This small family run car dealership is what used dealerships should be like. They are fundamentally different than other dealers. They will go above and beyond for you and their inventory is good quality cars. I drove form out of the state for my vehicle and would do it again for this level of service. I waited 5 weeks to post this review to see how the dealer service was after I signed the contracts and how the vehicle held up. And I am well satisfied with the vehicle and service. Their response was timely and the vehicle is holding up well. It needed some service to the tires (rims were leaking) which is to be expected of a 16 year old vehicle. First, they held the vehicle for me as I was out of state and needed some time to retrieve it. Then they made sure I understood all the paperwork I was signing and how the titling process would go. They sent the title within 2 weeks after closing (quick for covid times). I would absolutely recommend this dealership and I wish Bumble Auto well in the future.

The two gentlemen behind this operation could give a master class in car sales customer experience. They responded quickly after I initially reached out to ask about the car. It was right out front when we got to the lot, and they popped open the doors and left us alone to poke around and look everything over. To say the car was in impressive condition would be an understatement, despite being a high mileage example. We were ready to commit after a test drive, but they made sure we reviewed the (clean) CarFax report and were clear on price (as listed online, with only tax, tags, and fees added, of course). There were no extras pitched to us, and no pressure to buy (and their sense of humor and clean, nicely decorated office space only enhanced the easy feeling). They personally delivered the car to our door after making sure it was cleaned and getting tags and title taken care of. Bigger dealers should take note - this is how every car purchase should go.
