I will never go to that Sally’s again! I drive to the one in Dunlap!! Every time I would go to the one on County Road 6, the lady, who unbelievably I think was the manager, would always say…” You come in here a lot, why don’t you buy more in one stop, that way you don’t have to come as much?!” I couldn’t believe my ears!!! Well, now I don’t go there at all!! She lost all my business! I heard others complain about her… the smartest thing they could do is replace and fire her!! Very bad for business… now, the one in Dunlap… friendly service, I will keep giving my business to them!!!

This was the second store I had gone to in the night, and it did not have the Arctic Fox dye that I wanted on the shelves. I dejectedly walked up to the counter with the backup dye I had preplanned, where I then proceeded to cautiously ask if they had any other colors in the back. Mind you, the previous store flat out told me no, and moved on quickly. I had little hope. HOWEVER, a wonderfully bright, green-haired goddess went “what color are you looking for?!” And jumped into action before I even mentioned the first syllable. She ran to the back, while the cashier explained to me they had just gotten some more inventory. Moments later, the beautiful green goddess emerged from the back with the color I was seeking. I have never been more impressed with how well I was just taken care of, ever. 5/5 stars? No. 12/5. Thank you, beautiful ladies, for spending the last 10 minutes of your store being open helping me find the color I was desperately looking for. 💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚

A lot lately they have been out of some of the things I’ve needed.However, friendly staff and great products.

I like coming in to buy hair color and the supplies to do it from home. They have quite a few options types and shades of hair color plus other items for hair care and nail polishes etc. Its usually very easy in and out. If you have questions, the staff will help you out.

Went in today to restock on developer and get a color diluter to do my hair, i didn’t get the lady’s name but she was the sweetest person ever and so SO helpful. she was helping someone find some kind of end hydrator/repair product and she was very thorough to make sure the customer knew they had many options. when she checked me out she clarified that the rewards program didn’t require opening their credit card and it turned out i had a $10 reward that would’ve expired on my account that i must’ve forgotten that i made! stock of items was very full compared to other sally’s i’ve been to (due to pandemic, not really employee’s control) but worth noting if you’re looking for specifics! i’m gonna check my receipt to see if i can find her first name because she deserves recognition for how kind and helpful she was!
