Paid to have my vehicle towed in for a service appointment, then was at Lochmandy for well over 5 hours to yet AGAIN have my vehicle looked at. Once again they want to say nothing is wrong with my vehicle yet I paid out of pocket to have three other places diagnosis it and all say the same thing. Bad transmission and torque converter. And this is actually a known problem for a 2018 tahoe! I even brought paper work proving that I went else where for inspection, and in the paperwork it even stated UNSAFE to drive and I am 6 months pregnant with 2 young children! Pretty sad how much I pay for my vehicle yet they dont want to do the right thing to keep my family safe and cover the power train that is under warranty. Definitely dont recommend buying or bringing your vehicle here for service.

Nonchalant and evasive when it comes to fixing problems with the vehicle covered under the warranty. Norm I’ve called you can never get through or told your gone. Your employees mike Stephanie and the receptionist are unprofessional mike and Stephanie displayed negative attitudes toward myself and my girlfriend lied about her car being covered under her warranty then charged her $100+ to diagnose her car after telling us to get it diagnosed at auto zone and to bring the code in. Mike raised his voice to my girlfriend was being condescending and very rude. We paid $600+ dollars to get it fixed today after three weeks of poor communication and a ridiculous wait time to bring the vehicle in to be fixed. & to top it off when we came to pick up the van the check engine light came on again.Very unprofessional wouldn’t recommend!!!

Took my truck in to have a sensor removed.I tried to remove it but it broke off.So I had Lockmandy fix it.The price was quoted as $700.00. They had the truck for a week and I ask the Service man if the price would go up he quaranteed that the price would be $700.00.But when I went to pick it up they said they had to put a glow plug in So the price went up to $1458.00.Recently a glow plug has gone out number 4 cylinder.I went in and ask which glow plug was replaced and I was told by the mechanic he didnt know.So I dont think that they replaced a glow plug.I talked to the Service manager and he told me that it had been 5 months since it had been repaired so why was I complaining now.I wanted to know which one was changed so they could change it again.That was a waste of time talking to h

A friend and I arrived after 3 on Saturday, which is past closing.There were a few sales people still there. My friend wanted to test drive a vehicle. The sales woman that greeted us was more than happy to take her out on a drive. She took the time to explain quite a bit about the vehicle even though it was past hours. There was another salesman that kindly asked me if there was anything he could help me with. Again, this is past closing hours!I would have to believe your experience here would be very pleasant.

After three years, I returned to purchase another vehicle. Brian Copper was so very patient with me since I could not make up mind what I wanted to do. Buy or lease again. He took his time and went over every option available to me. Once I made my decision then my sales person DAVE ANDERSON helped me choose my vehicle again. And again as in the past Dave is so patient in letting me take my time and ask million of questions without ever getting annoyed or upset. I never feel like I am being rushed or just a number just so he can get another sale and just keep adding to his sales numbers. Once everything was completed and signed, again he took his time to walk me through the options on the car, and yes I had to ask the same question multiple times and he never had an issue explaining to me in differ ways for me to understand (cars today have way to much technology). I know as in the past no matter how long I have the car I can walk in and ask Dave for his help and he will be there for me. I bought my truck in August of 2020 with a few free oil changes to be done by the dealer. Their Express Lane Oil Changes were anything but express. I pulled up at 6:55 am as they open at 7. There were two people waiting in front of me for the Express Oil Change. I was just getting a simple oil change. This oil change took exactly 2 hours. I did not get to leave until 9 am. Im writing this more to let Lochmandy know that 3 oil changes in 2 hours cant be very lucrative. i was offered a free oil change for my inconvenience.

Bought a car this passed spring...within a week the check engine light was on...seatbelt broke, the transmission is slipping, the alternator is going out and the o2 sensors are bad. Ive only had the car since freaking April. they have rescheduled my car to be fixed FOUR TIMES now. every time my date comes they call and schedule for the end of the next month. its ridiculous. I have places I need to be and if I get stranded, then what? I will NEVER do business with these people again

I bought a 13 Wrangler from Lochmandy in Elkhart back in March. My warranty expired on Tuesday last week and I’ve been trying to come up with a respectful way to sum up my experience with them but they didn’t make that easy. Between being ignored, lied to, and just generally disrespected I would have to say it has been worse than what I ever could have expected. Hour after I bought it the check engine like came on and I noticed the heat only half working. After about 5 weeks and multiple trips back and forth because they decided to try to skip corners to fix it I finally just excepted the fact that it’s now always going to smell like burning coolant. I also told them multiple times to shake the steering and suspension down and they told me everything looked perfect. I had a different shop shake it down and I need four ball joints, shocks all the way around, and a steering dampener. Overall extremely disappointed with Lochmandy. This is really just some of what happened while dealing with them. So to make a long story short if you are looking for a vehicle and want to go to a respectful dealer that is going to listen to your concerns or stand behind the vehicles they sell you make sure you do not go to Lochmandy.
