$1 bottle opener!I needed drinks for guests. They were on the way, and needed to time it. This particular location is huge! Many, many choices, cold or on shelves. If in a rush and you dont know what you want, beware. So many choices. I achieved my mission and topped it off with a $1 bottle opener at the register. Folks are always friendly and willing to help. I even found a hard to find Ricard, French liquor.

Wow, this place has a lot of alcohol! The sales staff seems knowledgeable about the products and are willing to answer questions. Why not 5 stars? They didnt provide free samples nor have Blantons, which was the reason I stopped here. Is that their fault? Probably not. Feel free to follow me as I traverse the universe complaining about things and occasionally providing information on where you can get free alcohol.

You can get variety of alcohol here, they’re very quick no wait time.

Not that its news but hey, they have a big selection =_=The staff member tried helping me select wine for a gift but was unable to leave the counter due to staff shortages or so I thought until 3 staff members came to the counter to talk. Yikes, I still purchased two bottles of wine. Hopefully my friend enjoyed it.

Very helpful, wasnt sure exactly which flavor of moonshine we wanted, they recommend one and we got it (peach by the way) very tasty glad we went their recommendation

Very good selections in a nice atmosphere, but youre only getting good prices on a few items. The majority of liquors for example are on the high end, but theyll have a special on a few basic items. Nice overall stock in both liquor and beer, seems a bit light on wine to me. The place is clean though, brightly lit and safe and the staff was pretty friendly.

Getting thru check out can be odd, some strange line forms down one of the sloping isles, right where i wanted to shop. But overall nice place, nice cashiers.

This is the absolute BEST wine/liquor store in the area! They have an amazing selection of fine wines, and their staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! My husband is also very fond of their cigar selections! They also offer several wine tastings and events throughout the year, which are both fun and educational! Its a great place to shop!!

Sadly Ive had to downgrade this place to 1 star. This used to be my go to when I worked in town and Ive had a chance to visit it twice in the past 3 weeks due to traveling. The people here used to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Now I just get dirty looks when I ask a question, they have product not put away all over the isles, and the apathy hangs like a thick cloud in the air. Quite frankly I dont think you could drag be back in.

This Chalet always has interesting new finds and helpful staff to guide me to what I am trying to find even if I am not quite sure what I am looking for. I havent made it to a tasting event yet, and look forward to being able to attend one in the future.

In another review I raved about the Cassopolis Street Chalet, unfortunately I cannot say the same for the CR 17 store. I wanted to get a variety pack of beer to try something new, three staff members and not one could answer my questions. No one knew where anything was and no one knew what they carried. They were friendly though.

Everyone was very friendly there. They helped me find an alternative wine to try. I cant wait to go home and try it. :)

This location used to be my go-to for craft beer but theyve changed so much lately and have quit carrying so many brands I liked that I rarely bother going anymore. Still an ok selection if all youre into are IPAs but Im not.
