My favorite store. No complaints

Rarely if ever do they have everything I need. I need up going to another store to get all I need. Its convenient but not stocked well. Run down and needs remodeling

Trash. Very disrespectful when you walk in demands you to buy a mask or leave. I wouldnt go back inside there store if they were giving items away. Learn how to properly train your employees to approach customers.2nd your employees need to be wear the proper face mask not a bandanna. The fabric is not PPE. Require your employees to wear the face masks you demand to be purchased if you expect the customers to purchase them.

The Staff was wonderful plight and kind everything was easy to find and the Deli food was delicious and exactly what I ordered.

Your local grocery store. The place was clean and the staff helpful. Even with Covid going on it was an easy place to shop.

I get the unwanted welcome from the meat counter person @ the Bristol and Main street, Goshen store. I asked to purchase items from within the glass counter and they would grab the item and throw it on the ice before bagging it w/o wrapping it properly.If Martins DO NOT honor/welcome certain race to their store, please place a sign so that I;m not wasting my time in your store and I can spend my money somewhere else.

Ive shopped here for years and love all the Martins employees. They are like family and always have a smile and brighten my day. I save a lot of money by utilizing their sale ads and digital coupons. The pet club is great too! Im a fan for life!

It is convenient but some things are a little pricey & others are not so bad. Large selection of grocery, pet supplies and household supplies available.

Went in because I heard they were closin the doors at the Nappanee St. store. Been going to Martins store when you were at the first store on Nappanee St. store.

We love this Martins. We call it my Martins.... Its always stocked with what we need. Its always clean, even the restrooms. The employees have always been helpful and courteous. We appreciate the calm and even atmosphere that is always present also. I have to use the drive-up to pick up my groceries after shopping and I appreciate it so much that they offer that. This store definitely deserves the 5-stars from us!

It was late the deli was getting ready to close I wanted to ask the one behind the counter if they had any more chicken alfredo in the back before I could ask her she said to me delis closedI responded to her you cant even answer a question she then responded oh Im sorry how can I help youI intern responded thats okay I put down the item I was going to buy and leftif youre going to go to this Martins make sure you go with and reasonable hours otherwise they may be more concerned with the time on the clock than the person on the other side of the counter

Was treated very rudely today because I didnt have a digital account. Unwilling to help me get one to take advantage of one day specials. I was told to go home and figure it out on your computer, we cant help you sign up here Manager said we cant help you and we are closing.

Produce was a bit limited but that is to be expected for this time of year. Overall one of my favorite places to get groceries.

I only gave a 4 star rating because of the new deal on pepsi/coke products. What is this 2/$10 stuff all about? I would always come to Martins just for my pop but now, Im reconsidering. I love this store and all the employees but deal switches like that make me not want to come back. :(

They had milk on sale according to the sign. They said only if you have a digital coupon. We asked about it at the register. The cashier had know clue what it was. The bagger said she could help us only if we had the physical discount card. We never carry it because they can look it up with the phone number. I tried the app. There was no discount for milk listed. I put it into the search engine in the app.Extremely disappointed.

I stopped by for items I needed to get through the snowy weekend. Everyone else was too. All lanes were open. Martins had some good deals this week.

Good prices, friendly staff. Comparable too Walmart on pricing. Better quality food.

Local grocery store with great selection. Other than a farmers market, the quality of the produce here is the best of any local grocery. I wish they would remodel and expand their Side Door Deli cafe. Other Martins stores have much better setups.

I always enjoy martins side door deli. They usually have plenty of choices. This location is smaller than other and seems to be outdated a little. Much smaller area of chairs and tables set up for customers. I tried to stop by the floral dept to put in a large order for work but the sign at the counter stated no one available. Stopped at customer service and was told they werent in yet. When I stopped back by the lady was more interested in cleaning the area rather than helping me. I would even say sort of rude like I was interrupting her. Restrooms are old compared to most of the other locations. Hand dryer takes forever, a roll of towels would be more helpful or update the dryer. On a positive note, this one has the gate station in the parking lot.

Martin’s meat is the best. Their Smokehouse meats and dinners are hard to replicate taste and cost.

My fiance went in to get formula on August 10th, with my W.I.C Card and when he went to the register a manager named Sarah with blonde hair was very rude to him telling him that Gerber Soothe formula in the cans Was NOT W.I.C Approved😠 F.W.I the Goober Soothe is W.I.C Approved! I have been getting it for a while now. You really should update your works on what is WIC approved and not approved. Your cashier/Manager was really really RUDE!!!! Your store Just Lost us as customers. We will doing our shopping .elsewhere, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Martins has friendly and affable people working in their stores but they are overpriced. It was to the point where I decided to keep my money in pocket and let them keep their overpriced items on their shelves.

Martins has our favorite quick dinner salad bar. The kids ask for it. Great fresh food here and good prices. Their deli area also has free Wi-Fi.

Found most of what we wanted. Was a little disappointed in their choices of tarter sauce. But all in all we get what we come their for

Fine for groceries, but go elsewhere for a hot meal - four people working the deli, zero customers, and not one would even bother to say, well be with you in a minute, let alone actually offer service.

Bought a turkey bacon club on a pretzel bun. What a disappointment. There was one piece of paper thin bacon and it wasnt even cooked!And the lettuce was brown and wilting. Not sure what their SOP is, but this was a huge fail!
