It is difficult for me to go into Big Lots and not come out with anything. Their prices are affordable and usually much lower than what you would find at surrounding stores/shops. They change their items fairly frequently, so there is always something new to discover. They always have a section of their store dedicated to the most relevant time of year/season/holiday. The store is well-organized, making it easy to navigate. The staff is helpful and friendly.

The service was very kind and professional and they also had everything that I was looking for with very reasonable and fair prices....I would recommend this store to any and everyone!!

The ladies at this store were beyond helpful. I went in to buy a pergola on a Sunday afternoon. They helped me load it into my car and tie it down. Cheers ladies!

Store is a bit dirty compared to other Big Lots Ive been in. They really need to clean their floors with a buffer and organize their layout and shelving better.

Either they are remodeling or the store needs to be stocked. Alot of shelves were near empty. Friendly staff got the stars.

Something must be going on because its and usually messy and understocked right now. Im sure its temporary and theres nothing to worry about, I just threw me off

If you need cheap and easy shopping then check this place out. The only reason not a 5 is from lack of experience shopping here. (Shop around alot ^-^)

One of my personal favo discounted stores selection has kinda went from huge& diverse to more slim...so Ive noticed

I went in to get coffee pods. I found a good deal on sheets and a quilt for the bed. Seemed like it would be warm and durable.

Aisles are a little cramped, be aware not all their prices are good deals BUT if you compare prices you can definitely save if shopping wisely. That being said if you hit a good deal for things you like its easy to spend $50

Needs a good cleaning

Had them hold some cherry dr.pepper for me to drive 34 miles to get there to find out I wasted my time driving there because they gave the cherry dr.pepper away to someone else not even related to me..... Not a very happy person and if I could I wouldnt ever go there again

Went in to buy a cat carrier. They exactly what we needed and at a very good price. The lady working the floor was very helpful in getting the item down from the top shelf.No complaints about this trip what so ever.

I had not been to Big Lots in awhile. More merchandise available. Great deals. Personnel very nice and helpful. I will be going back.

Sometimes it hard to find someone if you need assistance. I noticed the prices of things keep going up quite a bit. The vacuums & stuff like that are refurbished so they should be a little cheaper than they are. Some of the products are priced the same as some higher end stores. I wish they had more of a selection of products. I also have trouble with the rewards card app. I dont get my rewards. I have checked spam & went to the website but no one has been able to help me. The employees are very nice & they do try to help as much as they can. I like to go there to avoid going to bigger stores that are packed cause I dont like to wait in line for a long time to pay. I do recommend you go there & check them out.

This store is okay in management and organization. The sections are legibly marked (though small if you want to read from long distance). The furniture section and electronics is rather limited. With the Xmas season, there is a considerable section for Xmas ornaments and other accessories reasonably priced. You want to purchase the processed and boxed foods from here because I have compared prices with regular grocery stores and some prices are lesser. Im surprised that they also carry some ethnic prepared foods. Since I love Indian cuisine, I was so pleasantly surprised to find dal makhni (black lentils curry) and pau bhaji (spicy mashed potatoes) from a known Indian brand (Haldirams) here in this store and at a comparable price to any Indian or Asian grocery store. The parking seems rather in a terrible shape but its worth a trip every two weeks if you are grocery shopping on a budget.

This store has changed a lot over the years. Very clean and orderly. No wait at the checkout. So impressed, we went back the next day.

Its got alot of stuff, you really have to take time to find deals, most brand name things there, which usually are there because there flawed in some small way are very expensive, more than other competive stores but flaw free! Good prices on clearances, off brand products just be aware of prices before assuming theyre discounted prices, most are more expensive than meijers, Walmart, target!! Thanks Connie
