I have to give this store 5 stars! The staff were courteous and helpful. Knowledgeable and efficient. We had had a bad experience at Dawn’s UHaul on Toledo Road and this store was amazing! Highly recommend!

We needed help with our tow hitch lights not working and we found out it was a blown fuse after the workers here helped us with it. They gave us a free fuse too! It was an awesome experience! Thanks guys!

We rented a truck to move from WA to ME. We stopped due to ugly bald tires. This manager was so incredible. He got our tires changed out ASAP and found us lunch while we waited. This may be the only decent U-Haul location left in America. I trust him with my familys life. Thanks for being there in a dangerous situation.

Very rude and unprofessional people working there. We smell alcohol so one of the employee was drunk at 9am! We show up for U-box and they were swearing because we are not born Americans. Do not use this location!!!!

These people are wonderful!! Christie was super nice, helpful and made sure everything we needed was taken care of...even tho we showed up a little close to closing time. She rocked!! Will definitely be back.

I purchased a hitch on U-hauls website and scheduled the installation here. It could not have gone more smoothly. Showed up at the scheduled time and was able to wait while they installed my hitch, about 30 minutes start to finish. Highly recommend if you need a trailer hitch installed.

Actually help a friend move.🤦🏾‍♂️.. He had a late return and he was ecstatic about the not dealing with anyone but his galaxy phone 🙄 cause the website walks you through everything from the taking pictures of everything right up to putting the key in the drop box....😩we just getting done....guess whos 🤬 sick of offering my me time to help move for free🙋🏾‍♂️....but Im keeping WTF i want outta that damn storage🤷🏾‍♂️

There were at least 2 people behind the counter today (Saturday morning) and I didnt have to wait long despite some people in front of me in line. Everything went smoothly. Good customer service experience and good equipment experience.

Just rented a 15’ Truck for a 1way from Elkhart to Arkansas guy lies tells me I would get a $100 deposit back, I get to Arkansas they tell me no I don’t . Not to mention the A/C only worked half the time, and the driver side mirror was loose so every big bump in the road we hit moved the mirror. Also it said if the truck comes back clean you get $25 and you don’t 😤 gotta love Big Businesses in it for the money and don’t care about the customers.

Moving across country the hitch was loose, came in and met with Martin the GM, he fixed our hitch after another Uhaul shop screwed up. No hassle super friendly location, the best I’ve been too. Went from Washington State to Rhode Island. He tightened our bolts and added new ones. 10/01/19 10:10am

At .89$ per mile we shouldnt have to put gas in it, as i was told. When i got back was charged for gas? I used truck for 7 hours only 80 miles driven and charged me over 120$! A 1.50$ per mile cost me to rent a truck? Way too much wont ever rent again

Like this place because when I had to move not only where they their for me & my family but the convenience of loading a box shed on wheels (if you need to storage for a couple months) plus any size in closed box truck(just in case of rain)but also rent pick up trucks comfortable for your needs👍THANK YOU

We have rented from this location several times and we have always received excellent customer service. They have always had the product that we needed, be it trailers or trucks. I highly recommend this location 👍🏻

I was in and out in no time and the gentleman was really knowledgeable and pretty cool dude

This place cant get anything right. They forgot to install my break switch, and are over an hour away. Called customer service to complain. Never received a call back as promised, so called to complain again. Thanks for the $50 voucher to uhaul, that I will never use because your company is completely disorganized.

Getting your propane tank filled here is so much cheaper than the propane exchanges at other places.

I wont ever rent a u haul again, but thats because of corporate and their absolute lack of customer care. However, this location did everything they could to help me, and I thank them for that. I just wish they didnt have to work for such a mess of a company.

Went to return the trailor and had troubles with the return set up on the phone, called customer service and waited and waited for an answer from a transfer, Didnt get one. so i dont know if im gonna get charged extra or not.

Terrible experience. When I brought the truck back, I was tols I had driven it 4.6 miles further than estimated. The odometer and the paper work showed I drove exactly 20 miles. I was still charged for 24.6. The gas gauge was brought back up exactly to the point of when I picked the truck up. The lady working there said You cant look directly at the gas gauge. You have to look at an angle, therefore the tank wasnt full enough. She charged me an extra 13.20 for gas that I had already put in the truck. I strongly advise anyone needing to rent a truck, go to Penske. Save yourself the ridiculous gouging and being flat out lied to. My $46 renting agreement cost me over $86 . Never again.While. i was thete, 2 people were on their cell phones trying to get in touch with someone because of being overcharged and treated poorly by the woman on duty.

Long line, one guy working. Have pre done all paperwork but sitting in line while the one employee is helping people with no reservations. Why bother doing the paperwork online? Still have to wait

They were rude, I was asking questions about the over charges on miles like how much and he spun around his monitor and aggressively pointed LOOK ITS RIGHT HERE..

Wait time on a Sunday is unreasonable. Trends would tell them that Sundays are busy, and at peak times. You would think theyd have additional personnel on site, to help keep customers wait times at a minimum.
