I didn’t catch her name but she was so sweet and friendly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. She changed two of my piercings at no extra cost, only the price of the jewelry. 10/10 would recommend and I will be going back for all my piercing needs:)

Absolutely wonderful experience getting my nose pierced with Erica. She was absolutely awesome, and she is the best piercer to have pierced me by far - she makes you very excited and comfortable to get your piercing, explains why she places the marking where she does before she pierces, and she pierces at a reasonable pace. You can tell she is passionate about her job and cares for her customers. Shes easy to ask questions to. She overall has a very positive vibe, just like the rest of her store. She has a wonderful variety of options for jewelry. I will be going back to her in the future.

It feels like every time i tell my work im going to come in a few minutes late to go to ace, theyre closed. I love talking with the owner and my experience when im in the store. I just wish i could actually GET IN the store :/

I first came to college with three piercings. I’ve been here for almost 4 years and I have 19 piercings. She’s the ONLY person I trust to pierce me. She’s very knowledgeable and just wants the best for all of her customers! She’ll also explain what she’s doing so you are aware as well. I ALWAYS refer my friends (even friends from out of town) to come to her! She’s the absolute best and I love her!😊

Was extremely rude. It was my first time there and didn’t know it was only cash and when I told her that she responded so mean. Don’t go here. There’s better places to where you can get better customer service and don’t get treated so poorly.

The best place to get piercings!! I got a dual and I’m in love! Would recommend to go there again. Plus it’s a walk in and you get it done right away. Definitely come here if you need piercings :)

I’ve gotten all my piercings here, and while it’s great when they’re there, half the time they aren’t actually in shop during business hours. They also don’t take appointments so it’s a hit or miss of if I’m actually going to be able to get a piercing on the days I’m able to go. The piercings themselves are fine, but actually getting them to be there is the problem.

Where do I begin… for started externally threaded cheap China made jewelry is extremely outdated and not used in most reputable piercing shops for a reason. Doesn’t feel sanitary at all the whole shop is like you’re in someone’s college apartment. The piercing I got was place incorrectly I had so much difficulty with it I cut my losses and took it out. I’ve had other friends with similar experiences. I would say the people who go there are blind to what a real quality piercer is because they are in the small town. It is worth it to do research and go to a shop that uses APP standards. This place prays on the ignorant small town folk and the college students who aren’t long term and won’t be back.

Had a great first time nose piercing! The owner knows her stuff and made me feel really comfortable. Even a month later she helped trim down my piercing, and gave me some tips!

I got my second ear piercing here and I was really excited to try this place out as I watched my boyfriend get his ears pierced here with a great outcome. I let it be know that I have a nickel allergy that has plagued me my entire life and I was assured that it was stainless steel. I was very grateful for this as it’s very painful if it’s not surgical steel.After a few long weeks I wondered why my ears were still so sore and didn’t look like they were healing. After moving the jewelry around I decided to take them out and a rash had formed through the inside of the hole and the entire piercing was raw and bleeding. I washed them out with a solution and changed the jewelry to ones that I knew were nickel free and my ears healed almost immediately.I don’t think it was the piercers fault because most earrings I’ve seen come in large quantities and can easily be mixed up but it still hurt a lot. The lady was very nice and very outgoing.7/10 would go again

The lady that works there doesnt introduce her self to the customers (so we have no idea who did it) She is pushy and impatient. And seems to have a hard time keeping calm. This is a first experience for some of our daughters and to have someone being sporadic while walking around with a needle is very unsettling. The piercings themselves look good but do to the atmosphere and experience, my daughter does NOT want to return for more.

We came here to get me some new earrings and where asked to come back because she already had 6 people in the shop. We killed 15 minutes at the record shop next door and came back over. The gal gave us a discounted price on the inconvenience! The shop is very covid safe and high quality. I love my earrings and will 100% come back for future piercings and earrings.

I’ve gotten nine piercings over the years at Ace, and every single time I was met with great service! Even when it’s busy, it’s phenomenal. They’re always so willing to help you whenever you have problems with your healing process, and to give you advice that’s backed up by years of experience! Highly recommended!

Please do not get pierced here. The jewelry is not high quality. Surgical steel is not safe for any piercings new or old. Piercer doesn’t wear gloves. Given after care does not comply with APP standards. (Association of Professional Piercers) Provided Jewelry does not comply with APP standards. The studio is unclean and has dogs staying in the facility. Please run from here and save your money for an APP certified piercer. Cheap price isn’t worth the potential for injury and infection

The lady that piercing my tragus was really friendly and super professional. Literally at almost the last second I decided I wanted a different piercing than what I originally thought and she was super nice about and was really careful about making sure everything was sanitized again.

Came here a ton last year, and came back this year to get another ear piercing. Was told that the earrings were surgical steel, and since I have metal allergies its important that they are surgical steel at the very least. The earrings I was sold were clearly not surgical steel as not only did I have an allergic reaction, but they turned my ears green. The studs also changed color as they tarnished (at least thats how Id describe it) I will unfortunately be going elsewhere from now on because I cant have a mistake like that happening again when I have a severe allergy to consider. I used to love coming here and now Im really bummed out.

Super fast, very clean, the piercer was fast but still really calm even though shes the only one and had a whole line of customers to work through.

My son and I have been going to Ace for 5 years now. The owner is a lovely woman who really does excellent work. Her shop is relaxing and always clean. She is the best ever! She follows strict guidelines to protect her clients health. Shes always very calm and reassuring and teaches you how to take care of your piercing. There is a great selection of jewelry and other piercing stuff. The prices are very reasonable, and its cash only.

Im so glad I went here for my septum piercing. I ordered some septum jewelry online, not realizing they were plated, because the order receipt said Steel but the woman that was at Ace (Sorry, Im better with faces than names) recognized immediately that my ring was plated. I assumed it was because I put peroxide on the jewelry, but now I know it was the material. Within a day the severe pain I was feeling disappeared. The jewelry she sold me was actually more reasonably priced than the plated, too. :) I love my cute septum ring. ^_^ I dont know your name, but thank you!

My daughter had her Daith pierced. Lady was very knowledgeable. Very, very busy and was one after the other. Worried me that she might not be clinically clean but she cleaned all tools and jewelers and washed her hands. She didnt try to upsell and the price was excellent. Highly recommend!

Went in today to get my second nose piercing and the owner and staff were so sweet!! Very clean environment and piercing and have a variety of jewelry and colored studs! I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get a piercing! I definitely recommend!

I woman that runs that place is very sweet. I got my faith pierced and was worried about using any metal but she assured me it was implant grade and so far I have had no reaction. I can’t wait to get my rook pierced in a couple months.

I have been asking everyone I know where I should go since I am newer to the area, and they said Ace 100% of the time. I called and made an appointment in advanced and there was still a bit of a wait, but there was only one piercer on duty and she was so nice that I didnt mind waiting and enjoying the atmosphere. There are cool displays and posters to keep yourself occupied with for a while. I got both nipples pierced and she used a shorter rod than I would have used (better safe than sorry as far as swelling goes in my past experiences) but I have had ZERO complications with aftercare. I couldnt be happier with how clean and centered it looks and I have gotten compliments from my roommates and close friends that have seen 😊 thank you! I will be back ASAP for my next piercings.

After 2 days of the run around from the other piercing place, I came here and was immediately taken care of, and I was in and out so quickly! Im in love with my new septum piercing! She even gave me juice when I asked if there was a store nearby since I hadnt eaten in awhile and didnt want to pass out (I know myself... Lots of holes in me). She assured me that I was happening to others that tried to use the other place and that most of their business is walk in customers. She was calm and clean and informative. Just go here if you want a piercing!

As a university student wanting a piercing I would highly recommend Ace. They always seem to be having some kind of sale. Their jewellery options are awesome. Piercings are reasonably priced and everyone that works there is very nice. 10/10 would recommend

I am changing my review. While they are good in the moment, I have had 3 piercings there all of which i have had to take out. And its not that Im not taking care of them because I have 12 piercings and the other 9 are fine. The lady who did my piercings did a horrible job. They were done crooked, one was inbedded, and they constantly caused me pain even after being healed. If you need to get a piercing, go somewhere else. Ace will screw your body up

I got a tongue piercing done here last week. They failed to mention that I could chip a tooth on the piercing they gave me if I was not careful and didn’t explain to me how to properly take it out when needed.
