La Estrella is a great little shop! They have lots of items and produced that you wouldnt be able to find in most grocery stores.

Love supporting local stores, they have pretty much everything for mexican ingredients cooking. Plus one of the few places in Ellensburg were you can buy pretty authentic stuff.

Nice selection only issue is they need to update store hours. They don’t open at 10am waited for 20mins and left.

I love this place, it has everything you need if youre into mexican culture. Shop here first before going to fred meyers or safeway.

Friendly and great customer service

For a town the size of Ellensburg, this store has a great selection of Mexican cheeses, grocery items, home goods and even some clothing and accessories (like boots). Great paletas (fruit popsicles), an ok selection of Mexican sodas, a selection of music, some piñatas, and a huge selection of Mexican candies to put in there. Good selection of Mexican botanas, cookies, etc. VERY GOOD corn tortillas in the refrigerated section. Nopal cactus and cut fruit, and on occasion, a selection of mexican sweet breads, mostly conchas. There is also a money wire service and a telephone for calling home. Rosalva is very nice and welcoming in Spanish and English.
