Terrible owner. Spent $10k and got a used cart with batteries that don’t work. Terrible people running this business - awful customer service.Took the owner 6 weeks to call me back, told me it’s my problem. Haven’t gotten to use a golf cart I spent 10k on.Shop elsewhere!!

Had a golf cart go in and it came back in even worse shape. I was very polite and Tom was a jerk. After 2 weeks of not having it picked up I decided to go to Smileys. Its so nice dealing with real professionals. Tom needs a class in customer service.

My rating is based solely on the service. The looks of my golf cart is stunning. its beautiful. The second time I took it out it quit working. Almost as if it were dead, reverse and forward got nothing. Pushed it back on my trailer, while doing this I have to remove my roof due to it hitting the top of my trailer, I scuffed the seat and a piece of body. They supplied touch up paint with purchase so I will fix body myself, and the seat I had them repair ($149). I called last week on Monday to see if it was ready, they said no, it should be ready tomorrow or Wednesday that they would call me when it was ready. I never received a call, I JUST called to see if it was ready for pick up (Wednesday of the FOLLOWING WEEK) since theyve had it going on 6 WEEKS now! And they said yes, it was. I asked how much I owe them, they said, $379, I asked why so much. 2 hours electrical diagnostics, and seat repair. I told them I understood the seat repair but the electrical issue should be under warranty, Ive only owned the cart for less then 2 months and there is a warranty on it. He said he will have to check with owner when he gets back from lunch....and so during this time, Im writing a review on their POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE PRACTICES. And how I feel they just want your money on a purchase and dont want to do anything if any issues arise. I wont be purchasing anything else from them! Buyer Beware.

We purchased a 10000 Dollar cart. Within a month horn, headlights, turn signals all 12 volt accessories quit working. Called several times and got the run around. This company only cares about sales not service. Do not buy from them, youll be sorry.

We had an outstanding day! Great service with Walt and Tom. Got a golfcart that is going to be superb. Second time there and second golfcart bought. We cannot thank you enough!

Never got my cart serviced after being told that it would be done in 2 or 3 days several times. Cart was in for over a month. Never performed any of the service promised. Finally picked it.up and drove it home.would.not suggest going here to anyone.

Tom and the crew are very friendly and they have beautiful golf carts.

Kept our golfcart for almost 3 weeks, put new seats on, and instead of fixing what we wanted fixed (wont drive without pushing choke) they decided to just do a tune up. Then proceeded to tell us well thats a bigger project when we went to pick it up. Then lost the back bar they took off our golfcart that we said we wanted to keep.
