I took in my 2003 honda crv to have problems corrected by work not finished at monthies tire. i told them to replace everything that needed it underneath. summit found several issues not completed by monthieths, and they buttoned it up. next up is the oiling body job..and rattley noises from under the hood in drive, at stop. 290, 000 miles, on to 500, 000 !

I think 1 star is too much. I brought my car in over a week ago and I still have not heard from them. I finally got through and asked when it would be looked at and I received a very vague answer. If I hadnt called and asked I think they wouldve forgotten my car was even there. I normally dont write bad reviews, but I would not recommend their services. A simple phone call wouldve been nice, just to let me know that you plan on getting to it eventually.
