Yeah, dont shop here. Your card will get overcharged or they will treat you poorly. The new workers, particularly the fellow that works night with red facial hair at self check, are totally moronic and dont know how to do their jobs. Shopped here for 3 years every week for a house holds worth of groceries, after tonight? Not any more.

Lots of past due expiration dates...management that does not care...clerks who insult customers and supervisors who do nothing about it. i was double -charged for an item. i usually do not check my receipt but i only bought one item and was charged twice. customer service (NOT!) told me it happens all the time so they are always ripping people off. i never got my money back from the second, illegal charge...THIS PLACE SUCKS if you expect honest business.

I visited for the first time yesterday. I was very impressed. The store is very clean with a great variety of foods in all departments. Helpful and friendly staff. I will be using this store for all my groceries now

After trying all of the donuts in the area, Super1 has the best donuts hands down. All donuts are reasonably sized, not dry, and have a generous amount of toppings or filling. Fairly large selection with unique varieties as well. The bakery workers are incredibly sweet and will even make you special donuts upon request.10/10

Yesterday an employee told me that they were not vaccinated and had no intention of getting a vaccine. I’m wondering what actions your store is taking to make sure that customers are safe.No employee mandatory vaccinations or testing?

As a senior citizen, I appreciate this store’s handling of the pandemic. They have done by far the best job of providing masks, cleaning carts, etc.Also, it’s a great grocery store with many items I can’t find elsewhere in town. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Many have worked there for years, which may say a lot about how employees are treated.

Pharmacy staff is excellent and always super helpful. I recently moved out of state and had some issues getting my prescriptions transferred, staff went above and beyond to help me get it figured out.

Theyve really stepped up over the last year. Its always a good experience coming here.

Im disappointed to see that my favorite eco-friendly store is still providing plastic bags and calling them recyclable and reusable when they were banned in first place because people wasnt doing any of these and now it only means we have thicker trash bags

It was better when the employees didn’t wear masks, today I saw a lady in the Dely, fixing her mask with the gloves she uses to serve the food. I guess they throw them away every single time they serve food but it really grossed me out. Get rid of those because seems like before Covid all the food was contaminated? But now everyone has to wear a mask? Stupid.

It wasnt your family you saw here, but you now to can have the experience of the one who saw the car. The parking lot is a little sketchy. Your neighbor has the laundry vouchers.

We are pretty new to the area. This little store is AMAZING. Clean beyond belief, organized and everything was so fresh looking. Every clerk was friendly and helpful. Speedy check out. No music and PA system blaring like some stores. Enjoyed cruising the aisles, found some great products in the Huckleberry natural market section.We definitely will be stopping everytime we come to town.

The store is very clean and everything is so meticulously placed. It is very well represented. The staff is nice and very hometown feel. The deli always looks fresh and the seafood depot has a bulk frozen section. Which is amazing. Great deals on low prices with happy faces. Thats how i describe them

I absolutely love this place I stop by probably every other day they have great deals when they do have deals they are a little spendy but its I higher-end version of Safeway. I love that they carry local wine as well as Spirits from Second Street Distillery. Great drink selection. Customer service is on point. Managers are always awesome when they need the help.

Always my first choice for day-to-day grocery shopping! Super 1 simply has the lowest prices and best sales, and I havent ever run across any quality issues. Theres nothing premium about it. It doesnt have the warmth of some chains, or a cloistered kind of layout, nor any kind of local market charm, but the utility is all I need in a grocery store. This location just expanded their Huckleberry section, which is specialty / bulk / gluten-free alternatives, and they are remodeling some shelves, which shows a progressive management. I also enjoy seeing familiar checkers here, who seem very content, even happy with their jobs. Theres a line at the hot n ready section at lunch time, a (somewhat expensive) quality bakery, and good drip coffee for $1.20 w/ free refills. Produce and meat departments are excellent. The location is a bit remote, which is probably why it isnt ever crowded, but I happily go the extra mile to shop at Super 1.

Hands down bar none one of the nicest cleanest best organized stores I have ever been in. Outside looks like a regular whatever grocery, inside... Kudos well done Super 1. (4.5 stars from over 440 reviews on this business).

Love the cleanliness and variety. Their bakery is the best. I call it my carbs store. Their cookies are the best. Their meat department is really good too. Love their smoked sausages and fresh hamburgers.

Great grocery store, reminds me of one I grew up with...lots of variety, good produce, and wonderful, friendly, helpful people running the place. Im sure its THE grocery store in all of Ellensburg. I especially appreciate the fine selection of healthy food and some bulk goods...including a great selection of coffee and teas.

Good products, produce is mostly good, very good health food section, decent prices. Some items are not worth buying here, as they will be of lesser quality. Overall, good.

Seems a little more expensive than the competition, but they also have other items. Their meat department has numerous varieties of sausage made on site all of which are tasty. Their meatloaf while not better than moms, is also very good.

I love the east side! This place has easy in easy out and easy parking for my big truck! Best place in town for getting the grocery needs for the trip!

If you are in the mood for high quality meats and great sale prices, this is your place. No need for a frequent buyers card here either! Produce is usually a bit higher than the other stores in town, but Frozen stuff is fair and the bakery is excellent. Central Washington University uses their bakery for graduation cakes every year. If you like donuts - you have to try a Monkey Bar - its a chocolate drizzled banana fritter!

Super 1 is always nice. I love the hot and ready breakfast burritos, bacon heaven. Of course nice for grocery shopping as well.

A visit to Super 1 has been a good thing for me for over 25 years, the store has changed, but the staff are always helpful. The store is well stocked, and the produce is great. Prices are fair, and variety can be amazing.They open at 5 AM, so they are ready when you are.

Super...they can end the name there. This is a down home feeling store, from the moment you enter, to the moment you leave, everything feels cozy and clean. I know the college kids head down to the Fred Meyers, this is why I love Super 1...its the farmers, the hard workers, the locals, and it shows! Quality of products is good, if they dont have it just ask, they might order it. I have never had an issue at this store.

Good bulk selection and high quality bulk spices. They have slightly higher prices than the other supermarkets in town and a slightly smaller selection of meats. The sales can be a steal and the lines are always very reasonable. The produce was good quality but recently changed but they said they were working on it.

The store is clean. The employees are all very nice. Especially Linda, who will help you to your car. The produce is usually the best in town. Including seasonal local fruit and vegetables. I get a nice hometown, customers first, experience while I am there. In the Deli I suggest my sons favorite, jalapeño macaroni salad. In the bakery, my other son loves the muffins. We did try the bacon topped maple bars, and they werent too bad either.

I have stopped here for 10 years going back and forth across this state and going to shows at the Gorge. It has really grown from a small town grocery store to having a decent deli and selection. Staff is friendly, beer choices are fantastic, great fruit/veggies and plenty of parking are the highlights.

The 3 item that I went there for last three times I went there there is none three empty slots sugar-free the round I think its the blueberry cranberry an orange sugar-free round chocolates the empty three slots.. let me know when you get them in and I will come and get some . always empty spot otherwise everything was just fine thank you.

I never seen a bulk meat thing before. It seems pretty neat. Got a couple package ahi tuna from here. Gigantic shrimp. Store was cute and clean. Deli is alright. Bit more expensive but its nice.

After happily shopping here for 17 plus years, I am so dissatisfied with the service we have recieved from both the meat department and the mangers (on more than one occasion) that I am done shopping here. This was my familys favorite store. They were dependable, affordable and accomodating. You always felt appreciated as a customer. However something has changed here in the last year. And we wont be back.

The prices are high, i couldnt find walmart so visited here, they were out of water cases too, the bakery didnt have fresh baked bread like walmart does. I prefer walmart if around.

PEOPLE!!! If you are handicapped or disabled!!! Do not enter! Especially if Manager Rudd is working. This man follows me around the store and sometimes even kicks 6me out...just because after a long bout with brain cancer, I have to have an ADA certified service dog for seizures. Rudd stands about 62, 190lbs, bald, glasses and wears a green vest. Please if you see him...kick him in the balls for me! I only go to this hell hole because its only a block away from my home and I only walk. This Evil man did the same thing at Fred Meyer, who now have a class action lawsuit being filed. Sorry FM. Please people...drive the extra mile and stay away from Super 1, until they rid of that scumbag lowlife.Mr. Rudd

Ive shopped at Super 1 since moving to the Burg in 2010, and have never had a less than stellar experience there. Many of the kind and friendly folks who work there were there way back then.Theyre like old friends. The store quietly participates in many community efforts. Going to the fair Labor Day weekend wouldnt be the same without their famous bargain lunch cooked and served with flair by Super 1 employees. Produce is nice and fresh. Good selection of meats and seafoods, with tasty offerings that are made in-house. The grocery department is well stocked and they are really good about making sure that sale items dont run out on the shelves, etc (S1 does issue rain checks if they do). The natural foods department (called Huckleberrys) offers a good selection of natural and organic products, foods, supplements, personal care items and home care supplies. Theres a nice bulk section there, Ive never had an issue with having gotten stale stuff from the bins.One can find wonderful creative specialty items. Bakery is exceptional, with the best donuts in town. At the deli you can pick up the best fried, baked or whole baked chicken in Ellensburg, the pizza is very good and fresh whether you buy it baked to order or premade you pop into your oven. The deli also makes incredible sandwiches created as you like them. This store doesnt have a rewards program, but they dont make you have a card in order to get sale prices. Overall, their prices are very good. Sales are really sales. They have amazing 12-hour sales where you can get fantastic deals in the meat department, breakfast and school lunch box items, produce, etc. Theyre themed. Definitely the place to do your holiday meal shopping, they really go all-out for them. Store is clean and well-maintained.
