Imagine going thru drive thru & seeing Sherman Williams workers just yanking the bag out of the drive thru guys hand at JJ for taking longer then usual. Teach your workers manners or have them take lunch to work smh.

Multiple employees, yet they all stand around basically annoyed that you are even in the store. Dont offer help, and arent helpful when asked.

Went in for paint chips and the gal that waited on me was so knowledgeable in color for small rooms! Impressive!!

Definitely the place to go for all the questions and painting supplies. Theyre paint and advice is top rated in my opinion.

These people are great! Im a paint contractor and go there regularly, they have never steered me wrong if I come across something I havent painted before. I highly recommend them.

I read about working with experienced staff but that has not been my experience. I have never purchased here before, the clerk was unhelpful, gave me no options. Paint I ordered is NOT the color I hoped for so I called to see if I could return. Clerk again, couldnt tell me but I dont really think so?. Lowes/Menards will take paint back. I guess I will stick to them.

Better knowledge of paint than going to menards or lowes and dealing with a high school kid

I must say the clerk in this store acted unwilling to help with our needs and we literally had to insist that he help us with our needs then had to instruct Garrett how to do his job. This will be my last purchase with Sherman Williams.
