Piss poor service look else where for help much better local places there quotes are always double what you should pay

Took an odd belt to them. They measured it, told me the one I needed was special order and sold by the foot. It cost about $400.00. It was the wrong belt. Went in again and they found the right belt (considerably less expensive) but said the first belt was non-returnable. They said it was the belt I needed so why am I paying for their mistake?
