Needed body work on my Tacoma and didnt want to leave it for a whole week. So I had Abra pre-order the parts and took the truck in on a Wednesday and they were able to have done by Friday. Looks great, and they even washed it and cleaned the inside too. Great customer service!

Weve always received excellent service at R&R, and yesterday was no exception. I brought in our vehicle to fix a scrape on one door, expecting that the door might have to be repainted. Riley came out and determined the scrape was primarily just paint from a piece of furniture which had been stored in our garage. He cleaned up the paint and applied polish. The door looks almost as good as new. Thanks to Riley! Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. R&R is a great place for auto body work.

I picked up my car after they closed, so I havent been able to reach anyone over the weekend, but not all of the repairs were done. I must say the work they did do was great, the staff is amazing and they were faster than I expected.

Fixed something I thought I could do my self ! Beautiful paint job on wheel well trim. Looks better than the factory paint job. Stopped by to just check on plastic clips and they just took it in and put it together right then ! No more trips required. Very polite, professional and personable ! I had the rear defrost wire come detached from my 2015 GMC YUKON DENALI XL. I called them up and asked if they would be able to get me in right away and they said they could. I had a great experience at abra! It can be a pain to find a good collision repair shop in this small town. However, they made the process of repairing my Jeep very easy. They ordered the parts immediately and didn’t even take a whole day to repair some front end damage I had. They are fast and efficient and they do great work! They are super friendly and they even detailed my vehicle and left it cleaner than ever. Their prices are also super reasonable. I strongly recommend abra to anyone who’s looking for a trustworthy collision repair shop.

Stopped into Abra on a road trip a couple weeks ago to fix some front end damage to my car. They had us back on the road faster than I thought was possible, and their customer service was top notch. Let me start off by saying Ive used Abra 3 times and this particular location twice. My first experience was fine. It was nothing exceptional but no big issues. My experience at the one in McKenna, WA was exceptional. This recent experience in Ellensburg was simply not good! My daughter hit a deer and took her truck there for repairs. We notified them that the dash lights intermittently would dim but that night after hitting the deer they werent working. We asked that they look into it. They said it seemed fine which was great, must have been a fluke! My daughter went to pick it up once they called to say it was ready and when she got to her truck the speedometer needle was on 60 while parked. She told the gal who checked her out this was a new problem and had never had this happen before. The service rep told her to go get it looked at elsewhere because it wasnt something they do. While driving home the needle actually fell out. She turned around to go back but they were closed. I called and said I was frustrated that they allowed my daughter to drive off the lot with a speedometer that didnt work without notifying us prior so we could make arrangements to have it fixed before she drove over the pass. The owner admitted that he had seen this while test driving but stuck to his story that he didnt need to notify me of the new problem because it was most likely electrical and he doesn’t do that! He also informed me that he knows a lot more than I do and he did nothing wrong since it was likely related to an electrical problem. It seems he may not know as much as he thinks since the needle was laying in the console five minutes after leaving his shop. Ill admit that Im not an auto body specialist but Im pretty sure thats not due to an electrical issue. During my call, I was not asking for it to be fixed by them, as I was told by my insurance to now go elsewhere. I was suggesting they improve communication with their customers. He said he couldnt win and he was right in not calling me ahead of time so he wasnt going to acknowledge my concern. That is simply horrible customer service. This was not a win or lose it was truly a matter of communication and safety improvements.They had no problem calling to tell me they were ready for payment but couldnt call to tell me the speedometer was stuck or actually broken! I will never recommend or go to this location after they knowingly sent my daughter off with a faulty speedometer without prior notice so arrangements could be made to make her vehicle safe to drive. Proceed with caution.

The best auto body repair shop in town! They have been so awesome, and call and text me information about my car and have given me time lines! They helped me get a rental car asap! Super friendly! I cant wait to get my car back to see the work they have done!

Incredible customer service! Being in a car accident, or having your car wrecked is an awful experience for anybody. My work truck ended up being totaled after being hit by someone that did not have insurance. Tyler took care of all the insurance work and walked me through the whole process so smoothly. I felt like I was their only customer and their highest priority. I cant thank Tyler and his team at ABRA Auto Body enough for taking such good care of me and making a terrible situation so much more tolerable.
