Got there at 5:50pm, parking lot completely empty, went inside waited 10 minutes for somebody to show up. Needed a tire repaired, was told they had two cars left and they couldn’t help me with my flat tire because they close at 7. So be careful, seems they take vehicles by how much effort they want to put in that day.

Went for a flat tire repair and got there about 9:30am on Sunday. Was told it would be 1.5hr wait because 4 cars were ahead of mine. After 2 hours I asked where I was at in line, I was next. The desk person went to look for people to ask and the workers were no where to be found. The best part I think was when a manager was having some sort of meeting and ended up arguing with an employee right in front of everyone for a good 20 minutes. The work ethic of everyone was poor. No one seemed to really be interested in doing anything. I heard a lot of “not my job” between employees. Will not be returning. I should have known not to go here to begin with.

Came in at 11 via scheduled appointment to fix a flat tire. Was told it wouldn’t take long since they weren’t busy. Walked around the store for an hour, came back to check and vehicle was still outside. They had pulled in two other vehicles ahead of mine and I was told They were unsure on what tire was flat so they did nothing until I came back and instructed. Definitely will not return.

Automotive closed 45 minutes on duty assistant manager said no one was working. Reading the Yelp reviews I realized good thing this shop is closed poor management at all these Walmart stores

Saturday morning March 13 auto service manager so rude don’t know how to write an oil change order and instead of asking for my phone number to pull up my file (been there for 100 times) and that’s what they do everywhere I go he want all the information again and to see driver license ID for oil change and he did that with customer in front of me and it took him over 20 minutes to write that customer an oil change, he was trying to push people out of their.

Went to have two tires put on my truck had an 11am appt got there at 1030 they pulled truck in just after 11 was there until 130 for 2 tires its a bunch of kids and they dont know what they are doing . They need experienced help it is awful

Wal-Mart is a huge company and should train there Employees better. I went to this location for an oil change and was told it would be a 3 hour wait and I was confused because all there Bays were empty. So I opted to wait. I waited approximately 60 minutes which isnt too bad and went to my car and my doors were locked and an employee had my keys. Ironically I never had a key to unlock my doors. Fortunately for me I had a door key made the day before. Upon entering my vehicle I noticed the change oil light was still illuminated and the sticker you receive on the dashboard wasnt replaced. I asked an employee and he said they couldnt make a new one and I had to estimate when it was time for the next oil change. That was totally wrong and should have never been said. On the bright side they actually changed my oil. Lol I wouldnt necessarily not recommend getting your oil changed here but be careful.

So they open at 7:00. Im here at 7:00. Its raining and the door is still locked. I see 3 workers. 7:15, im still standing in the rain while the three workers who have definitely seen me, are hanging out talking. Disrespectful. Ill take my money elsewhere.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! I swear to you all that I have gone with my wife a total of 8 times to fix one tire. They broke a tps sensor and said nothing until we came back. We asked on the 4th trip to replace the new tire that would not stop leaking. I marked the tire with chalk and they just moved it to the back of the car.

4 hours wait for oil change? Walmart doesnt care about customers at all.

Price, its all about the price and you cant beat walmart auto care services on price

No cars in the bays when I arrived. Got here at 9am to change oil and a headlight. Hour and a half later Im still waiting. Other Walmart was a 2 hour wait. Chose to come over to CR 6...haha Im still waiting.

Never stock the common tires new have to special order every item and tire size..

They said it was a 4 hour wait for an oil change and I couldnt leave for an hour and come back.

They ordered tires for my grand daughters car that no one else in a 50 mile radius would do for us. They were hard to find find tires

Bought a new tire from them and it blew out before I made it to South Bend. Would definitely not recommend them.

I trust these people as much as I trust my 6 year old to change my oil. Overall a sketchy place.
