Customer service is awesome, Mechanics do great work, and the sales department actually cares about what you want and do their best to accommodate what your needs are, opposed to pushing products on you.overall I’ve had a positive experience with every department I’ve dealt with. They are under new ownership and would highly recommend these guys even if it includes a drive to get to them, it pays to buy from a dealership that sincerely cares about you and their product after they make the initial sale.

I’m not sure what to do. I bought a Defender utv cab model from Webb less than a year ago. I have brought it in several times for small issues which never were resolved. Recently, we started having some very concerning motor noises(internal bell ringing until motor reaches operational temperature) in addition to coolant leaks, more cab water leaks (puddles on the floor after a night in the rain) and brake issues. I dropped the unit off on 5/16, so that they had it for our scheduled appointment on 5/19. When I dropped the machine off, two staff members from the service department agreed that there was definitely a serious motor issue after hearing it for themselves. I called on the afternoon of 5/21 to get an update and I was told I would get a call back. I did not hear back and tried again on 5/22. Once again, I was told someone would call me back, but I did not hear back. Saturday 5/23, I called again, but no answer. Tuesday 5/26 at 2:00, I still hadn’t heard back from anyone and called again and finally talked to service.I am now being told that the internal ringing bell noise which started about two months ago is normal, the cab leak is okay because it’s not a “sealed cab”, there is no visible coolant leak even though you can clearly smell coolant from inside the cab, and the squealing of the brakes is normal as well. Essentially, I was told there is nothing wrong with the machine and I’m at a complete loss. I purchased this very expensive machine locally that I desperately need for use on my property in good faith that I would be taken care of if there was ever an issue. If anyone out there has any good advice here, I would love to hear it. I’m thinking my next step is to contact the manufacturer.

It was all good when it was Webb power sports. I know nothing about the new owners. I did go online to make an appointment for snowmobile maintenance twice . I got a response saying they would be in touch soon. But that was a couple weeks ago. So not sure if they are up and going full bore yet.

I have stopped a few times and always had great service. The staff in the parts department are very personable and helpful. I recently had a warranty claim on my snowmobile and they were immediately on the phone to determine if the issue was covered and parts were ordered in a matter of minutes. Ive never had a poor experience here.

I just got home from purchasing a 2021 KTM 450 SX-F Factory Edition from Central Powersports.I have ridden and raced MX since 1990. I have likely owned 30-plus motorcycles in my life, from at least four dealerships that I can think of off of the top of my head.With that in mind, I have never had a better experience than buying from here. Tony in sales and Chelsea in finance/purchasing were absolutely phenomenal to deal with, and everyone else in the shop was friendly as well.When I first started riding, one shop I bought from welcomed us like family-you felt like you were a guest in their home...Tony, Chelsea and the others gave me that same feeling.Too many shops have turned into a similar experience to buying a car at a shady dealership...it is great that shops like this still exist.I cannot stress enough how great the experience was and highly recommend them. I will definitely buy my next bike there, and will recommend others do the same.

I got a flat tire on my bike in Ellinsburg Washington. Central Powersports rescued me. I was stuck on the highway with a flat they came with a trailer and picked me and the bike up replaced the tire all good now.

Recently bought a bike here. I got a great deal and pricing was straightforward from the beginning. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, more accommodating than they had to be. Contrary to a previous review, everyone was masked up, even outside.

Great service and an awesome deal on a new bike. I got a 2021 Husqvarna FC 450 Rockstar edition. Tony my sales rep, and their whole sales team were awesome. Their product knowledge was excellent and they helped me make the decision between the bikes i was looking at. They also took the time to introduce me to the entire staff. Needed a battery for a rare jetski and they helped me find the exact match.

Stopped in here to learn if I can put my plus size body on a quad, being superfat Ive always wanted to ride and just knew I couldnt, I thought a normal quad wouldnt hold me. I spoke with the new owner, she was amazing and so kind. (Everyone was wearing masks!! And I didnt see a sign saying not to. So that review must have been the old owner).She patiently explained suspension to me, and mentioned that her husband had helped another customer put stiffer suspension on a quad so they were comfortable riding. We also talked about stronger frames etc. She didnt feel I would need to modify much to reach my dream! I didnt buy a new quad this weekend but OMG this new owner is so knowledge and kind, Ill be back!!

Called to verify they had a selection of helmets and was told they did. Got there and they had maybe a dozen only full face helmets.When we asked if they had any others the sales guy didnt even look up they just said what was out was all they had. RUDE! Drove to Yamaha Jacks and were taken care of. GO TO YAMAHA JACKs THEY ARE GREAT!!

I went to the parts department for just a couple little items for a tune up and to toss around ideas for possible upgrades to my snowmobile. They were knowledgeable and friendly regardless of how much I was spending. I had some basic repairs I am wanting to do myself and they were happy to advise me on what to do and help me get it done myself. I will certainly return to these guys. If you need help or ideas give these guys a shot at your business. Youll be pleased you did.

Been in twice with service requests. Each time they were able to give realistic time frames and get me going.

Got it part right... came in for some work. Which was done satisfactorily, no complaints. I asked them to put on a fresh set or tires (DOT approved and was told the price included mounting and balancing). When I got home and looked at the tires it clearly states not for highway use. Also I do not know how they balanced the tires with no weights on the dang things.They then tried to tell me that those tires are not really a problem. Frankly I don;t care if its a problem. I was told one thing and they went ahead and chose to do something else. I for one will not be going back and recommend you look elsewhere for your powersport needs.***EDIT AFTER RESPONSE***Scott, you were who I spoke to initially about mounting and balancing 50/50 tires. You guys are 1.5 hrs each way for me to get to you plus fuel. Frankly I dont really trust you guys to do a good job or do what you say your going to do at this point. I will be supporting a company locally, and when I ship the tires back to you I hope you will do the right thing and refund the cost of the tires and mounting back onto my credit card.

Very nice staff and good inventory here. Service department is very lacking however. Took my ski doo in for maintenance and a basic tune up only to find that the mechanics had failed to replace or even check spark plugs on my snowmobile... Costed me half a season of riding simply because they failed to do their job... Very disappointed.

None of the employees were wearing masks. They had signs saying no masks required due to HIPPA.

Their people are always awesome and helpful. The shop guy has given me advice instead of pushing me to use his shop for fixing whatever. Decent prices on parts and gear.

Got helped by Scott! I would tell anyone to go to scott! He’s the man! He was super knowledgeable and helpful! Ended up surprising the woman with a new bike! He is as good as it gets! Dropped her off for coffee and I had the bike in the truck before her coffee was done! I’ll always buy my bikes from Webb!!!!

Wanted to thank Matt for coming in on a Sunday so we could pick up our bikes. Much appreciated. We ran into a couple small issues, which happens with all businesses and he handled them promptly and correctly. Rather give my business to these guys than any of the shops on the west side.

I was having carburetor trouble one morning and had to stop in Ellensburg. They moved me to the front of the line so I could back on the road ASAP. They even through in some free adjustments. The staff were as helpful as they were courteous. The least I could do was write a kind review

I like how easy it was to get my bike from Webb. The salesman Scott made time to come in on Sunday while the shop was closed to get the deal done. I left Auburn at 7 AM, drove to Ellensburg (singing freebird all the way) picked up my FX 350 and made it home by 1 oclock for my daughters birthday party. The new bike was equipped with the parts I wanted and the deal was straightforward with no surprises. Then a few weeks later they brought me more parts to the desert 100 and did some service at a discount (unexpected). Most of all I appreciate what they do to help the sport and support the racing community. I have a feeling alot of sacrifice goes into making this place successful and if youre looking for a KTM or Husqvarna chances are you will find the harder to acquire models in stock. Braaaaaaap!
