Goin on my 3rd week there. Its a really great place to work. Every one is friendly and hardworking.

Every new product has its issues and a new boat is no different. What is important is how the manufacture stands behind their product. Godfrey and the dealer we purchased the boat from stood behind the product and took great care of us. I will most definitely buy another Godfrey boat from their dealer. Thanks again for great customer support.

3 stars for over night parking.Communication is not good here.I was given a 5pm delivery appt and was there at 330pm. No one was there. Broker or Customer at fault?I called the number on google and a lady who worked across the street at their sales bldg said they leave at 3pm.So I wasted a whole day and lost my next load.Next morning you have to hunt for someone through all the boat debris to find out who and where to get unloaded.The place looks abandoned. Its the right place though.OP.

I use to work at this place and just quit in April 2020. I highly recommend no one applies or buys a boat from them. They don’t care about the workers or the boats they make. I remember I told a supervisor that some screws were missing on the deck of the boat and he looked me right in my eyes and told me “Don’t worry about it” but these screws are needed to hold the deck together and at least 7 were missing when people put the wrong parts on the boats they’ll call the customer and tell them it was an upgrade instead of fixing the problem I’ve seen so many boats get passed on that wasn’t 100% finished

Very greedy company. Starting pay is 10 a hour plus 1.25 bonus. If you like working 40+ hours with a paycheck of $330 you have found your company. Stay far away

I only make deliveries there but the staff is always friendly even when they dont think anyone is around to hear them..

I used work there I left state.They sent me a couple of pay checks for Holliday and pro time. Then they reversed it and over drew my account.I will never work for them again.....

Terrible place management is terrible Nobody knows how to work on the boats correctly The supervisors dont correctly train the employees i would not recommend these boats to nobody 👎

Purchased brand new Sweetwater spring 2018 and had faulty livewell from day one. Under warranty it is now end of boating season 2019 and I still do not have a replacement livewell. Customer service means nothing to this company.

On 14 Feb 2019, we excitedly ordered and placed a down payment on our 2019 Godfrey Sweetwater 2286SFL. On 17 May 2019, we took delivery of our Sweetwater 2286SFL. The boat ran well; however, at the time of delivery there were several issues they notified us about. The hour meter wasn’t working and one was ordered, one side of the power top was scarred up and a replacement was ordered, and the trim gauge was slow to respond and one was ordered. We noticed a small tear in the base of the front port side bench and they said a replacement would be ordered. Overall a good experience. Slightly disappointed with the issues at delivery; however, would much rather have the boat with those issues than to not have a boat. No complaints at this point. On 17 May 2019 the trim gauge stopped working, the rev limit light came on and the speedometer wasn’t working properly. Still no complaints. Small issues.On 19 May 2019 we pulled back to our dock and smoke started billowing from the bottom rear of the boat under the gas tank. There was a short and the wiring on the boat had caught fire. We had just filled the boat up with gas 45 minutes prior to the fire. This is where the QA concerns began to grow and I am now complaining!! Upon return of the boat, the dealer informed me they could not get the fire stains removed on the aft end of the port side pontoon. They said a new pontoon is ordered and would be replaced in the fall when I have my fall service accomplished.On Friday 14 June 2019 and throughout the weekend, we had a few issues occur while boating. The under-deck lights on the port side of the pontoon stopped working. The steering wheel developed movement in it like it is loosening up (jiggles up and down and side to side a small amount). About 15 inches of the side panel has come loose from the top rail on the starboard side of the boat by the helm and a very small issue is a portion of the zipper stitching has come loose on one of the zippers on the cover for the top (hated to even mention this with the other items; however, it’s just another example of what seems to be poor quality manufacturing). On 23 June 2019 after a great weekend of boating, found a bolt coming loose on the pontoon and a screw that holds the metal on the underdeck was missing. On 30 June 2019, after another great weekend of boating, I took a look underneath the boat while I was cleaning it and the screws on the rear of the boat on the sheathing are loose and backing out. Although some of these issues seem small, this is a 50K boat that is less than two months old. Really frustrated customer!!!!!
