Avoid RV repair here. Severe damage to our roof AC, and roof components.Cannot recommend this at all. Very nice people but after having our RV for 7 months....SEVEN months, they still couldnt get everything right. We had to take it back to them three times before we cut our losses and took it to a place that could get everything done right. Too many issues to even list here, and their constant feeble excuses were to blame their incompetence on covid. They partner with National General Insurance so they provide the cheapest quote and do the cheapest shortcut work with the cheapest product they can find. They shift blame, the work is sloppy and the workmen even used our RV toilet and disgustingly left urine splatter in the bowl. Do yourself a favor and find someone else if you need repair. And, National General told us that they were doing all they could. Cant recommend them anymore either for the insurance. Really sad.

My experiences with Gerber Collision and Glass have always been extremely positive. From the people who have worked directly on my trailer to the management, they have been upfront and honest and have never left me feeling like I was being misled or taken advantage of. They have always been extremely thorough explaining what was wrong and what needed to get repaired. They were in close contact with me along the way and I was kept up to date if additional work needed to be completed. Never did I have a surprise on the bill. I have needed to bring my horse trailers in on several different occasions - Gerber did whatever they could to meet the deadlines that I had to get them back up and running and never hesitated to go above and beyond. Working with Gerber Collision and Glass took the stress out of it when something needed to go in for repair knowing that theyd get the job done and for a fair price. It was also great experience working with Brian Richmond, one of the technicians at Gerber Collision and Glass, with his professionalism, attention to detail and wanting to get the job done right. From start to finish, I felt comfortable knowing that he was working on my trailer. I have and will continue to recommend Gerber Collision and Glass.

I have employed them twice for my motorhome with outstanding results both times. I had a problem with my generator and the second time with my awning. Not only did they fix both problems, they taught me how to trouble shoot in the future on my own and pointed out and fixed a poorly caulked area which could have cost me big in the long run had they not been so thorough. It wasn’t even on my radar. They had me seen by someone at the exact time they said they would both times and their fixes held up. After trial and error with several other companies, I will keep going back to Gerber. I highly recommend this place to all of my family and friends.

I brought our high $ Motorhome in from Cleveland Ohio to have the windshield replaced. As expected coming to Elkhart area there is a much wider deeper knowledge on Motorhomes. The windshield was replaced on schedule and per quoted price. They also helped us resolve some other nagging issues with the Motorhome totally unrelated to the Windshield. I’d highly recommend these folks to anyone wanting first class knowledge service collision, glass or otherwiseThanks!!!Mike

We had heard that Duncan RV Repair was one of the best for customer service and repairs. When we scheduled the repairs it has been bought by Gerber. We took our coach with a list of things that needed to be done and dropped it off with them. We were not in a hurry and gave them a couple of months window to get it done as we were returning to GA. The following week they called and said they were unable to do the work because of the experimental batteries that we had. They agreed to hold the coach for two weeks until we could return. When we arrived to pick it up, we asked if we owed anything and were told no. Weeks later we start getting bills for work they said they had done. Over the course of a months worth of conversations we learned that the person who was assigned to our coach had been fired for inflating billing. They had no idea what was suppose to have been done to our coach and there story kept changing. Fortunately we had ample documentation of what we knew to be true. They even stated that we stayed on site one night. In the end, with us never losing our temper and trying our best to work with them, they said we had to pay for 1.5 hrs of work even though nothing was done. We would have been happy to return and get the work done with them after our batteries were updated so they felt comfortable doing so but after this experience and with all of the information they told us about how they are currently being operated, I would tell anyone to be very cautious and to not trust anything they say. Document, document, document! Sadly, I cant even comment on work that might have been done, but what I do know is that for 1.5 hrs of labor they lost a customer and thousands of dollars in repair work.

I brought my RV in for a window and Windshield replacement in September. I was upsold that they could fix a tail light turn signal issue along with a back up Camera issue and a propane heat issue an 4 house batteries. I returned to Cincinnati Oh. In november was notified they could not get RV to go into reverse when they had completed work that they had to pull it out. And wanted me to pay to have it towed to another facility. For repair. I told them l would pick it up and take it to allison dealer near me. Next week they called and informed would not go in any gear. I told them i drove it in there responsibility to get it Driveable. Later in January they informed me it need some new electrical parts. And should be ready in a week or so. Called and said was ready Emailed bill. And had over $3200.00 in sublet repair to fix transmission. Lots of aggravation email and phone calls they agreed to half that sublet portion. If paid before March 1. I paid by phone came to pickup today March 2 and found the only thing properly done and charged. Was the propane Heat and a window They did reimburse two hours labor. And for parts they billed and did not use. To a sum of $824.79

Duncan was in possession of an RV that I purchased via an online auction. The extent to which the RV was stripped of its valuable components is truly unbelievable....multiplexers, horns, Onan 10K generator, top of the line mirrors with cameras, audio equipment- to name just a few items that were missing from the coach. They actually cut the nose of the RV in an attempt to make a mold of a hard to find fiberglass piece- damaging the coach in the process. We chased them around for awhile. They did eventually send the generator back, they said, because they couldnt get it working. They were only custodians of the RV after an accident so Im not sure why theyd be attempting to work on it at all. They also replaced the missing mirrors with the cheapest mirrors they could find- no cameras, nowhere near the size or quality of the original mirrors. We scrapped what they sent- they were that junky. Duncan did replace the horn. There are literally dozens of items that weve had to replace to bring the coach back to function properly.Bottom line, whatever they stripped and could install for their own customers, they took off of my bus. I am out of state, a one time customer that they got only from an insurance deal that they had....so I guess no one was there to watch my back. Watch yours with this company.Overall, they are dishonest and disreputable. We have given them time to do the right thing- but they havent.
