It looks like a nice little shop, they were professional when speaking to them. But they looked at my truck took pictures of the damage said they would send me an estimate later on that day and I never heard from them again

Service was great. Karis went well beyond what I asked for. The truck turned out show quality. more that two years later and it still looks as good as it did the day I picked it up. Thanks to Karis and hos team I will enjoy for a very long time. I couldt be happier

Karis auto body did a great job getting some extra parts color matched to my truck. They kept me informed throughout the process and completed the job quickly. Karis (the owner) has integrity, which is rare to come by these days. The parts required additional labor and materials to get it right and Karis called me after to explain everything. He didn’t charge more than the original estimate even though he probably made little to no profit with all the extra work. I will be taking my vehicles and parts to Karis from here out!

I highly recommend Karis. Aside from the excellent body work, he helped me manage the estimating process, the insurance company personnel and the rental car company smoothly. My car also required special parts and needed some extra time to repair. Karis went the extra mile to make sure that everything fit properly prior to handing me back my vehicle, and he even covered the extra days of car rental on his own once the insurance company stopped reimbursement. My car was returned to me exceptionally clean (inside and out).Karis is a pro who knows the game, and he goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are satisfied. He does a pretty good job of responding to text messages and phone calls too.Having a car in the shop is not an ideal situation but Karis made it as pleasant as possible

I was lucky enough to find Karis shop through an online search of repair shops near my job in Elkridge, MD. I have a 2012 Cadillac SRX that had severe headlight dimness due to a flaw in Cadillacs design of the seals on the headlights that allows moisture into the headlight. The moisture eventually erodes the light causing dimness to the point that I could not drive past dusk.Based on the good online reviews, I took my SRX in to Karis shop for an estimate. Not only did Karis have the most competitive price in the area, but he also provided excellent customer service, and was able to replace the failing headlights with another brand of better quality the very next morning. The new lights were a perfect fit, and a year later, my headlights are just as bright as the day his team installed them.If youre looking for quality and on-time service, at a reasonable price, I highly recommend Karis Autobody!

I can’t help but pat myself on the back for finding Karis. Actually, he made it so easy by being one of the VERY FEW body shops in the area open on a Saturday afternoon. All it took was a quick phone call and I had an appointment within an hour.I could not be happier with the work they did. Karis and his crew did a great job fixing my hood and fender. You can’t tell at all where the damage and dents were. My car was done in a little over a day and the price was way more than reasonable.Throughout it all, Karis was great to deal with. He is funny and pleasant and I’d definitely recommend him to my friends and family!

While you never WANT to take your car to an auto shop, you wont be disappointed if you take yours to Karis. We were rear-ended and Karis and his team did amazing work on our car. Great communication and even going beyond what we expected regarding customer service. I hope we never have to take our car in to a shop again but if we do, were calling Karis first.

I thought that this gentleman was a businessman. The shop is in shambles with no structured management nor employees.I bought a vehicle from Karis which was allegedly sound and good for inspection.Paid money up front and didnt get the vehicle for weeks after.Karis tried to bribe the inspection station to pass the vehicle in which he sold to me.The inspector found several things wrong, one of which a vital bolt grinded off by the incompetent mechanics employed by Karis the owner himself.Since I had the vehicle, the dash engine lights all have been on and will not reset.I have paid for an oil switch that Karis Auto body repair broke, the catalytic converters, and all of the exhaust was bad from the beginning.The vehicle also has a leaky sunroof.After taking this 2005 Jeep Laredo Grand Cherokee that I bought from Karis himself to a real mechanic and exhaust shop, it was brought to my attention that Kariss mechanics didnt install the lift kit properly causing compound problems to the exhaust system and the engine.If you have taken the time to read this review, you know not to do any mechanics or body work business with man.His last words to me was, I gave you a great deal and I made no money from it. You should be considerate.I didnt pay him for a deal. I thought that I paid for a sound vehicle.He never gave me a bill of sale...The BBB will be notified

I took my brand new GTI to Karis after it was keyed. Karis and his staff spared no effort and absolutely flawlessly repainted both doors and the hood. Its impossible to tell that the Tornado Red repainting was done. Im amazed at the result. Having been disappointed before by a shop with big-insurer adjusters residing on-site, I cannot recommend Karis Auto Body enough. They are expert and humble craftsmen.

He is very hands on and do an awesome job on your vehicle and I wouldnt take any of my vehicles any other place!! The service and work is great and the staff is super friendly!!!

Worst experience ever!!!! GUY TOTALLY RIPPED ME OFF AND STILL LEFT MY CALL WITH A BUNCH OF SCRATCHES EVERYWHERE!!!! SCRATCHES AND DENTS THAT WERE NOT EVENT THERE BEFORE I DROPPED IT OFF!!!!! GUY WAS TOTALLY RUDE AND SEEM ALMOST VERY DEPRESSED!!!! TRIED CALLING BACK AND HE KEEPS HANGING UP ON ME!!!!
