I called before our visit to see what mattresses were in stock and explained what I was looking for. When we went in later, we were greeted by Kendall. She was the person I spoke with on the phone. She had looked up the inventory, mattress type and availability after our call. Excellent customer service! She was incredibly knowledgeable and pointed us directly to what we wanted. We were in and out quickly and very happy with our purchase. Because we visited in the evening, Kendall couldn’t confirm the delivery date. My husband and I stopped in on the off chance we could get a new mattress for our RV. Kendal searched their inventory and found us a match for us. She was very helpful, and made the whole transaction really easy. She even added a great deal on a mattress cover, set of sheets, and pillows. Of course, while we were there we asked Kendal for a quote on an adjustable bed. We went back the next day! Mario was there to help. Im short I highly recommend this location, please read below for further info on why.Fantastic location, with excellent service. Mario was the sales person who helped me in finding my mattress. The service he provided was excellent from how he went above and beyond by making me feel comfortable and relaxed, in addition to not making me feel any pressure to buy that day or any stress when asking him questions about the product. Mario also was nice in offering me a cup of coffee, plus being friendly throughout the whole interaction. The icing on the cake was how Mario took the time to mix and match all the discounts and specials to ensure I was getting the best price. I didnt ask him to do this but he was dedicated to getting me an awesome mattress and bed set way under the retail price.

It was my first time bed shopping and I had no idea what I was doing. The saleswoman there, Kendall, was super helpful and knowledgeable about the different options I had. Great local experience. The sales rep Mario was great. He answered any question we had and checked on us enough, but didnt hover or make us feel uncomfortable. We felt very welcome and unpressured in how long we took with our decision. The delivery was also fantastic. They were on time, quick, careful, efficient, and polite. I have been researching every make and model of beds. I went into Mattress Firm on a Friday night about 20 min to closing. The salesman Mario Nunez was absolutely the BEST!!!! Didn’t pressure me, answered all my questions showed me the floor models that were available for sale. I’m having surgery and this bed affords me comfort, ease of mobility getting in and out, all with glorious massage feature. Mario was fantastic and I couldn’t be happier.

My partner and I were looking for a new mattress because were moving, and we wanted a nice new bed for our new place. Cassie, who usually works in Yakima but was covering in Ellensburg, helped us get exactly what we were looking for. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. She let us try out all the different models until we found our match. While my partner and I were discussing our final thoughts, Cassie had gotten everything set up on the computer and was waiting for our decision. I thought that was really thoughtful because we didnt have to wait around for her to do that. It was a comfortable environment and I felt no pressure to hurry up and buy something. I cant speak for the rest of the staff because Cassie was holding it down by herself, but I was very pleased with this whole experience and I would definitely recommend going through her for purchasing a new mattress.

First of all, they were running some excellent Memorial Day sales, which is always a plus. Chadwick helped us pick out a great mattress. I needed a bed for my spare room. April showed me quite a few beds in my price range and my final purchase was well under my budget. She was beyond helpful and such a treat to work with. This is the second bed I’ve purchased from there.

Chadwick took care of me right when I walked in the door. He is very knowledgeable about mattresses and super friendly. He gave me a pillow and a sanitary case so I could test out all the beds, and we figured out what I like in about 2 minutes. I told him my budget and he showed me a floor model that was 40% off, and set me up with a 3 year warranty on it for an extra 99 bucks. He made sure I knew the fine print (no returns/exchanges etc. on floor models). This was way easier than I expected.

Giving this a mixed review, Got a floor model mattress awhile back and it ended up being a terrible choice for my back... The slogan is 100% satisfaction guaranteed So a week later i wanted to exchange it for a more firm bed, Long story short i had to call higher up management and speak to someone of power and jump through loop holes like no other. Finally after hours of phone calls and speaking with manager after manager i finally got the company to get on my side and let me exchange the matters for a more firm one. So in conclusion i got what i wanted but it took way more effort and time then it should have, hints the 3 out of 5 stars. Overall they lived up to the satisfaction guaranteed

Spent almost 400$ on a mattress. Worst mattress Ive ever bought. They wanted 100$ to return it. Not paying it. Have to buy another some place else. Chad no longer works there. When he was there he said he would wave the return fee, new person answered the phone, said i would have to pay the return fee.
