Was looking at a new rope chain, brought in one I purchased to try and trade or sell back as i purchased it from them 2 months prior to bringing it back and they couldnt find my transaction but knew the exact store location I got it from๐ค. they wanted over 800 for the only rope chain they had in elhart. I was hesitant and told the jeweler if it was solid gold Id buy it. Not ever owning this thick of a chain I didnt know what to expect for the weight..so stupidily, I purchased anyways as he stated it WAS solid and not hollow.I sold the chain to another jewelers recently and he knew right off the bat it was hollowed out due to the way it was made and the weight, I will never purchase from kays again in my life! I took a $400.00 ring in to them and they were charging me $926.00 to fix it. It was because I did not burn it there. The jewelry store I bought it from closed. What a scam!!!!!!!

Came into the CR6 Kays today and itโs under new management!!! She was so nice and professional with our interaction. I came in for my ring inspection and she was very knowledgeable- I was greeted right at the door even though they were busy. The store was clean and had great selections and I will definitely be back!
Every time I have came into Kay I have always been helped quickly. Every staff member I have came into contact with has been friendly and respectful but Emily, the assistant manager, has never let me down and is always willing to go above and beyond to help me ( even as indecisive as I am) she remains positive and patient. She works so well with the manager Whitney ( I believe that is her name). Best management team I have come a-crossed while browsing for the perfect gift.
Always helpful and quick. My jewelry is always taken care of so its like new. If its cleaned, it is done well. If it needs to be serviced outside of the store, im given and date and its always back by the date given.

They are very unprofessional. I recently got engaged. Had to get my ring sized twice. Had the ring for 3 days a found out that a diamond had fallen!!! Called the store and the girl laughed at me saying that sucks. Went to the store the next day to try to fix the problem, and another girl laughed at this. I told them I wanted to return my ring because this is crazy!!! My fiancรฉ at the time only made 1 payment on the ring so the girl told us that we would get a full refund with 10-14 days. Its been 3 weeks now, I just recently called. A girl told me to call customer service (which was a computer) because they could help, but all that did was tell me the balance of my account. I called the store again explaining to them that the number didnt help me at all. I spoke to the MANAGER and I asked her what I had to do to get my check and she said call the number again. Then my fiancรฉ spoke to her and she HUNG UP ON HIM!!!! We werent even finished talking!!! Very unprofessional people. I wont be doing business with them anymore!!!!
