The guys who work there really know there stuff. I got great advice and support.Much better than other places that hire young inexperienced individuals who were not professional mechanics.

Our company has a business account here, so there are several of us who regularly make purchases. Literally everybody who works the counter is a pleasure to work with. So much different than what one might expect at the retail chain auto parts stores. I have had a high opinion of NAPA quality for many years, so for me, there is a peace of mind factor as well. I should also mention, that if there is something not in stock at the store, they are often able to get it from their warehouse the same day. I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone.

Not impressed, overcrowded, not with people but with stuff, hard to move about, several maskless employees, not the most knowledgeable.

I was short-changed. I admit, I didnt spend much, but I was short-changed of $10, so the item actually cost me more than 200% what it should have. When I questioned it, a brief discussion ensued and I was pretty much dismissed, despite me offering visual evidence. Im sorry the store is doing so badly that they need to short-change their customers. I will not be coming here again. Highly not-recommended.

Great always helpful worth paying a little more to talk to so one that know what there doing unlike the bigger chains that have young kids working there if is not in the computer they can not help you and have no idea about car or trucks

I got 2 car batteries there within the last week. Went there after not being able to get my battery elsewhere. Prices were good and customer service was excellent. What more can you ask for.

I originally purchased a pair of Warn hubs for my truck, but needed to return them because the snap-ring was tweaked on one of them. When I went to return them, I was told there would be a 15% restocking fee! I asked to speak to the manager and the owner was there but refused to see me. So I got stuck with a charge for something that wasnt right to begin with. Terrible service from a typically good national brand - you can guarantee I wont be back to that NAPA location.

Napa Auto parts always has everything I always need for my work Truck or personal vehicle. They are 1 of my favorite places to go for, for anything I ever need even for my historic Grooming Truck!! They definitely know what they are doing at this place much better then Advance Auto parts where I had to tell there new employee that I actually needed 8 spark plugs for an 8 cylinder Truck my Goodness Gracious!!

This is a tiny building with a great inventory. I guess they use magic to store it all away. Lol

Really helpful staff that worked to help get me back on the road. I usually dont buy from Napa, because they are a bit more expensive, but the staff here made it worth it.

I have been A costumer for a while at this location The sales man are very helpful and they are understand that not everybody are mechanic they will support you and advice you how to to perform youre basic repairs today for the first time i meet Mr Mark and he was very helpful and professional

Good people, but they dont keep that much in stock however, they do have a pretty big warehouse close so can usually get you what you need within the day.

Rip Off. Better to look at Advanced Auto or Amazon for a better deal on parts.
