Ive stopped at many gas stations and truck/travel stops!! This one is by far the best in the west. Not only is is always clean, the staff is welcoming and the kicker! They have an iced coffee station!!! Ive been making my own concoction of iced coffee at gas stations Ive stopped at and its always mediocre at best, but does the trick. But this coffee is not only there but good! This pilot also has a cinnabon inside 🤤.

This used to be one of my favorite stops, but this morning 7/20/21 when I went in about 5:15 a.m. the place was trashed, they werent that busy, it was a very sad and discouraging sight to see. Get it together management. I hope when I come back through its cleaned up. Ill update my review then or delete this one.

Pretty clean for a Pilot. They could definitely use more parking spots. Overall a pretty good stop.

They dont sell any sparkling water, whaaat? They do have gas, about 50 different kinds of lighters and cinnamon rolls.

Well, so much for my Cinnabon, I wanted 4 in a box, apparently they where not able to sell me 4 in a box so I understood and got 4 singles, than I had to go to a other tail to pay because she was busy while I was walking over she was calling over a other customer to help. So I mentioned it to the Manger, than the older lady that helped me told me to go away.12.00 pm October 3. Rude or what !!

The only complaint I have is that almost all the card readers on almost every pump does not work. It really holds up the line.

Great truck parking. One of the only places you can park over night without paying $28 a night as long as you get here earlier in the day, or free parking will be completely full.

This location definitely is giving out bad def! One of my trucks broke down within 10 miles of leaving this place, and Kenworth verified it had just gotten some bad def. BEWARE

Its about what you would expect honestly cheap gas equals lots of people, and a little bit of untidiness we ended up hitting all three of its conveniences Arbys was good Cinnabon was great and the gas the cheapest in the area all in all a good stop to meet my mom for my two middle kids pickup from their Laborday weekend getaway

Great pilot, has limited free spots but if you arrive by 1500 you should be fine. Arby’s was good and the store is very clean. I would stop here again!

Womens bathroom needed a little attention. There werent any toiletseat covers and the sanitary napkin disposals needed to be emptied.

Very bad service the one lady was work there tonight she was very rude I was asked to her just for a milk for coffee and she was yelling on me and the one guy working there in Arby’ he is helping her with finght and yelling I did not say anything bad to her or him I just asked for the milk he was very rude no good service at all they was trying tofight with me no good service very mean

This is a new, pleasant nice Pilot. If you are early you can get parking. It is difficult to park unless you are quick because there is only one way in and out and that’s where you have to back in and block everybody. It’s kinda tight. But better atmosphere than the Loves across the street.

So i came here to use some of their services. Showered and bought some to-go food. Went to get some cinnamon rolls and the lady looked like she wasnt having a great day. I asked about the pilot app special and replied, I havent seen the app, I wouldnt know!. So I pulled my phone out and showed her, she saw it and told me the ones that I was allowed to get with that special. When she was reaching for the product she dropped one of them down. Then she got mad at me. After that i just stayed quiet, paid, and got my stuff without a bag, because i just didnt want to talk to her and her getting mad at me for how her day was going. All she told me was, Monday its been a day! To which I just nodded. I could of said something to help her with her day a little, but I just didnt want for her to talk to me in a bad way and me having to talk ti the manager or something like that. Instead I just walked away and let her be. Great facilities and service overall.

As a truck driver I appreciate these showers SO much! Very large showers with 2 heads. I believe they are all handicap stalls not positive. Nice and clean inside and out. Will mark this as a favorite and will stop everytime I am in the area!

Watch out for the young male he pocketed 3$ of mine when pre paid for gas give him 8$ and get5$ on the pump

This place is ok. I expected more from a newer truck stop. They want us to wear masks but the bathrooms are nasty heard the loud speaker call for people to clean no one ever does, the same poo stain stayed on the same toilet all day, they have no grass for the dogs to go to the bathroom the rocks they put out instead of grass is really hard on their paws.

I had to call Cinnabon dept here in Ellensburg because some rude lady working there shoved a mask in my fiances face and tried making him put it on. He explained he has a medical condition and she asked what it was. He told her she legally cannot do that. Then she made a statement about what happened at the Capitol building yesterday, and people like you... yadayada. Keep your political opinions to yourself while at work, you are horrendously under qualified to share them as a Cinnabon employee. Also if she talks to my man like that again, I will be making a trip to Ellensburg. Nasty fat hateful thing.

This store used to be better when it first opened. Now its quickly going down hill. Mens room is dirty and one of the stalls is out of order. Went for a shower at 4 am and none available, nobody cleaning showers with 3 people in line. Half the fuel pumps are out of order. This place would be better if they kept up with things. Sad to see what could have been a nice location go down so fast.

The showers are all huge and constructed very well. Not enough parking, but still clean and would recommend truck drivers to stop here.

Stopped for fuel...NOT ONE SINGLE BUCKET WITH ANY LIQUID TO CLEAN WINDOWS AT ANY DIESEL PUMP...32.99 for load bar !!!!! I guess Jimy is still paying legal bills...

The first New Pilot travel centre I visites that met my expectations. Fuel pit are new and clean and the new keyboard system at the pump seems to work better than the old one. Showers are great and warm. For the first Time, WiFi Works very well! Arbys served at this location.Ill go back at this place for sûre.
