The whole team at Bontrager pools are very friendly and customer centric unlike other pool and pool supply retailers.Preston maintains a high level of professionalism and product knowledge and is always very patient in answering all questions.Love this place!!
Horrible experience, used them to test our water, they told us to keep up our ph and chlorine my pool unusable due to the levels spent too much money doing what they said just too have to go back and undo everything they said to do. Will not use again or recommend anyone use them.

I had my Key pad on my Old 93 hot tub. I could not even find the part on Google. Mike @ Church Plumbing and heating referred me to Bontrager pools. I was familiar with them as my dad uses them and i have bought filters from them. Jose Santos helped me out. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He scheduled a pick up and with in minutes My hot tub was back up and operational. Thank you Bontrager Pools and thank you Jose!!!

The people Ive worked with here are grouchy and snobbish. When you walk in everyone is having their own conversations with each other and then they all stop and stare at you and make you feel very uncomfortable. No one said Hi or how can we help you. Not very welcoming at all. My jaw dropped when they told us the cheapest pool they could offer and that was without installation. I would never do business with this place. Terrible prices and Customer Service. I agree with the comment that if you dont buy a pool from them they wont help you. My experience as well and the main reason I will never do business with them. Avoid this place because if you make them mad, they wont help you. Why would you be stingy with your services and rude if someone didnt buy a pool from you? If you were friendly to me and gave me good customer service youd get my future business. I just hate that there were so many young people working for them and that they will be taught terrible Customer Service skills by working there.And everyone please switch to a Salt Water System pool. Dont listen to what the POOL STORES have to say thats bad about them. They are going to lose business with their chemicals and testing so they dont want you to have them.

I bought an Intex Ultra Frame pool online and needed help with balancing the water. Everyone at Bontrager was very helpful, despite the fact that I didnt buy the pool through them. They tested my water, helped me find what I needed, and explained very thoroughly (even gave me a printout) how to treat the water. I think their products are reasonably priced too. I will keep coming back because they were so knowledgeable and helpful!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. !!!They have a very rude costumer service.Went back and forth for 6 days trying to test our pool water and bought about $600 worth of chemicals.7 days later, still green and did not change colors at all.Went to Menards and bought their chemicals, 2 days later .. so much lighter. Better result from menards chemicals and much more cheaper. This place will just rip you off, and make you feel totally dumb when you ask for their help.DON’T COME TO THIS PLACE!!DON’T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY.
Service really can be hit or miss with leaving filters and other stuff around the pool. Also tried utilizing their service for patching my liner which was with some success but not with a long drawn out process that included continually filling the pool with water and then have service dumping a TON of products in without thinking to why I needed that much product. Since different service techs came each week, it was a re-educating process to bring them up to speed.Opening the pool was a mess this year with miscellaneous parts laying about as well as my pool cover container destroyed. If other providers had openings for my business, I would switch but instead I’m stuck with my hit or miss. I would work on the pool myself but they also closed the store on Ironwood.
Will tell you whatever you want to hear to get your business. Definitely do not recommend, rip offs!
Very rude customer service and 3 times the price as anyone else in the area. This is my first time owning a pool and they treat you like a dummy for needing advice. I ask them why they charge so much more than everyone else and they say we will be fine we have 800 customers. Do not even bother with them! One of the worst experiences i have ever had with a business!
