My parents and I truly enjoyed this specially made basket of local treats! My dad said the hooch was top notch. Personally, the caramels were my favorite. My moms favorite thing...all of it!

Evergreen Flower Shop is an amazing local florist in Elko, NV. I do not live in Elko, but always like to support small local businesses any time I come to town. I have now ordered 3 custom bouquets from them, and every time their work gets more outstanding. I love their fall arrangements they have currently, their sunflowers are second-to-none. I appreciate their help, and their personal touch they add to each project we work on together!

They were out of some of the flowers in the bouquet I initially ordered but very kindly called me to let me know, and then replaced them with other, arguably prettier/better options that still looked gorgeous and matching the theme and colors I wanted at no additional cost. Am always wary of ordering from florists in Elko but its nice to know theres someone in town who has it covered!

I ordered a custom flower order for my wife who was struggling with the passing of a loved one. I was insured that my wife would receive a beautiful bouquet for the 70 dollars I paid. I asked for some color daisies and roses and an orchid I figured it would be 6-12 daisies with 4-6 roses and an orchid in the center. I asked for some green leafs to frame the arrangement. My wife got 3 daisies 3 roses and 1 orchid. It was very underwhelming. I could have put together an arrangement myself from flowers I bought at the grocery store that is better and at half the price. I feel that the arrangement I received should have cost around 20-30 dollars. I will not be returning to this store for future business and I would caution anyone who gets an arrangement to get a picture before you agree to pay. This was supposed to be much stronger impression on my wife and I feel that I cheeped out and got flowers from a gas station. Not impressed at all!!!

My experience with Evergreen Flower Shop was beyond satisfying. I didnt get my moms flowers ordered in time & expected them to be delivered the day after Mothers Day but I got a call fro Evergreen on Saturday & they were able to deliver a beautiful arrangement to my mom on Mothers Day. She loved the flowers & said they smelled amazing. Evergreen Flower Shop went above & beyond. They are truly amazing & very friendly.Thank you Evergreen Flower Shop.

During COVID, I wanted to do my on—line Christmas ordering locally where my gift recipients resided. I searched Elko businesses for gift baskets and chose Evergreen. I picked the “Whiskey Basket” gift basket and left the rest up to Evergreen. My son and his his wife were so pleased with the variety, and couldn’t wait to try a Nevada Whiskey, chosen just for their basket! I would highly recommend them!

My daughter had flowers delivered to her sister. I happened to be visiting when the flowers arrived. She ordered through a company online by the name of Terry’s Flowers, but Evergreen flower shop Delivered and dropped off a small vase of flowers that were dying and old . The water was murky, and for $49.99 this was a total disappointment. Why would any company deliver shameful flowers, I’ve worked in floral before and this is a disgrace to the business. I reached out several times leaving a message and no one returned my call. My daughter went to the website and again she had no response either. BE CAUTIOUS when ordering flowers to be delivered, the receiving party would not dare tell you that they received bad flowers and I think that’s why these people probably thought they can get away with it. Total cost my daughter spend for this service was around $65.00

The ladies at Evergreen flower shop did an awesome job with my order, I let them know what i needed and where it was going, and in minutes it was on it way to be delivered! Great job ladies! You always do an awesome job!!

Did the flowers for my wedding and specifically asked for no roses because i absolutely hate them and I get headaches from their scent. And they still gave me roses instead of the flowers i asked for and kinda ruined the day for me and made the changes without my permission. Also you watched me throw them on the ground and never smelled them ;)

I always order flowers for my mother from Evergreen. I give them my budget and they never disappoint! I dont think Ive every set foot in the store, but theyre always great to talk to over the phone, very personable and warm.

Very good service. Ive sent flowers to a friend in Elko three times now. After the first time, they recognized my caller ID and knew what I wanted and where to send it to. It was all done very efficiently. The lady sent me a picture of the boquets, they were nice looking.

Evergreen Floral is one of the best shops in Elko! They have a little bit of everything, which is great to find unique gifts!!! They have an Amazing selection of coffee and wine, also they do a monthly wine club! Brianne and her daughter Jayden do an outstanding job with this Business! Evergreen also does event rentals, tuxedos, and the most beautiful florals!! They did my wedding this year and it was absolutely wonderful, flowers were gorgeous and the rental process was easy and affordable! I highly recommend Evergreen for all the great things they do!!

I loved the website and how easy it was to use however I had my valintines day surprise ruined cause they decided to call person getting the roses before calling me. Very rude over the phone and kept insinuating that I was putting their drivers in danger for having them drive during snow; thus the reason they have to deliver my flowers at 8 in the morning. Note: the person getting the flowers hasn’t even woken up yet. The lady over the phone stated “you need to get creative cause were not sending anyone later in the day” I ended up canceling my order out frustration. Her only suggestion was to leave it outside after stating its storming outside. I don’t get mad or mean with people over the phone so honestly this was the first time and I hated that lady for making me feel that way. All I wanted was to surprise my gf with some flowers while she was at work and I ended up feeling nothing but bitter thoughts about the entire issue. I’d recommend using someone else.

Just bought my mom flowers for Mothers Day and had them delivered. I live in a different state so I called in with a $50 budget. After seeing what I purchased for $50 I will never use evergreen again!!
