Great Service! Have not used Valley Vision since moving out of Ellensburg but they were able to help & take care of me in a vision emergency when visiting!

This was my first visit.. Everyone at Valley Vision was so friendly! I planned to get an eye exam, contacts, glasses, and sun glasses. They gave me a test pair of contacts to try for a week and let me take home 5 pairs of glasses to try at home so I didnt feel pressured to make a decision. For all my appointments and consultations with the glasses experts I was there for about 2 hours and they were never short with me or acted like I overstayed my welcome. I look forward to picking out my new glasses, sun glasses, and contacts! Very happy with my experience.

Dr Oltman is an excellent supportive doctor who cares about his patients, not just their eyes. The staff and facilities couldn’t be better.

Wonderful service Friendly Staff! Very covid conscious. Less than 2 wks to see opthomologist (specifically need my eye health checked). They limit # inside and make appts for your eyeglass fittings as well. Very nice large selection of frames! Glasses were ready speedy as well. It was very refreshing after months delays at last service at a different office.

I had a wonderful experience with Tim in the optical department yesterday! I had gone it to take a look at their sale frames and maybe try some on if I saw something I liked. I did not intend on having anyone help me but just look myself. Well, I got assigned a person and that was Tim. He was GREAT! He was patient with me as I chatted with a friend sitting next to me, gave me valuable feedback about the frames I ended up purchasing and even helped with the glasses I currently have that I got from Costco. It was a wonderful experience!

Nice and friendly service. People who work at there are good. They are responsible and patient to answer questions and help solve problems. The layout of the building is great as well. Comfy seating area with coffee and tea. The open area is clean and well organized. The frame sales are just next to the vision center, it’s convenient.

I stopped by on an emergency visit after sustaining a corneal abrasion. Very painful! The staff was friendly, accommodating and quick to fit me in...even at the end of a long day. The doctor was very kind and helpful. I was especially impressed with their ability and willingness to handle my emergency. Beautiful office that is well maintained and staffed.

Had to wait 45 minutes to be seen by the doctor, staff was rude, and was given someone else’s paperwork on the way out. Will not be returning.

My family has been going here for two years now. Just picked up my first pair of glasses yesterday (got contacts last year) and this has been the first pair since I was 16 that I haven’t had an issue with when they first arrive. Every step from making the appointment to the exam to the glasses. Everyone is so kind, friendly and professional. If I could give 10 stars I would.

This is one of those offices that still provides high-quality, competent, consistently friendly services.

I have been going to Dr. Davis for many years and am always greeted with his kind and knowledgeable staff. I recently had cataract surgery and he explained the entire process to me, to relieve any fears I may have had. The optical department has a great variety of frames to choose from and everyone is always extremely helpful when choosing a frame. They go above and beyond to make sure youre happy with the results. I especially want to recognize Diane.. she really knows what she is doing. Thank you!

I can say one thing wow on customer service and technology. Dr Owens and his staff know how to make anyone feel comfortable. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. I would highly recommend too anyone to use them. I wish there was a 10 star rating to give to those establishments that go out of there way in customer and patient care.

Kind and very helpful staff! I was not a patient and was visiting from Seattle, had a contact emergency, they saved my entire weekend. Without one contact i was helpless being at -8.50 with a very bad astigmatism. I can now enjoy my first experience at the Gorge with clear vision in both eyes. So thankful and appreciative of this practice and its staff.

There was something in my eye, and I thought I had a cut on my eye. I was nervous because I dont have coverage, but they walked me through everything and it was very affordable. I didnt feel any pain and they had my eyes clean in less than 15 minutes. I appreciate the whole staff for being so sweet.

Dr. Erick Johnson has been great during each of my exams, hes very informative and actually cares about his patients. Also, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Valley Vision is as shady a company as they come. Apart from many stories Ive heard of them accidentally messing up insurance claims and causing patients to pay out of pocket; they are shady employers who dont look out for the welfare, benefit or personal growth of their employees.My friend got employed their not too long ago as a technician and when they offered her the job they made it clear that she would have to quit her 3 current jobs to make time for it. So she did. She worked every day for 8 hours and then came home and would spend another 2-3 hours studying the materials they gave her to pass her licensing. Within a week and a half she could tell me every part of the eye and list off the entry questions from memorization. Then, 22 days into employment (NOT EVEN A MONTH!!!) they fired her.I was dumbfounded! So I told her there might have been problems she didnt know about and should ask how she could have done better. So she called them and asked if there were complaints from coworkers or customers and if she wasnt doing her job right if they could let her now how she was unsatisfactory. NOTHING!!! They told her there were no complaints and that she executed her job satisfactory. Then she asked then why did I get fired? Their responsibility? We have a fire at will clause.SERIOUSLY!! What kind of upstanding company has a fire at will clause???! SUPER SHADY!! Found out later from one of her old co-workers that she was fired for not flirting with the doctor enough. Yeah, theyre that messed up.

I visited Valley Vision today for my new patient exam for an updated refraction prescription. I was seen by Dr. Scott Oltman and his staff, who were very friendly, personable, and professional. Dr. Oltman was able to give me an updated prescription for glasses with no problems at all. His office is very up-to-date and state-of-art with a great selection of frames to choose from. Once my exam was complete, Dr. Oltman introduced me to his optician, Heidi, who was very knowledgeable about styles of frames and lens choices. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Valley vision is always busy, but their people are wonderful, very professional, do excellent work, and you definitely feel like you are being treated individually
