room or larger with warm air up to 78 degrees F from what I have tested.To conclude, I highly recommend coming to Wayne at Aerus for your first and future experiences.

I love the central vacuum! It is awesome! I had a very good salesperson. After the purchase, he helped me through the process of dealing with the building contractor and installation as the home was getting constructed. It was truly a beginning to end through follow up service. I felt he went over and above the call of duty! The Aerus installation rep was honest and personable giving me an on-site discount given how well the rough-in was done.. He also provided a follow up call several months later. After a year of using this vacuum, Im so happy I purchased it. Ive run into no technical issues and it really is easy to clean my 3 story home -hardwood floor, carpets, & throw rugs. Very powerful vacuum. When I had a slight problem, he came out right away to fix it. The product is very reliable. Great thing is you dont have to empty the bag. Just put a new one in.

I have had this for a year now and I cannot Believe that it has stopped my chronic cough so thoroughly. I hate to admit how dirty my house gets, but for the sake of anyone else who thought their house was too dirty to benefit, I will admit it. I have 3 large long haired dogs and 3 cats, all who have free access inside/ outside anytime they want. I live down a dirt road. I do very little cleaning. Before this air cleaner, I had a very bad cough that woke me up frequently and would keep me up for an hour. TODAY I realized I cant remember the last time that happened. BRAVO!

I bought an Angel Air and almost immediately could feel a big difference in the quality of the air.

We were looking for a new vacuum cleaner and stopped into the store. Wayne received us with a smile and introduced himself. He showed us the vacuum cleaners that didnt have the same durability and longevity as the Electrolux (ours was one that was displayed) and then gave us a great demonstration of the features and strengths of the Electrolux. We were impressed both with Waynes customer-focused presentation and with the product. He also offered a space heater at 10% of the original cost. (Weve been looking at space heaters also.) So, we bought the upright vacuum and the space heater.The vacuum is awesome. Its easy to maneuver, powerful, and is picking up months of dirt and debris that was hidden in the carpet. The hose for the attachment is made of sturdy, flexible material that will last for many years. And the cord to plug into the outlet is longer than the cord on our previous vacuum. We can easily vacuum half of the house before we have to move the plug to another outlet. Unlike other vacuums weve had, this one is expected to last 20 years. Like an automobile, routine inspections are part of the maintenance of this machine. I know that we will enjoy this vacuum for many years to come!The space heater is exactly what we needed for our living space and has some nice features including a remote controller for timed operation and temperature control, automatic shut-off if the unit is tipped, a small profile that produces a lot of heat, and the outside of the unit stays cool. I purchased my Electrolux Lux Legacy vacuum cleaner 12 years ago from this Aerus Electrolux store and Ive been so pleased. My vacuum cleaner has worked very well and it was worth every $ I paid. Recently, belt in the power head ripped. I brought my vacuum into this store and they fix it right away. I highly recommend their service. They are very professional, efficient and friendly.

Finely I have my vacuum, that was 13 years ago. The first vacuum I purchased when I moved into my new home was a Aerus Electrolux canister making me a third generation Electrolux owner Thirteen years later and my vacuum is still going strong. I would never purchase any other brand vacuum. I trust the Aerus name and their products. I now own a Lite upright for our downstairs, a Guardian air purifier in our family room and a Guardian Angel for our bedroom. My husband and I now sleep through the night because our allergy symptoms have been relievedThank you Aerus money well spent!

Our Dyson vacuums where working just fine....so we thought. I called Wayne at Aerus and told him we are looking into something that would work better on hardwood flooring, lighter, and easier to use. I can honestly say I did not plan on buying a new vacuum today. Wayne came to our house and thoroughly demonstrated the Electrolux and showed us just how much the Dyson was lacking. I absolutely could not believe what the other vacuums where missing and what it pulled from what I thought was a clean floor. As an added bonus the Electrolux was able to clean our impossible couch that I had tried everything on. Wayne was professional, not pushy, patient with all of our questions, and had us laughing through the entire demonstration. I would highly recommend a demo to anyone.

5 Star customer service!! I stopped in to see what they had since i wasnt happy with my own vacuum anymore and they offered to come to my house to demo their vacuums. I thought this would be the BEST way since i wouldnt be vacuuming their shop so they did. They came out and were very courteous and informative. Their products were way superior then my vacuum and i was amazed on the amount of dirt they got out of my carpets and I can switch from one speed on my carpets and go right onto my hardwood floors!!! I have been a satisfied user of an Electrolux for decades. We recently decided to purchase a replacement for our 10+ year old light blue upright. The current upright design has a black trim, which I noticed would leave a black line residue on the baseboards when vacuuming parallel to the wall. I contacted the store and the manufacturer for ideas for how to clean the baseboards, and I have found not a single product that will safely remove the residue. This is very disappointing for a product as expensive as these vacuums as this design flaw should have been caught by the manufacturer.When I contacted this store with my concerns, the salesman tried to convince me the streaking was because I have plastic baseboards (which I do not)--after initially adamantly denying that there was any way that the vacuum could possibly be leaving the residue. Although I believe Electrolux makes a good product, I would never have purchased a vacuum knowing that while it would clean the floors, it would also permanently damage my wooden baseboards. Please keep this in mind if you purchase a model of the machine with black trim.

We have used Aerus for over 3 years and are extremely happy with them. We bought a canister vac and every year they come to our house and check all the filters and change them when necessary. Last year we purchased 2 air cleaners....the cleaners work great!! They just serviced and changed the filters on the air cleaners - unbelievable the amount of fine dust they trapped. Just think --- we used to breathe in all that fine dust before the cleaners!! Now we have a new small desktop air cleaner for our daughters room at grad school. :)

Was quoted 6.99 for belt.When I got there I was told it was misquoted belt is 8.99. They did not honor the quote. My company deals with a lot of vendors if they misquoted me I still got it at the misquoted price. I will not be a returning customer nor will my friends and family. My electrolux vacuum was not working 100%. I took it in and Bill quickly found the problem and made the necessary repair at a very reasonable cost. This is the second time in 10 years I have had to use them and I have always gotten very friendly, and expert service. I highly recommend them for new or old vacuum cleaner service or sales.

I bought my father a Guardian angel air machine after he was diagnosed with lung cancer & I could have been happier with it!My father was bound to an oxygen tank with an air tube which controlled where he could & couldnt go based on where the tube would reach safely. The tube was always in his way and getting caught on everything... he was frustrated to say the least.After running his new Guardian angel for about 2 weeks he started needing the oxygen less and less while in the house. Before my dad finished the treatments for his lung cancer he was already completely off the oxygen at home!Thanks to the Guardian angel for helping my dad off the breathing tube before even being cured!

I was a customer since 1999 when I purchased my first upright Electrolux in the state of Massachusetts. When I relocated to MD, I was concerned whether I can find the same service. When Wayne came over my place in Elkridge in 2006, I was tough on him, checking out his expertize knowledge of the products. He passed my test with the flying colors and since then I purchased plenty of products and units from his store. I called with questions and always felt support of all the stuff. My vacs were taken care of and kept running like new. I advocate to the benefits of Aerus and Guardian airs to both friends/family and strangers I encounter. None of other existing brabds-be it rainbow, bissels, dirt devils, die-soons, blackdeckers etc can ever compare to the Unique job of the even basic model of the Aerus. I am immensely grateful.

Weve been using Aerus air purifier for about a month now. Food odor is reduced so much despite our daily Korean cooking. I literally see less dust. I believe we are all healthier because we are breathing much cleaner air. I think this machine is on a way different level than other regular air purifiers. I strongly recommend this air purifier.
