I went to MyEyeDr last week. They are so professional. I usually dread going to the doctors office. But they are amazing. My glasses are already there.
The doctors are extremely knowledgeable, kind and caring!! The staff is very friendly and helpful!
The Doctor was great. Ordered glasses, took 3 weeks. Okay with covid, understand. Tint was was too dark. Okay order new lenses. 8 days I called and they just came in. So next day go to pick up glasses. The frickin lenses are too small. So now sending frames to remake lenses. NOT GOOD!!!!! So it will probably take another 3 weeks...... CAN NOT RECOMMEND. These have been paid for a month already....... So 2 star because Doctor. Service 0....Supposedly patient relations called and left a message on November 17th. My phone never showed either. So I emailed back that I have no voice message or show a missed call. Sooo today Nov 19th i get a call and voice message. I call back. They are sorry. New lenses didnt fit because beveled edges or something about that. I sat right there and the lenses completely fell thru opening. They were way to small. So offers me free single lens pair. I wear no line bifocals, so that wont help. Offers to reimburse 1/2 money. Well, I went got cheap pair so I would have sunglasses. So anyways reimburse all money and reverse insurance part. So I have cheap pair. I am still out what i paid cheapers, cause i wanted polycarbonate lenses and partial tint in good glasses. Yuggghhhh
Ive seen two different doctors here and have been for regular eye exam and a med visit (couldnt get my eye open). Both were kind and helpful.
Update: I received a call from the general manager of the store who offered to replace my glasses at no charge. Customer service regarding the replacement was excellent and receipt of the new pair was very quick. They allowed me to keep my old frames as a backup. Upgrading my review based on this follow up customer service.---------------I was so incredibly disappointed with the frame service I received at this location. It was my first visit to this store and will be the last time I purchase glasses from them. The eye appointment I received was top notch and I would recommend my optometrist to anyone but the customer service I received with my frames was just terrible. Ive been wearing glasses for over thirty years and never in that time have my glasses broken. I purchased a full set of expensive frames and lenses and within six weeks the frame had popped off the front of the lens. I was on vacation and had to glue them back on for the duration. I took them into the store and they seemed to be very understanding. They acknowledged this shouldnt have happened and replaced the frames on site and said (with me clarifying so I would definitely NOT understand) that if this were to happen again that I should come into the store and they would replace them because it would be clear that they were defective. Great service right? Thats what I thought. Fast forward a few months and this pair does the exact same thing again while I was gone. I had to glue them again so that I could get through the week. I took them into the store and again explained what happened. The same woman was helping me. First of all she couldnt even find record of my first visit to show that they had replaced the frames which was suspicious. She did verbally acknowledge that she vaguely remembered when I came in. Then she spoke to her manager and came out and said Id voided the warranty because Id glued them! Then because they had no record of what theyd said they would only give me 50% off a new pair. The only explanation I can find is that someone cleared my record intentionally so that they wouldnt have to do this. I was so livid. I ended up walking out of the store. Ill buy my frames elsewhere.
I was surprised at some of the reviews here. I was prescribed both glasses and contact lenses never had any problem with this place. All the staff there are very kind and helpful I feel like I am in very good hands. The process is quick and I am very satisfied with this place.
Lots of frame choices, even for Medicaid recipients!! great people...really try hard to accommodate. past reviews not so kind, but seems like things are improving there!
Staff and doctor are very polite and give respectful responses to questions.
They give you appt but only have one eye dr so you have to wait a half an hr or more before past your appt time to be seen
I seriously wish I could give zero stars. Over priced. I paid more with my insurance compared to completely out of pocket with my previous doctor for the exam. Went to pick up my glasses. They werent ready when I was told they would be ready. Finally received a text saying they were in. NO phone call was made. 3 different ladies couldnt adjust my glasses properly. Absolutely the last time I will visit. I doubt they will be in business very long with the amount of negative reviews flooding in.
This was my first experience having any sort of health appointment on my own, and they were very welcoming. The service was quick and friendly, it was easy to converse with the employees on staff. It was a wonderful place, and Im glad to give them my business.
I enjoy the staff there. Theyre great people. I love that theyre always so cheerful and they make sure to let you know your options.
THEY ARE TERRIBLE. SUPER EXPENSIVE, STAFF DOES NOT COOPERATE EITHER. IT TOOK ME TWO WEEKS TO GET MY GLASSES, THAT SCRIPT WASNT RIGHT. THEY HAD TO TAKE BACK MY GLASSES AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE THEM; IVE SPENT OVER $800 WITH INSURANCE HERE, HALF OUT OF POCKET, STILL DO NOT HAVE CORRECT GLASSES OR SCRIPT INFO AFTER THREE TRIES. MY FIRST APPT WAS A MONTH AGO. TAKE YOUR MONEY, TIME, AND PATIENCE SOMEWHERE ELSE.
I agree with so many others with this comment... This place is an absolute joke. I was recommended by a coworker... When I finally receive some service after my eye exam it was very poor... The guy (Damon) was no help at all.. When I received my glasses the same hour I was right back in after wiping my lenses with the cloth he gave to me 7 they became scratched... I waited 10-14 days for another set of lenses... Lo & behold I wipe them (with the same cloth I might add) & ta dah theyre scratched all over again... Now they want me to come in for a third time to leave my glasses without me having a backup pair for another 2 weeks because of their mistakes... Yes, this place is a complete joke & I absolutely warn all co workers at my job to do not ever waste their time or insurance on this place...
Prices are a bit high but friendly service. Warranties are below industry standard.
Couldn’t get past recording. Hung up and called anther further away. Can’t speak in person to me, means your to busy for my family’s Care.
Took 6 weeks to get safety. No communication unless I called. Never again
I wont be back. I feel like they were angry because I just wanted an eye exam to get a prescription for glasses and wasnt buying glasses, nor did I want to pay for the fancy exam that my insurance wont pay for. The optometrist lectured me and then charged me extra because he said it became a medical exam. If Im going to pay for a medical exam, I will go to my ophthalmologist from now on for everything.
Where to start?? Only giving 1 star because theres no option for 0 stars. Every appointment we have to wait at least 25min past our appt time. Today was a 45min wait past our appt time while trying to keep a 4 year old entertained and then the tech pinched my daughters hand in the chair. When I made the first appt they neglected to tell me they use dilation drops that last 24 hours on kids (my daughter had a soccer game early the following morning). Then tell us since shes a child she must have a contact class, I asked if they can do that now while we are there, oh no we dont do that past 330pm. Had I been informed of that I would have made arrangements for the same day. Then, my daughter has to return for a fit appt, which is fine but the latest they do that is 415. So this is 3 times Ive had to take her out of school early. I was told our eye exam would be $40 with our ins. At the appt I was charged $129.99 because my daughter needs toric lenses. My husband wears toric lenses and was still only charged the $40 at a different eye doctor. I requested biweekly lenses for my daughter and was told they do not sell those anymore....mind you both of the other contact options i was given are more expensive......funny thing was I just picked up a box the previous week for my other daughter of the biweekly lenses...so then I was told that the dr just doesnt want to sell those anymore... can u guess which contacts they gave her at her contact class? THE BIWEEKLY LENSES! the same lenses that they dont sell anymore/the dr doesnt want to sell. This place is a joke. Dishonest and sketchy. Dont take yourself or your family here.
I used Lenscrafters for years and thought they were the best. Then I realized how bad my vision had been because of how cheaply their glasses are made. I live in the Dunlap area and am close to the C&B by Concord Mall, so I decided to give them a try even though a co-worker of mine had a bad experience at the C&B in Mishawaka. I am so glad I took the chance! C&B is wonderful. They checked my eyes and found out that that I had a problem that was from using crappy (Visine) eye drops and had me start using Retaine, a mineral oil based eye drop. My eyes feel wonderful. Also, the glasses (made with real glass, not plastic like Lenscrafters) are wonderful and I can actually SEE with my new glasses! I can read and do close-up work and also see far away in perfect clarity and focus. Thanks, C&B, youre the best!
My glasses fit poorly, went back so many times, toughed it out for a whole year and went to the Mishawaka C&B Optical finally and was told they should have offered to replace them with a better fitting pair right away, they just dont always tell patients it is an option when there is a problem. Also, the doctor had me try a different eye drop to save money instead of Restasis which I was already using. He said if it didnt work he would write the prescription for Restasis later. After months of trying I gave up and called for the prescription for which I was told I would need to be seen. Then I was told if my insurance didnt cover it they would write-off they bill. Insurance paid zero and I was left with a bill for $86 to get my Restasis. The manager never returned my phone call even. Dont go!
This place is a Joke, I went and got my contact fitting done and eye exam, bought my glasses from them and went back a week later to do my contact follow up, all is good right, nope here we are a couple months later I call to have my contact prescription emailed to me and they call me back and say it was never finalized and I will have to make another appointment and get charged agine, so tired of people trying to rip off the man, I wish there was a honest place to go.

Place is very disorganized. None of the staff knows what is going on. Waited almost an hour after appointment time. Will be looking for a new eye place.
