As far as we noticed they are more manufacturer than retail. Because in stock individual sales are limited or by order only. make sure you arrange your visit in advance. I called them beforehand because not everywhere they sell this type of ergonomic furniture that i needed. overall very happy with my Confit.

I would not recommend their service to anyone. It took about 6 months for the couch to rip apart and when I called them to see what they could do about it, they told me it could be replaced for full price (around $4,000). Theyre unprofessional and got all defensive when I called to tell them about the problem.
